But I didn't really get the service we had hoped for with a gentleman named Matt W. He EXCEEDED all our expectations!! First of all he was thorough and explained what was going on which kept me from crying, and no one needs to see THAT! His eyes said It all when he first saw the 'issue' but found the problem quickly. And I wouldn't have found it on my own in a million years and I'm not a stupid woman either. Anyway, besides being efficient and very professional, he was a very kind man. He was very considerate of the house which meant a lot to me. He completely explained the situation and gave a few options for us to decide what worked best for us. He could have raked us over the coal$ but was a man of integrity and being presented with options and potential outcomes, we felt confident with our choices. He didn't leave until he was certain all our questions were satisfied. I hope the owner takes notice and when it is time for evaluations and treats him well. You want him to represent your company! Oh and I have to mention from the first interaction on the phone I knew I had the right place. Capri took the call and was very helpful and proffessional as well. She had me cracking up at the end. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!

He crawled through a very tight crawl space, found the broken pipe and explained that the pipe they used originally was sub standard material and there was a class action suit because of it. He explained that the entire house would need all water pipes replaced due to the sub standard pipes used on my house. I spoke with the office and they immediately set up time to do the replacement, how much it would be and that it would take about 2 days to complete. On time Julian and Jeff came out, did an entire house inspection, and got to work. They couldn't complete the entire house in one day, but since I have 2 bathrooms in my house, they completed all the house except the master bathroom, leaving us for the night with one working bathroom. Julian and Jeff came back early the next day to complete the job. This cheap piping was all through this house, but they replaced all the inside piping with proper copper everywhere, bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchen, laundry, water heater... all copper, all professionally installed. Perfect! There is a reason everyone has heard of Goettl. Excellent response, immediate action, making sure the entire house was piped perfectly and correctly. And sweeping and cleaning up behind themselves.

This time my wife was convinced we needed a new hot water heater and we had some other minor leaky faucets and such that needed attention. So, I called and set up an appointment for the other day. Several excited calls followed and then David showed at about 10 a.m. in the right truck with the right tools and the right parts to do the work. Removal and installation of the new tank went quickly as did the other plumbing issues. The point is, Silverado came through and took care of us while David was always friendly and polite. He worked quickly and expertly finishing everything it what seemed to be a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and it all works great now. Rates were reasonable for this market and cost of living for the new tank plus labor and few misc. parts. Highly recommend Silverado for your plumbing jobs.

I cannot recommend Imperial Plumbing highly enough, and Justin in particular was absolutely…read moreoutstanding. Justin recently helped us with the installation of a Moen Flo shutoff system and also serviced both of our water heaters. From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure the work was done correctly rather than rushing through the job. What impressed me most was the care and respect he showed my elderly mother. He was patient, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. He made sure she understood what was being done, answered all of her questions, and treated her with the kindness and dignity every customer deserves. Justin thoroughly inspected both water heaters, replaced the anode rods, explained the condition of the tanks, and gave us honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling. His assessment gave us confidence that the systems are in good shape and helped us make informed decisions about maintenance and future planning. He also made sure our new Moen Flo system was installed properly and working exactly as it should. It is refreshing to work with someone who combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and exceptional customer service. Justin represents the very best of what a service professional should be. Because of him, Imperial Plumbing has earned our trust and will be our first call for any future plumbing needs. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Justin. You will be glad you did. Highly recommended.

When we discovered negligent installation work voided water heater and ptz camera warranties, he refused to clarify his payments in full as he insisted were received in cash. So get this, even though Yelp is supposed to protect consumers from Loelectric Equipment's negligence and untruthfullness, it claimed no coverage for its "badge" member was possible no proof of cash payment from him was received! So to review, he issued invoice in writing and yelp messages assuring me Yelp knew I'd paid as invoice described in cash, but behind closed doors, Yelp said he never confirmed with them cash was received as invoiced. So my insurance must investigate effects of negligence on ptz cameras (he abandoned a cable that ptz cams became entangled in/preventing spin function), and cost to reinstall correct circuit breakers in tank less water heater. What a mess! And all he had to do to settle this with Yelp was say, yes, he paid cash, that's why I emailed him the invoice next day.

So, not only with Bills Plumbing, but I will also be yelping about many of the other companies I have found on YELP. These companies show 5 stars but do not seem to offer the service or return calls. After living in Tucson for 2.5 Yrs now, I am sick and tired of being treated like this by these so called "Professional" contractors and vendors. So, I felt I had to warn potential clients of what I am finding not only with Bills Plumbing, but other unprofessional contractors and Vendors that do not want to work or care about it. I have interviewed over 10 plumbing companies with no reply, just promises, then I never hear from them. Same with Cabinet companies, drywallers, stucco companies etc. It is just mind boggling and I hear it is an issue here in Tucson. When I reached out to Bills via phone calls, and followed up with additional phone calls, never did I received a response. Also, what is is with the contractors and vendors the do not have an outgoing message to see if you are reaching the write company or not. VERY unprofessional. I want to know who I am calling. God forbid that they answer the phone with their business name. Just hello! I always ask, is this so and so company? I have a three-time rule now, you ignore me then I am moving on as it is obvious you do not need business or a job. At least let a potential client know upfront, you are either too busy or not interested then provide excuses and lies you cannot meet up too. When I had my showroom in CA, customer service was performed to all our clients, hence why were slammed due to our response. Never EVER leave a client or potential client hanging. It is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I told my employees ALWAYS return a call and never lie to the clients. It is harder to remember lies than the truth. Sadly, this new generation does not understand this concept or of customer service skills or professionalism. Hell, they do not even know how to sign their name in cursive. Very sad.
