Started off pretty frustrating. My tire order was delayed almost a week when I was told it would arrive the next day, and I needed them ASAP. I felt pressured to switch to a different size, and when I called back to stick with my original order, the response I got was not great. But everything changed when I spoke with the manager, Jorge. He really stepped up, honored my original price, got me in the same day, and even set me up with better tires. He was genuinely apologetic and quick to fix everything. Even weeks later, Jorge is still helping me with a rebate and responds right away every time. His communication and professionalism are top notch. Once again, I find myself needing tire service, so, of course I turned to Discount Tire in QC. I was headed to the gym for a workout and Discount Tire was right across the lot. Often their tire pressure check has a line of 6-10 cars, so I pass them by, but this time my rear driver's side tire was low and there was only one car ahead of me so I decided to have them air it up. When I spoke to the tech, he suggested that I have them check it out for free since it was the only tire with a low pressure. I had them go ahead and check it since I could walk across the parking lot to the gym and have a nice relaxing workout. The only downside was that I had to park, go to the lobby and wait in line for 15 minutes for them to write it up. If they could have handled that at the pressure check, the whole process would have been much more seamless. They were fairly busy, and told me that it would be about an hour and a half, but it was actually less than an hour. I was actually just wrapping up my workout when I received the text update that my car was ready. I walked over and waited in the lobby to tell them that my car was ready. They had patched the tire with no charge (I do have their special tire warranty) and I was ready to go. I was disappointed that they did not set the tire pressure in all tires, especially the one they fixed to the door sticker specs. My car requires 40PSI for all tires and when I received it back the tire they repaired was 36 - which I am guessing they aimed for 35 as used in many vehicles without checking the specs. The others were 37, 37 and 39; so I doubt they even checked the others. Personally, I would suggest they check all 4 tires for both inflation and safety when the car is on the rack. read more

Even though he quoted me a longer wait time initially, he told me he would make sure the service was done in time to pick up my kids so I wouldn't have to come back. He delivered! This location is super busy so I made an appointment. I booked my car for a tire rotation. Sean helped me and he was welcoming and helpful. I feel like all the employees were friendly. The waiting area is very clean and spacious with seating for 17 people. The reason for the 4 stars not five was due to the long wait. My vehicle was not pulled into service until 40 minutes after my appointment time. But still a good experience. read more

I let the employee I was dealing with, Luis, know that I had an appointment about 40 miles away and absolutely had to be there on time. On 10/22/2025@11:11, I had a tire replaced the service was finished at 12:41, this is the only establishment the key fob was surrender. on 10/24/2025 someone unauthorized accessed the vehicle and changed the settings, this happens a few times, the last unauthorize incident happen on 01/17/2026 leaving the sunroof opened. It appears that persons have unauthorize access to my vehicle. read more

Hard to rate them like this but 3 bad experiences this year (last two months). normally I wouldn't say anything and just handle it but for the amount of tires I buy from this store and other discount tires stores I had to throw the towel in this afternoon. I get they are busy but with an appointment and told 30 minutes to complete the TPMS sensors (not installed with my new tires a while back) waiting for 1:20 minutes and had to leave for a prior appointmen. I still do not have my TPMS sensors (worked before the new tires installed). Come to find out they were replaced with heavy duty stems. What is making me type this is the other two issues I had, new tires put on my toy hauler and they failed to put the spare back underneath the toy hauler and I just took care of it because I know they are busy and stuff happens. Today I also had one tire repaired and two new spares tires mounted for my flat bed trailer (picking up after my appointment for the TPMS sensors) and they didn't install one of them on the mount and again I was feeling the same, they are busy so I will handle it. Not at all pleased and will see if another store can take care of my tires, service needs. PS, When I bought the tires for my truck they were also supposed to replace the wiper blades that didn't occur and again I let it slip. read more

Check in was super easy after. Calling ahead and making an appointment. They were able to put tires on hold in advance for us and helped us find the tires we were looking for. We got 4 new tires and the service only took 45 minutes and they were extremely helpful. It was cool to watch on the website your car being checked in and status updates throughout the service. At the end of our service they noticed we were in need of new wiper blades and they threw the blades in for free which was a fantastic deal and value. Great customer service don't get me wrong! So I have a high school graduate that a few months ago started to work at this Queen Creek Ellsworth location. He started with 3-4 working days a week which was pretty good. He also enrolled in a college program that needed to attend 2 days out of the week. My son spoke and explained his situation to his supervisor (Jorge Gonzales) I believe is his name. His supervisor stated that he can work things out and shouldn't be a problem and he would work on his schedule. Long story short my son enrolled in his class and at work he was only given 1 day with 4-5 hours of work. Five star experience!! Did not have an appointment, walked in around 11am with a slow leak. Was told the wait would be around an hour and 15min. Totally fine with me. They take your info and text you with a track your status of vehicle. I waited for about 45min and my vehicle was ready. Wow! Gentlemen came to me to let me know that he patched my tire that had a nail in it. He then said he'd bring my car up for me. When he came in I was waiting in line to pay but he informed me that there were no changes. Wait, what?! Come again?! The service is free?! We had a problem with the car pulling and discovered that one tire was separating. So we decided to buy a full new set of tires. Upon leaving the car was still pulling and we took it to another shop to have an alignment performed. The mechanic there discovered that we had been sold a faulty new tire and it would need to be replaced. We returned to discount and learned they have a warranty protocol that needs to be followed. Balance check then road test etc.. after waiting a couple hours they brought the car in and rebalanced the tires only. When my wife asked about the damaged tire they indicated they never checked for a damage tire because the lady at the front desk never put that on the ticket specifically.... So here is the problem. This defective tire has now been handled at least twice by an employee. And because they were not specifically told to look for damage/defects they just put the thing on the car. Why? Why is there not a system in place to look for damage/defects on EVERY tire. We understand that these tires sometimes come from the factory defective but at the amount we pay for tires someone should be looking out for the customer. This is a safety concern. And it shows a lack of pride in their work. The car was then brought back into the garage and the defective tire was located. They did not have one in stock so it was placed on the back of the car where it is less dangerous until another replacement can be obtained. read more
