The service I requested Monday at 12-1pm was for my wife's tires to be rotated, balanced, and a realignment. It is now 6:35pm and we still are waiting to get our vehicle. When I paid for the service I addressed the representative about how the day must have been busy he said no it's just a regular day. Earlier today after I dropped off my wife's car I then called at 2:45pm I was told that it will be 30-45 min until it is done. I then called back 2 hours later at 4:45ish and was told that they pushed back our order and that it will be another 30-45min but it's next up. We get there an hour later at 5:45 to be told once again that it will be another 30-45 min until it is done. I am glad it's getting done but management NEEDS to get right with the estimated times that they are allowing there representatives to give to customers because right now it's misinformation that's being passed along and that will only push customers away and irritate customers. A professional business being ran by a professional manager will be sure their team will provide accurate estimations on time and capabilities of their employees. This discount tire is amazing, recently had tires put on at Walmart and was losing pressure in my tire, took it here and I knew one had a bad valve stem, but they went to inflate my other tires and 2 others had a bad valve stem. They took care of it fast and even found ones I didn't know about. The employees really care about you safety of your vehicle. Will only be coming here for my tire needs from now on! read more

I like that it's near my home and when I've gone in, my car was taken care of in a decent amount of time. When I've gone in and asked if it will be longer than I thought, they are honest and tell me. Really friendly and welcoming. I check prices on their website or call before I go and come knowing what it will cost. They don't try to upsell anything. You're in and out according to how many came in on the same day! No big deal. They do what they say for the price I felt fair. The name of this business will pretty much sum up your service there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR WORK LET ALONE A BICYCLE TIRE. Drive the extra 30 feet and go to Firestone. Let me start off by saying that I had scheduled an appointment for 12:45 to have one TPMS replaced and check my frontend alignment on my 2017 F350. While waiting in the lobby area for 2 hrs, I experienced one customer who was very upset for the sales person trying to upsell him additional services that he did not need. Then, an older lady finally confronted a sales person after waiting 2.5 hrs and her car hasn't moved since she arrived at the store. Back to my circus of experience. So, after 2 hrs they came back and informed me that they replaced the TPMS but the other 5 needed to be replaced as well. No other TPMS sensor shows faulty other than the front passenger. I declined to have the others replaced. Then they came back and asked if my truck was pulling to the left. I stated no the tech said that's weird, let me go back and recheck the alignment. I told no I've waited long enough, just cash me out. He brought my vehicle around front and I left. The TPMS light is still on. I checked the valve stem it clearly wasn't changed. The threads were dirty, not clean like would think a new TPMS would look. So I called the store and was told that I needed to drive around a few miles and should clear. I informed him that I have already been driving 10 miles above 45mph. He started back tracking and put me on hold. Then, he came back on the phone and stated that I need to replace all the TPMS sensors for that to clear. What a waste of time. read more

Wait times are excessive. Slow throughout. Had new tires installed on my vehicle. Waited about 3 hours to get them installed. Returned with the vehicle a few days later due to a significant amount of shaking in the steering wheel. A problem that I didn't have on the old tires, less than 40k on the vehicle. Again I was told to go to the end of the line. Another 2-3 hours wait. No thank you. I'll take it somewhere else and pay them to correct the imbalance issue. read more

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! The manager Cody is a great guy and truly cares about his customers! I bought a car with bad tires on it and took it down to have my tires replaced realizing that someone had really torque down the lug nuts prior to me purchasing the vehicle. He used to say there was problems getting them off and they completely took care of me! In my opinion, what really makes a business is how they deal with the difficult customer and I promise you I started out upset and I will respect these guys forever! They have an All-Star team! I've bought At least six sets of tires from them since they opened And they always came through for me Cody, Ebin, and Carson Have all given me extraordinary service. I like Lowrider vehicles and Carson spent two hours helping me calculate the rims that I bought with a weird offset to make them fit and now I'm doing it again with a set of 22s and Cody has gone out of his way to help me find the only set of tires that will fit the rear lol Moral of this long rant is these guys are amazing and I would highly recommend them. I called up & talked to Aidan- got a price for my tires and lug-nuts that I needed to have replaced then showed up 10 min later... Aidan was so efficient with everything & very accommodating! He got the new tires I wanted & the entire team worked EXTRA hard getting the swollen lug-nuts off my tires, which took longer than expected because it was so bad!! Aidan even asked if I wanted chrome lug nuts or chrome- of course I wanted the black ones so I am beyond stoked how it's going to look when it's finished. They kept me posted on where they were at on the removals and about how much longer it would take-- and apologized that it was taking so long, which was kind.. they couldn't help it that the lug nuts were so swollen... Do not Trust them! The front desk workers will lie right to your face as they take the money from your wallet never had a problem with a discount tire until I came here will never come back to this location I came because I ordered four tires and wheels they said they were ready for install and at the store I showed up to find out there is no tires and no wheels then they offered a different wheel and different tires but I said I had already paid for the ones I ordered they said well we can refund those and actually it'll only be half of what you paid (around 400$) for all new wheels and tires wow! what a deal! I asked multiple times to be sure and everytime yes yes yes this is a deal! I would do this! come to find out they never refunded the amount I already spent and just added 400$ to my purchase price I had now paid 1200$ for something I thought would be 400$ then I call and ask why I never got the refund and they try to blame me and say we can't take the wheels back that's not how it works and it's not their fault even though I was assured multiple times by multiple workers about this "DEAL" didn't even try to offer a refund terrible service terrible location read more

Bought 4 new tires with mounting/balancing included. The salesperson assured me that I would not have to worry about the powder coat on the wheels getting scratched. So of course, it is raining when I pick up the vehicle. I do a brief walk around and do not see anything and the edges of each wheel were solid black. A couple of weeks later when I wash the rims with PH balanced wheel cleaner, the 2-inch gouge reveals itself. Odd. Almost like the damage was covered with a magic marker when I picked it up. The funny thing is I probably would have been reasonable if they would have owned up to the mistake immediately. So, if you care about the coating on your rims, I will have to caution you against this store. read more

The staff at this location is so courteous. John saw us as we were parking and came out to greet us. We had a nail in one of our tires and were on our way to Jacksonville. He got the tire replaced and had them check all the others as well. He was extremely nice and patient with my 81 year old mom, who is a little slower moving with age, as it was her car. Went in December bought new tires and had the TPMS sensors changed. About an hour later had to go back because it was saying all of my tires were low. Went seven more times for the same sensors going off saying my tire pressure was low they finally decided there's nothing we can do in refunded my money. I would give negative stars to this place if I could.... My elderly father needed two tires on his car because one had developed a huge lump about to pop and the other tire was really bare. He did not have a spare at the time so he hadn't been able to drive his car for days. On a fixed income of barely nothing from disability he was able to find two used tires for cheap in Pensacola but could not bring his vehicle due to the tire that was on it. We decided to go and pick up the tires then limp his car to somewhere in Pace to get them put on. I contacted Discount Tire on the phone and was told that putting the two tires on would cost under $20!! The gentleman on the phone said I it's like $6 a tire definitely under $20. So fantastic right!?!? WRONG my father decided to limp his car there once I dropped him off because he doesn't live far from there. Once there they tried to take advantage of him and charge him $50!! TWO AND A HALF TIMES THE AMOUNT!! He did not have that much money because he was told a different price. He didn't need anything special just put the tires on the rims......So evidently the people in the front answering the phones have no idea what they're doing and If they have no idea what they're doing the hiring, then how do we all know that the people in the back know what they're doing?!?! Do not go here!! Find somewhere else, they've proven to be definitely untrustworthy and put him in even more danger by not honoring the price they gave over the phone and making him drive away with the tires the way they were......SMH!!
