Let me start off by saying that I had scheduled an appointment for 12:45 to have one TPMS replaced and check my frontend alignment on my 2017 F350. While waiting in the lobby area for 2 hrs, I experienced one customer who was very upset for the sales person trying to upsell him additional services that he did not need. Then, an older lady finally confronted a sales person after waiting 2.5 hrs and her car hasn't moved since she arrived at the store. Back to my circus of experience. So, after 2 hrs they came back and informed me that they replaced the TPMS but the other 5 needed to be replaced as well. No other TPMS sensor shows faulty other than the front passenger. I declined to have the others replaced. Then they came back and asked if my truck was pulling to the left. I stated no the tech said that's weird, let me go back and recheck the alignment. I told no I've waited long enough, just cash me out. He brought my vehicle around front and I left. The TPMS light is still on. I checked the valve stem it clearly wasn't changed. The threads were dirty, not clean like would think a new TPMS would look. So I called the store and was told that I needed to drive around a few miles and should clear. I informed him that I have already been driving 10 miles above 45mph. He started back tracking and put me on hold. Then, he came back on the phone and stated that I need to replace all the TPMS sensors for that to clear. What a waste of time.

They claimed that all their work was guaranteed at all Goodyears across the country. You can't beat that. So I stopped by early in the morning and dropped off a car for a headlight replacing. Guy called me a couple hours later and said that they found a way to change it that was easier than it should have been, so they charged my half the labor. Then I dropped off the truck for the fastest, cheapest oil change it has ever had in its life. Good work at a good price. I will be taking all of my vehicles back home here for their maintenance from now on.

After being quoted over $800 to replace the pump on an early 2000s GM truck, I knew that I was in the throes of a BS storm. I called another local shop on Glover Lane and was quoted a price of $510. That was around what I was expected, so I called up T&A. They charged me $90 for the prognosis of a dead fuel pump before they would release my truck to the towing company. That may be an industry standard, but I was pissed anyway. I paid them and paid the tow truck another $65 to get my truck to the other shop. The other shop replaced the pump for $510, on time. I have no idea why my mom used this place. She gave them over $1300 to fix her A/C once, which lasted a couple of months. They "repaired" again for "free", and the A/C was dead by the next summer. I would recommend T&A to people that I hate, otherwise I would urge people to find a shop that actually knows how to fix stuff and doesn't charge you hundreds of dollars more than a job should cost.

Horrible customer service. 7-16-25 Dropped off a tire to get patched and when I picked it up…read more(7-18-25) and asked if they can install it. Provided the tool and alignment ring also. 30 minutes or so later tech brings my keys and I leave. Few days later I notice a vibration around 44mph but it goes away after speeding up. Figured well maybe they just patched it and didn't balance. 7-26-25 around 7pm was driving into Milton and noticed my vehicle was shaking bouncing more. So much I got off the phone and pulled over. Check all my tires and noticed a gap between the rim and rotor on the tire that they installed for me. Luckily I had all the stuff still in my truck so I jacked that side up and removed the center cover and noticed a ton of metal shavings and the wheel was loose. Lug nuts loose. Then noticed the center alignment ring was installed backwards. Installed my spare and this morning 7-28-25. Visited the store to talk about it. Wasn't rude just wanted to show them the damage and go from there. First it was we can't find you in the system, then asked for the alignment ring, to you can't install this wrong. And as I was walking him out to show him the rim. Another guy ( maybe the owner ) walked with him and I showed them how bad my rim was. The owner without hesitation, I ain't buying you a rim. Your ticket said patch job and never states we installed it. Even tho my camera and there camera show yall working on it. Owner was a complete ass and explains why this place has horrible reviews. For an extra $10 you can get your tires rotated, which is the price of an oil change for many competitors. I've never once been told I need to change a fluid out or replace a part, not have my brakes ever been worn - in this sense they strike me as honest brokers and do avoid the up sell. On the other hand, the work can sometimes be painstakingly slow which you can pass the time by shopping (we will go when we need a major grocery trip done too), but they don't call to tell you the work is done. I've never seen them use mats or covers for the seats. Employees can vary from gruff to completely disinterested and everything in between. I've never once seen the listed manager actually there.
