I found the parts online for $150 and saw that it would take about two hours to fix according to multiple websites. I would have paid up to $500 for this fix but they wanted to charge double. My battery was left loose and moving as I drove home and a huge stain of some sort of fluid on the engine fan shroud cover. All this after they kept my Jeep for a full week and I paid almost $1,200 for it. Less than 90 days later I saw the first leak ever, so I went back to find out what was wrong and it was the thermostat. They wanted almost $300 or more to replace it, when it would've only been an extra $50 - $100 if one of the 3 ASE Certified Mechanics had thought about it, or was it a way to be sure I would bring it back and pay more money? I do not recommend taking any chances with this repair shop. They used to be all about the Customers but now it is all about the billing.
