I had them replace my alternator in June 2025. I was on a road trip the following December when the new alternator failed. I had to have it replaced again. When I returned home I went to Tire Trust and told them the story, and requested a reimbursement for the failed alternator. They denied responsibility and said they would contact their supplier, but I never heard back. They don't stand behind their work. Don't go there. read more

The AC condenser had to be replaced. They said since we were on vaca they would get it done ASAP. Had it by the end of the day and at a very reasonable price. I'd be careful about using this shop. I called for a quote for an electric window repair and the guy that would actually perform the work told me that he didn't like working on my make of car and then told me it would cost 400 bucks for him to change out a 32 dollar part. Atleast he was honest before ripping me off and he acted like he didn't really want to do the job in the first place . I guess I should really thank him because I watched some videos and did the job myself. Sounds like they have so much business they can pick and choose and let you know their high prices before they get you. read more

I brought my car in three different time regarding the same issue . Every time I was told it was fixed and I was charged even though they changed a part on my vehicle that wasn't needed and they decided to not give me a refund even after bringing my car back to them within days. My car overall stayed in their shop for months and it just shows how inconsiderate and careless they are about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. At some point we had been calling non stop to have an update on my vehicle and they once even admitted that they didn't even know my car was still there. I finally had enough and went to get my car even after they had sworn it was fixed the same night my vehicle shut off on me not even 5 min after turning it on. This has been a learning experience and I don't ever plan on supporting a business that takes advantage of people. read more

Our car has no spare, so when an irreparable hole appeared we called several tire companies to find one with the correct size in stock. TIRE TRUST said they did, and promised very fast action, so we had the car towed there for installation of two tires. We were very rushed, and did not check their work before leaving. IN FACT: 1. Tire Trust installed the wrong size tires on the car. 2. The job took an hour longer than promised. 3. We were overcharged for those #@@!! tires!! read more

My personal opinion on Mark and his staff is I'm very disappointed sold a 94 F150 truck to my dad who's 83 years old swore up and down this truck had no issues and my dad's breaking down every week in this truck. I just found this place as I'm moving out of Pensacola. I've had nothing but friendly customer service since they first picked up the phone and said "Thank you for calling Tire Trust". They gave me the best price in town with the same tire everyone else was offering me. It's not the glitz and glamor that big name shops have but I don't need that. My wife had a flat as she was leaving work and it was the coldest, rain soaking day of the year. I tried in vain to get the lugs off to put the spare on. When all attempts failed, I started calling tire shops in the area and no one except TIRE TRUST was willing to send someone out. A young man quickly arrived and was very professional and upon inspecting our spare, informed us it was no good ( it wouldn't hold air). He then travelled back to TIRE TRUST to get a spare that would fit & returned. After he installed it, we followed him to the store where management was able to source a replacement tire for the next day. Did I mention all of this took place after closing time? I have all of my tires mounted there now. I only wish I could give them more business. They are one of the few stand out businesses in Pensacola that I recommend to every one I can. I made an appointment to have my brake pads replaced and possibly rotors, but when I got there, they looked at my car and said I needed front and rear calipers replaced. I called around to compare quotes just in case and one person said that they've never had to replace front and rear calipers at the same time so I wanted to get my car looked at elsewhere. When I told them this they seemed unsatisfied that I didn't trust there word. A few days later, I went to my other appt and not only did this mechanic say I didn't need calipers replaced, but the front caliper was screwed in HAND TIGHT! He seemed very angry about this and told me how unsafe that is. As a commuter from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze 5 days a week, I could've had my brakes lock up on me on the 3 mile bridge and caused an accident. I'm disappointed in the service and the lack of safety that I experienced here. read more

I came in for an oil change, which appears to be fine. However, when I got my vehicle back it had the check engine light code removed, presets on the radio wiped, and the dash was pulled back an inch. When I asked how this could have happened, management said they had no record of anything done inside of the vehicle and that's not the kind of work performed there. Sketchy, right? No responsibility was taken for the damaged dash, and management went as far out as to suggest the possibility of someone attempting to steal my radio while it was parked prior to me picking the car up. Brakes are squeaking so I go in for an "inspection". 6 hours later I call cause it's been 6 hours. "Brakes are fixed plus we flushed this & that." What? But I pay. What else am I going to do? Driving, car now pulls hard to one side. Go back in and I'm told "oh seems brake cylinder has gone bad" Another $ 300.00 + to repair. hmm I believe me & my car's TRUST have gone. read more
