We had a flat tire while towing our Airstream trailer from Navarre to Foley, AL a few miles east of Gulf Breeze. I changed the tire on the VW Touareg and drove to the Tire Kingdom store across from the Lowe's and Walmart on 98 and they fixed me right up. Fast courteous service and we were on our way! Took our F -150 in for an oil change. Made an appointment and waited for nearly two hours. That was bad enough but within 1 minute of pulling onto Highway 98 we heard a scraping sound from under the vehicle. Pulled over and upon inspection saw that the under cover was half off, thus the scraping noise we heard. Lastly, saw this on the driver's seat. Just don't go there. Ever. read more

They had a problem with the factory or distributor getting the tires I wanted but once the tires came in the team was on the ball and got them mounted,balanced and installed quickly. They also took it upon themselves to check my alignment, which wasnt even on my mind. And I'm glad they did check, because the alignment was way off and had been for quite a while. I feel like the team are trustworthy, honest, friendly and professional. I would use them again for tires in a heartbeat! read more

Had went there for an estimate for four tires . Shopped around and went back about 2 months later . Totally different crew and management . Was told they were just purchased by some large corporation . Couldn't give me the price I had previously received . Couldn't give me any kind of print out as an estimate . Now get this , they told me to come back next year and maybe they could help me . Ended up buying tires from Pep Boys at 98 in Oriole Beach and they were very professional and very courteous read more

Will never recommend this store - Walmart across the street couldn't repair my flat tire and Walmart didn't have my tire size in stock so I called Tire Kingdom and quoted me for a new tire with installation and TPMS reprogrammed, etc...I got to the store and they charged me $30 more from the quoted price for additional BS charges. There's no sense to call and get pricing when it's not going to be the price you pay. Also, the store didn't have a list of price for the services they do so that it's transparent to all customers that everyone pay the same for the same service. I felt the receptionist could charge however she wants, and she couldn't give me an itemized charges until after the work was done. But by then, it would be hard to dispute the BS charges such as an extended tire depth warranty??? read more

Wife's Honda went in for new tires last month, they didn't have the tires she went in for that was on there website, they upgraded her for no additional cost. This morning I woke up to a flat In my company truck , drove over with my spare, had the repair done fast and they didn't charge me. Will definitely be back will all my vehicles. read more

My car was running well and only had a very minor oil drip before I brought it to Tire kingdom for repair, and now it is leaking oil badly and smoke is pouring into the interior and out from under the hood. my windshield wipers are also now non-functionable. I brought it into the shop on a Friday to have the oil leak fixed and they said that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced and that it would take about 4 hours. They called back and said they had trouble with the gasket and it would be done the next day. Then called on Saturday and said they needed to replace a bolt that got broken. Then called again, another broken bolt and it had to be taken to a machine shop to be drilled out on Monday. By Wednesday, I was calling to complain about how long it was taking and that I need my car. I was finally able to pick up the vehicle on Thursday. I was assured that everything was working well and they had tested the car to be sure the problems were fixed. The store manager was pleasant and did give me a discount for the length of time it took. A mile down the road, I smelled burning oil and smoke started pouring into the interior of the car and out from under the hood. Now the car is leaking oil badly and is not useable. I am worried that the engine may be damaged. Customer service has listened, but has not yet resolved the problem. They want me to bring the car back in but I am not confident they will fix the issues without further damages after the experience so far. They are declining responsibility at this point until I prove it was their fault. I maintain that your shop is responsible for the damages!  It started smoking before I even drove a mile.  I went straight home and the car has not been moved since.   My windshield wipers are no longer working since your shop worked on the car.  Your company should be liable for all costs including diagnostics and repairs  to bring my car back to the condition it was in before you damaged it. read more

Considering the amount of tire shops on this one stretch, you would think they would be a little more together. I have authorization through an enterprise account to get an oil change. First I came in, and no one greeted me and no one was there and I had to wait alone at the desk until someone finally made it inside the area. When he greeted me, he said what's up. I am a business professional and was kind of shocked that the manager just what's upped me. Then I told him what I needed and he kind of shrugged his shoulders and said it will take however, long until enterprise approves it and 40 minutes for an oil change. I told him I didn't have too much time so I would need to get on a schedule and he proceeded to tell me he's open seven days a week. When I asked him if he could do it now he said sure, but I don't know how long it will take for enterprise and then another 45 for the oil change. For a business, I'm shocked... I will not ever give my personal money to this particular store, nor enterprises money. I walked out. Let me add that I understand it can take time and I can work with that but with the rudeness of the manager and what what up almost felt like what do you want.....it's not the times it's the lack of professionalism and to make it worst, the workers don't even brush their hair. Looks like they jumped outta bed went to work and didn't brush their hair or teeth. Yikes read more

Go anywhere else, but don't go to Tire Kingdom! First, I'm someone who does not write negative reviews - this is only my second ever. I took my Dodge Charger in for new tires on Aug 19th, thought I was saving $50 from a competitor down the road. This mistake of going to Tire Kingdom is going to cost me much more than that. My car sets low to the ground, I'm the only one that drives my car, I always back in if possible, or I leave a large gap to the front if there's a curb. After having the new tires installed, I got the call that my car was ready for pick-up. I walked around to make sure there was no dings or scratches...drove home and parked. Early the next morning, I checked the front bumper underside and saw that it had been run up on a curb, with scratches on the driver side and center. I went back to Tire Kingdom that morning and informed the girls working at the counter. After 4 more trips back and forth (one of which I spoke to the young man that drove my car on a 2 1/2-mile test drive), I was told that the manager was on leave and that he'd call when he got back. I went on a work trip and received no call, as soon as I returned, I called them back and made an appointment to see the manger, Jeff. Jeff informed me that there was no way he could accept responsibly for the damage to my car. I explained to him that I had inspected the car just 2 days before dropping it off, and that the scratches were not there. He said his cameras only showed the car being parked forward -then backing up, but that there would have been more scratches on the underside. The first day I went back to show the damage, I told the young lady that I had a camera in the car that records when driving and that I had zeroed out my odometer - she said he only drove in the parking lot. After reviewing the video, my car went through the neighborhood to the west of Tire Kingdom. More than anything I consider this an integrity issue and not taking responsibility. Not from the young man driving the car, but from the management. Go anywhere else! read more

On a recent trip to Florida I picked up a nail in my brand new tire. It was in a spot there was no way to patch or repair so I needed a new tire. I originally purchased the tire from NTB so I searched for a local branch in Gulf Breeze, Florida only to find NTB's sister company Tire Kingdom. At the Tire Kingdom Gulf Breeze Kayla was our first contact. She stayed in constant contact with us from locating the puncture to finding us a tire that matched the other tires on our truck. One of the Tire Kingdom Gulf Breeze team went to pick up the tire in bad weather conditions and had it ready to install the exact same day. Athena visited with us while we waited making us comfortable and the time flew by. Phil the technician was totally professional and friendly. Phil the Manager should be commended for putting together such a great team. He also was a great guy to visit with and did great working with us on our tire warranty. I have never had a better experience at any other tire store. I was also surprised at how many other services they offer. Tire Kingdom Gulf Breeze will now be our home away from home tire store. Appointments don't matter. Over an hour for changing 2 tires. The people are nice but the general lackadaisical work ethic on the floor is pretty disappointing. Thought about getting the road side warranty but I'd rather go through the hassle of finding another tire than coming back here to deal with unrealistic appointments and wait times. read more

I had an oil change appointment at 9 AM. I got there at 10 minutes till nine. At 9:45 my car was still not pulled in and I told the manager I wanted my keys because I was leaving. He said they have a car stuck on the rack and cannot get my car in yet.
