We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I declined and after some research found that this could be done for approximately $10. My vehicle continued to run poorly for months but I had lost trust in Auto Xtreme so I did not return. Finally another auto repair shop found the problem - Auto Extreme had fraudently attached a small piece of heater hose in place of the agreed upon pcv hose assembly. The heater hose had failed and caused a large vacuum leak destroying my fuel pump in the process. The fuel pump repair then cost $650. Auto Xtreme is a xtreme SCAM.
