The moment I first met Mark, I felt the vibe that people cannot fake, he was a genuine stand up individual who didn't try to talk me out of my wallet. In fact, he tried not charging me however I couldn't do that. He was a God Send and he staff were going above and beyond and we felt like family more than anything. When you see someone who runs a business like that and is grateful for every customer they have, it makes you wonder how you can deal business with big corporation competition. I would rather give my local business the chance along with knowing that these guys are putting food on their tables by being honest and genuine. I don't care if I have to wait to be fit in or not because we were in and out and the same with the second time and mind you, his guys had to do our car the old fashion way with just a Jack because our cars are too low.
