1-Star Review (wish I could give negative stars) DO NOT trust Precision Tune Auto Care--especially if you care about your car or your sanity. I brought in my luxury Cadillac sports car, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was handed a greasy disaster and a $4,500 hole in my wallet. They installed what can only be described as a bargain-bin, off-brand differential, completely unfit for the performance and specs of my car. They had also claimed that a barring was broken so they just "fixed it" real quick. When I called to confront them about it, the staff acted like they were on a hidden camera show--lying through their teeth, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. The "mechanic" assigned to my car? Sketchy, and couldn't even show me the parts they claimed needed replacement. Why? they had " scrapped it already"Because either they never replaced them, or they were just trying to get another Buck out of me And then there's the manager. He seemed great at first....... but...Oh boy. Confront him and he flies off the handle faster than a rusted lug nut. Claims he's "been working on cars for 27 years" -- maybe, but clearly not with any integrity or customer respect. Experience means nothing if you're defensive, dishonest, and treating customers like they're stupid. And not to consider I may be Younger looking but I do Know my way around My own car and expected the honesty and professionalism that they had promised. Bottom line: This place is where quality goes to die. If you love your car and value your money, avoid this shop at all costs or Gulf Breeze Auto parts because they are actually scamming people. read more

I take my Audi Q7 to check transmission and differential fluids only not anything else on my car and the firts think this people did is open my hood. And connect there computer to my car for like and hr long To make this short This people move my settings for my ac controls or steal a part from my car to put it in to other car they have similar in the back of shop. Because after I live the place my ac controls star marking weird noise when I star up the car and I'm not available to move the air setting up or down and making clic noise after star the car And this people did not check my trans and differential fluids the real reason I take my car there I come back to tell the owner my issue And rapidly he tells me what was my problem on my car but what is funny is I google the problem before I show up there and yes he tells me the same thing Google did , I did not have this problem before I show up the firts day there and he was real disrespectful the second time And short words he kick me out of there So pls people think 2 times before you go to this mechanic or pay the consequences.. read more

I've been here a few times all different reasons . Had issues with my car or just got oil change . All of them were very helpful and nice . My battery was indicating failure, and after visiting Autozone, they let me know because of the location of the battery (in the wheel well), they couldn't swap it out. Bought the battery and they referred me to Shad at Precision to install. He was quick, professional, and I was on my way pretty quick! 10/10 recommend read more

After waiting a few minutes for my car to be checked out the associate came back around and said there just was a little button stuck he was able to maneuver. No charge. We are visiting Pensacola Beach from Indiana. At the very end of our 10 hour drive here, our brakes starting grinding. Knowing we had to drive all the way back, we knew we needed to get the car serviced while we were here. Precision was close and had good reviews. I called them up and they said we could drop it off anytime. My husband dropped it off first thing the next morning. They diagnosed it and called us very quickly with a quote. This is my 2nd visit. I went some months ago to get an oil change. I originally didn't want to come back due to just having a bad feeling about the gentleman (manager) at the front counter. He was not friendly, had sort of a smart mouth, and was standoff-ish. I visited today to give it another try. Maybe it was just me. Nope. I was wrong. I called first before I stopped in. I spoke with a gentleman who seemed to give a vibe of being bothered by my call, & questions. The funny thing is that I called Pep Boys across the street beforehand, and they were so inviting. They wanted me to come in soon. So anyways, I arrive here. I walk in, and meet the same gentleman on the phone (the same manager from before). I asked him if I could get my brakes inspected. I mentioned that I had just talked to him on the phone (he said I could come in and they'll lift my car in their open bay). He starts to mention that his bay will be occupied in a few minutes by a regular, and it's "first come, first served." I told him I understood. He asked if I would leave my car. And I told him I couldn't, but just wanted the inspection. So I can find out when I can bring it back. Then he proceeds to repeat that it's "First come, first served". He has to leave it open for the arriving guest because they spend thousands of dollars there! They would rather wait for him. My jaw dropped in front of his face. Seriously. I was dumbfounded. Speechless. He said he wanted to give PRIORITY to him. When I finally caught my breath, my response was: "You are rude. You basically told me my money is worthless here! If you left it at "First come, first served", I would've totally understood. But you treated me like crap. You sir, are rude." He then threatened to call the cops on me because I was on private property, and told me to leave. I told him to go ahead and do so. Although, I had to leave soon anyway since I was on my lunch break. Honestly, I felt enraged by the way I was treated. I definitely will not be back. read more

I came here to get my car tuned up and to get an oil change. Just normal maintenance on a car that has never had any problems, not even a check engine light come on until this place touched my car. I left Precision Tune Auto care paying 248.84 for my check engine light to come on, then returning to get that checked. Then to be told my O2 sensor is bad and I have nothing to worry about. Soon after, I'm stuck on the side of the road with my 1 year old son. My car won't rev up or even move. Come to find out when they "tuned" my car up they also ripped my air intake valve which has to be taken off in the process. But still they say that has nothing to do with the O2 sensor and that the boot was not ripped when it left the shop. Obviously something went wrong in the process of tuning my car up but my air intake boot just suddenly ripped on its own after leaving their shop. My boyfriend tapped the boot (new one ordered). Now not a single thing is wrong with my car as of right now, not even the O2 sensor they claimed was bad. The two lights that came on turned off after the boot was tapped. So now I'll be spending another $100+ to get my car fixed again. Don't take you car here, you're better off googling it and doing it yourself or even taking it to a trusted mechanic. I walked in today, the waiting area was full. I've used Pep Boys until now & always had at least a 2 hour wait so I was expecting the same. They don't take appointments, so it is first come first served but even though they were busy, they had my oil change completed in under 30 minutes & even put on my new wipers no charge. The manager was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful as were the technicians. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of junk I know I don't need either like most places. This was a great experience & I will be going here from now on. Very happy. Thank you! read more
