Went to a local shop for an oil change & to have a slow leak checked in my tire. I was told that it was hard to find but they found a small hole near sidewall that couldn't be repaired but would replace the tire for $405! I decided to get another opinion. Spoke w/ MATTHEW @ TIRES PLUS yesterday & he encouraged me to stop by so they could check my tire. I left to run an errand & returned about an hour later. They did a thorough inspection & discovered the slow leak was caused by a leaky valve stem. They replaced it & also inspected the other tires. Matt assured me my tires were safe & had many more miles left. What I thought was going to be over $1k for new tires ended up being a $20 repair! I am so impressed w/ Matt's honesty & integrity, I will start going there for oil changes as well. Excellent customer service & fair pricing is hard to find but it's available here. read more

Had a nail in my tire. Tire was not that old. They were able to pull the nail out in parking lot and determine it had not penetrated the tire. Less than 10 minutes and no charge. Earned all my future business! read more

I suddenly had a nail in the tire of my rental and I panicked but when I called, Matthew settled my nerves with his calm demeanor. From the very beginning he was polite and professional and was honest that he may not get my tire fixed right away but he did all he could to get it fixed way ahead of time! He was running the shop alone with only one technician. He truly deserves a promotion! Thank you Matthew for saving my vacation time. read more

They ridiculed me and made me feel stupid when I didn't know what size tire I had . Unprofessional. I asked does it say on the tire what size it is and he answered me in a condescending and rude tone . Even though I needed a tire that day and they were the only ones opened I did not want there service after that! read more

I've been taking my vehicles there for ten years now and have never wanted to use any other place. I've bought new cars and have never taken them to the dealership to change my oil or give me bids on work to my vehicles if not covered under the vehicle's warranty. I leave those issues to this facility. Estimates are always in your best interest and quotes for always reasonable with no addons for miscellaneous parts and labor. Please give Mike or Keith a call to get u you in for an inspection for your vehicle next time you need a basic oil change or a second opinion you won't regret it. They do a lot more then change oil and tires. I had a gasket replaced 3/10/22 and they were fast and reliable. Each member of their staff is highly trained and very skilled. They are professional, courteous and willing to do wants needed to keep you happy and your vehicles healthy and running for year's to come. read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Michael at tires plus. I've been taking my mom back-and-forth to the hospitals where my stepdad is for 5 1/2 weeks every single day. Which in itself has been very traumatic. I've been staying at my moms for support and helping her. We woke up this morning for our daily trip to the hospital and looked in the driveway and my tire was completely flat. So at 7:45 AM I called tires plus and spoke with Michael and explained my situation and how I had to get back up to the hospital after I dropped my mom off as soon as possible, and he told me to bring it right in and he would take care of it. So then I filled it up with my dad's compressor and I took her to the hospital and dropped her off and drove to tires plus. Michael took the car right back and found a nail in my tire and patched it and came back out to me, handing me my keys and said now go see your dad. I said how much do I owe you and he said it's on me. So I definitely want to say thank you to Michael at tires plus for making my already difficult day easier. I promise he will get all of my business from here on out. Thank you read more

My 2006 Lincoln Town Car had the alternator die out on us when we were leaving Navarre Beach and then the old Interstate battery developed a bad cell and died out after about 20 minutes later, trying to carry our engine's electrical requirements as long as it could. The car's engine began to quit on us about a mile and half from Tires Plus as I tried to drive it there. I have AAA so I got a tow to Tires Plus. Lizzie and Mike at Tires Plus had the battery and alternator tested as soon as I got the car there, both components were dead just as I thought. Both Lizzie and Mike went above and beyond exemplary customer service with getting the parts and getting them installed a full day ahead of schedule due to the store's heavy work load. Not to mention that they both recognized the stress I was under when I first called them and explained that my wife and I were there in Gulf Breeze for vacation from Cape Coral, Florida and my Lincoln had to get us back the 587 miles home! They were sympathetic and friendly to put my mind at ease that we were in good hands. Five star ratings across the board for them and their knowledgable mechanics. Thanx, all of you at Gulf Breeze Tires Plus!! You have mad skillz! read more

They got us in quick!! Everyone was super nice. It was a great experience. They saved our vacation!!!

Great experience, and I generally don't trust mechanics. I had a bad experience at a mom and pop place in town. The people at tires plus were professional, did good work, and did not sell me service that wasn't needed. I had a great experience and will be going to this place from now on. read more

Came here on a Sunday, 5 minutes before the shop opened and they were already ready to receive their customers. Mike was able to help us out by getting rid of the nail that got stuck on the left rear tire. In less than 10 minutes, we were good to go. Customer service is way above expectations, they are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Mike, and your team! read more

Well, two bad experiences: the first one was after they had serviced my wife's car. The mechanic placed the oil filter the wrong way and all the motor oil spilled on the road while we were driving to Canada from Florida. We had to have the car towed to another repair shop in Ohio. That is were I was told that the oil filter Had not been placed the right way. On top if it, the mechanic had left tools hanging around under the hood! Fortunately, the engine was not damaged. The oil filter was replaced and we were able to hi on our way. Second instance: there was a noise in the brakes that they had replaced few weeks prior. We were given an appointment. We brought the car , and they told us that they would look at it . We never heard from them until the next day, when my wife was called because a leak was found somewhere in the engine. This was totally unrelated to the reason that we had brought the car for. When I asked the employee why they had not detected this leak when the car was serviced, he became defensive and outright rude to me. I do not recommend this place. read more

I'm blown away by how every time I take my car in it comes back with a new problem that they refuse to take responsibility for. Every chevy gmc forum says when the battery was replaced the air started blowing out defrost only. Well they changed the battery and guess what??? Air blows defrost only. Took it back in. They say coincidental!!!!!!!! Really? They won't fix it. This happened with a belt last time. They replaced the belt then it flew off. They claimed no responsibility. Don't use them. read more

Ahh they get the job done. They said it would take an hour to get the job done and it did. But when I checked over the car the one rim was bent, they said they didn't even notice. The folks at Tires Plus were very helpful. I walked in needing a new tire to replace a flat, and they were booked all morning with appointments. Today I had the worst experience at Tire Plus I got a flat tire and I'm a tourist in this town the Manager or owner not sure refused to fix my flat tire. I am from Texas and am going back home to Dallas even told the guy that. Even with that he refused I was in desperate need and the guy did not even make an effort to help me out.
