    Unless you like being talked to like a piece of crap by the owner himself "Johnny" ! Yesterday…read moremorning I called this supposedly "highly recommended fine establishment", to ask if I could drop my car off. I was told by Johnny himself and I quote "I'm 20 cars deep!" At this point I figured well he's too busy for my business. After speaking with my husband he said they came highly recommended by many of his friends in Gb so he wanted to give them a chance so he dropped my car off there yesterday about noon. He explain to him what's going on and he told us that he would get it looked at by today. The morning rolled around so I decided to just give a call and I called mainly to leave my cell # because My hubby did not leave mine in case he wasn't able to reach him. I was told by the lady on the other end that the car was on the lift being looked at this was at about 10 1030. I said OK that's great and hung up. Three almost 4 hours roll by and it was now about 2:00 in the afternoon and I asked my husband if he had heard anything he said he did not. So I decided to call again. Mind you I would have not called again if I wasn't told it was being looked at three hours ago. I'm pretty sure it does not take that long to tell me what's going on with my car. Upon my second call the same lady answered who is nice and asked me to hold when I asked if they knew yet what the damage would be. I was blindly transferred to Johnny who I've learned is the owner of the shop and when he answered the phone it went like this. (Please read Johns response in a interrupted annoyed voice) John: "This is John"! Me: Hi, John I'm sorry I was blindly transferred to you... John: "WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH?" Me: I was calling to see if you have had a chance to look at my car that's is there at your shop? John: "YOU CAN COME GET IT!!" Me: umm... I'm sorry, I can come get it? You haven't looked at it? John: "NOPE!" Me: I don't understand..? John: "DID I CALL YOU?!!!!" Me: no, sir you did not but I was told my car would be looked at today and was told at 10:30 my car was up on the lift being looked at and it's 2:00 now. So you didn't look at it ? John: "YOU CAN COME GET IT BECAUSE IM NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH YOU CALLING ME!" Me: I WILL COME GET IT BECUSE I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH YOUR ATTITUDE!!! (CLICK!) I have never in my life dealt with such pourly mannered business owner EVER! No matter how busy you are, or how your day is going, and how overwhelmed you are if you want someone's business (which clearly he didn't) you do not act like that. I would have never called this man but we were told we would know something today. The second call came in because I was told 3-4 hours ago it was being looked at! I wasn't asking him to Fix the car in one day. We just wanted to know what was wrong. We had already had it looked at prevIously last Monday! So just picked up my car spoke to "JOHNNY" in person and he still had a don't give a shit attitude and clearly stated he works on his friends cars first! Also, there wasn't one moving body in any of the pods working on not a single car in there and he was just chilling at the front desk if that tells you anything. When confronting Johnny I explained I didn't care that he didn't get to my car I cared about the poor customer service I recieved from him the apparent shop owner himself. After continuing back and forth I called him out and said "all you had to do is say sorry ma'am I have not gotten to it yet" and I would have been a happy customer! He continued to state why he treated me that way is because I called 4-5 times (extreme exzageration!) I corrected him it was 2 times and that it was only because what I was told. I don't feel I was ever rude or not being a concerned mother of 2 who's car is broke down and needs it working. I didn't ask him to fix it overnight! Anyhow I said at the end of all the yelling "you have yet to apologize" and he replied "AND I WONT!" Could you only imagine the hell fire and horns that grew from my head instantly! I TOOK MY KEY AND AND SAID" THATS WHY IM LEAVING! I realize this was lengthy but the entire story needed to be told and I'm sure he will try and justify his actions but there is no justification for the way he treated a potential new client.

I brought in my luxury Cadillac sports car, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was handed a greasy disaster and a $4,500 hole in my wallet. They installed what can only be described as a bargain-bin, off-brand differential, completely unfit for the performance and specs of my car. They had also claimed that a barring was broken so they just "fixed it" real quick. When I called to confront them about it, the staff acted like they were on a hidden camera show--lying through their teeth, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. The "mechanic" assigned to my car? Sketchy, and couldn't even show me the parts they claimed needed replacement. Why? they had " scrapped it already"Because either they never replaced them, or they were just trying to get another Buck out of me And then there's the manager. He seemed great at first....... but...Oh boy. Confront him and he flies off the handle faster than a rusted lug nut. Claims he's "been working on cars for 27 years" -- maybe, but clearly not with any integrity or customer respect. Experience means nothing if you're defensive, dishonest, and treating customers like they're stupid. And not to consider I may be Younger looking but I do Know my way around My own car and expected the honesty and professionalism that they had promised. Bottom line: This place is where quality goes to die. If you love your car and value your money, avoid this shop at all costs or Gulf Breeze Auto parts because they are actually scamming people.

    If I could I would give them a negative rating! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP…read moreBonnie Cowles is by far the rudest person ever & really needs to take some customer service classes. While on vacation from Oklahoma my alternator went out and they were pretty much our only option since it was a holiday weekend. SO............ First, they charged us over $1,000.00 to change an alternator. Second, while fixing the alternator they messed up a bunch of stuff on the truck (they were in a hurry because it was a holiday weekend and close to closing time). They broke hoses and put hoses on backwards to the turbos along with other things. Third, they refuse to take responsibility knowing they did us dirty. Bonnie Cowles told us she doesn't care that they are at fault and said she's not paying, and we can get a lawyer. SO, their mistake is going to cost us almost $4,000.00 to fix as long as the turbos are not blown or broken and if they are (we won't know until everything is hooked back up so it can be tested) it will cost us about $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 more to fix. **** Here is FORDS Diagnostic: Diag and had DTC P0299 need to tear down and test both turbos separate remove tubes and perform test... it does have 2 broken turbo tubes seen but need to see if any turbos are damaged one inlet tube to turbo was broken and may have damaged turbo. Tested both turbos for air flow and both working for volume 2 hoses for turbo hooked up backwards and 3 turbo hoses broken and damaged also needs purge value, bypass value inlet hose broken and may have damaged turbo inside with hoses hooked backwards. ****

Assuming they pay to delete the bad reviews. We'll see how long this review stays up. They said they could fix my a/c issues for cheaper. Also said a 6 month warranty. Had them fix it, at least what I thought but ever since, it's been worse. After a little while, the air flow dwindles down to basically nothing so have to turn it to full for it to trigger the fan to kick in. Sometimes full blast is barely any flow so it seems like there's a blockage somewhere so have to waste more gas just to get a little air flow. A couple months later, the water pump and other items went out. They said it could be the issue so over a grand later, didn't fix it. Before the water pump, our other car was having transmission issues and since it's a cvt, my regular mechanic doesn't work on cvt so brought to Robinson and they flushed the transmission fluid. The shuddering issue went away but about a little while it came back. I looked into it and found that flushing the cvt fluid makes the issue compound faster. They probably knew that but wanted me to spend more money, instead of just adding a special fluid to help with the shuddering. I wanted to know how long after them flushing to when the shuddering starting again and they said they never did it. I didn't go anywhere else so obviously they were hiding that. Both of our vehicles are worse than it was before bringing to Robinson. The employees, even the owners, talk about building good relationships and being honest but they are full of crap. Don't go there, no matter what anyone says. At this point, I'm questioning if the water pump went out on its own or they had something to do with it. Don't trust these guys.
