I called AutoZone and O'Reillys to see if they will sell you wipers and then install them which they both said they would. I started at AutoZone who told me they couldn't get wipers for my vehicle after I pulled in and suggested I go to O'Reillys. I started at AZ only because of proximity. After getting to O'Reilly's, Scott, the gentleman that helped me had to do quite a bit of research to find the proper wipers for my vehicle. It was not a simple endeavor. We had to order from 2 warehouses and they arrived on different days. However, the fit was perfect and they work beautifully. He called me when they arrived so that I could come by and he installed them for me. I am grateful and very happy to have found O'Reillys. I'll be going to O'Reilly's now - thanks again, Scott.

I called them for a quote to cut a small produce vent in the back of one of my trucks dry van trailers. They quoted me $270 which was a very high rate to pay to cut a square hole in a trailer. But they said they would meet up with my driver in Valdosta so i ageeed to do it. Prior to hanging up the phone I asked them again, $270 all-in right? They said yes. This entire conversation is recorded btw. The driver and the service tech met at a truck stop in Valdosta. the tech cut completed the job in about 20 minutes. I got The driver a comcheck for $270. He went to pay the service tech and the guy told him the rate is $715!! I called The company up and asked them what was going on and without justification they said " the rate is $715. I don't know who told you $270. I explaIned that i have a recorded telephone call with quoting me the rate. Then they immediately threatened to call a tow truck and place a lean on the trailer. After overhearing the service tech yell racial slurs at my driver and the companies threaten to tow my truck I decided to have the driver call the police. Two female Valdosta police officers showed up. They said it was a civil matter but if the driver left without paying the $715 that this service company we "owed" them the driver would be thrown in jail. My driver was extremely patient and calm despite the officers taking an agressive stance towards him and confining him to the truck cab while laughing and shaking hands with the service tech. I spoke with the Officer and told her there is no way we are paying that amount and that is not what the law states. I told Her i have the conversation with the verbal agreement of $270 recorded! She did not care. She also had no idea what the law was but kept saying she would arrest my driver if he didn't pay the rate the service tech said we owed them. Complete ignorance. She ended up coming back and saying the service tech agree to lower the rate to $475. I told her I respect all Law enforcement but you don't deserve a badge. You're literally helping negotiate and highway robbery. I ended Up paying the $475, almost double what I was quoted, out of fear that my driver would be arrest or have his truck towed. I have This entire dialogue on a recorded line and will be pursuing legal action on this company and will be filing a complaint with the Valdosta police department. STAY AWAY!!

Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

The mechanic saw me an elderly woman coming in for an oil change & break pads for front passenger breaks. They charged me over $300 & then told me I needed a new caliper. Then he called Heritage & they promised to send my part to Fast Lube. All of this after they charged my card for $250. Fast Lube said they never got the part. Heritage said they delivered it. They sent me a picture of an open box sitting in front of a closed bey door. No writing on the box to prove it was from them & nothing on the wall or bay doo saying where they took it. I called Heritage & the guy refused to refund my money fo a part he says was delivered. I have since taken my car to the dealership only to be told I did not need a new caliper as there was nothing wrong with the old one. The manager at Fast Lube said he would call the owner & get this straightened out. After numerous calls & visits to both businesses I have still not gotten my money. Apparently these people care nothing about their reputation. But then, liars never do.

Logo's once on the door, after being removed, bleed thru new paint with their outline, as the glue affects future paint coverings, unless you strip the door down to metal, re prime and apply finish coat and hardener. Had this been made known, I would have offered less on the door. Additionally the electrical switches for the window were toast.
