I called about 8:15am on this Friday and was told they could get it done if I could get the car to them. Thankfully it cranked to get me there and get it done they did. They did the work as I waited with the parts delivery being the only hold up. I was back on the road a little after 11:30 and all was well. The quality of car care was very good and made shorter work of the job than the YouTube crowd. I would highly recommend Professional Automotive. As for pricing I was not put off in the least with the price for the work as I was given all that I asked for on very short notice.

Every time we called if we could actually get someone to answer we'd be told they would get to it that day and call us back. Well of course that never happened. Finally we had enough and called a tow truck to go pick up our SUV. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was in the back of his lot with the hood popped open. Low and behold our battery was missing. Don't waste your time with this man.

Able was located close to my home so I visited them and they took great care of me! After being a customer a while, I learned from Chris, the owner, that they also operate Strong Auto a few miles down the road. When it was busy at one, I could check the other. Now I'm a loyal customer of both! Prices are fair. Work performed is top notch. Management is present, pleasant, and professional. What more could you ask for? Will I be back? Absolutely! My battery was left loose and moving as I drove home and a huge stain of some sort of fluid on the engine fan shroud cover. All this after they kept my Jeep for a full week and I paid almost $1,200 for it. Less than 90 days later I saw the first leak ever, so I went back to find out what was wrong and it was the thermostat. They wanted almost $300 or more to replace it, when it would've only been an extra $50 - $100 if one of the 3 ASE Certified Mechanics had thought about it, or was it a way to be sure I would bring it back and pay more money? I do not recommend taking any chances with this repair shop. They used to be all about the Customers but now it is all about the billing.

I trusted Blue Angel Tire & Automotive with an engine replacement on my commercial ice cream bus…read moreand deeply regret it. We dropped the bus off on January 7 and were told the repair would take only a few weeks. Instead, it took seven weeks, forcing us to cancel events and lose income. After getting the bus back, the engine failed approximately two months later. We returned it to Blue Angel Tire & Automotive, and the vehicle remained in their shop for most of May, which is one of the busiest seasons for our ice cream business. We were forced to cancel additional events and lost significant revenue. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. We frequently called for updates, and the responses we received often left us feeling that our concerns and the impact on our business were not being taken seriously. The delays continued throughout the second engine replacement. When the second engine failed after only about a week of operation, we were told a third engine might be necessary. At that point, we decided to have the vehicle towed to another mechanic. After inspecting the bus, the new mechanic identified several installation-related issues, completed the necessary repairs, and the vehicle has been operating reliably ever since. Overall, this engine replacement ended up costing us approximately $3,500 for the engine, $8,000 in labor, an additional $3,500 in repairs by another mechanic, and months of lost revenue from canceled events. It also put our reputation at risk with customers whose events we had to cancel. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend obtaining multiple estimates before choosing BATA for major engine repairs.

Instead of turning me away, she told me to bring the truck in and let her look at it. While I waited, I watched how they took care of all their customers and even a lady whose vehicle broke down on her driving by on her way to work. These are honest, decent people doing good work. I appreciated them so much when I came back with replacement lug nuts to be put on, I brought drinks for the crew. This is where I'll be taking my tire business from now on.

My experience with this garage and with Steve could not have been better! Steve was professional,…read morerespectful, informative, helpful, honest and rarest of all, very kind. I am a woman purchasing a truck from out of state and he did the inspection for me, complete with pictures texted and a call to explain his results. He then gave me an estimate right then for the repairs he said I would need "soon". Not right then, soon. I trusted him and what he was saying and had him do the repairs right then. My truck was ready the next day and he even coordinated with the dealer to make sure I knew where it would be to have it shipped. His honesty and knowledge made me confident enough to give him my business fixing what would have been needed anyway, there was no reason not to do it now with a mechanic I trust. This garage is the real deal, honest, great prices and Steve is your guy if you need repairs you can trust!
