If you've ever had car trouble while traveling, then you know how stressful it can be. The flat…read morepart actually wasn't that stressful even though it happened 10 pm! But the next day... I was driving from Florida to Texas when my tire light suddenly came on. One of my tires had lost all its air, and I was only about 45 minutes from the hotel I'd booked as my overnight stop. While I was waiting on the tow truck, I googled tire shop and luckily found Fisher Tire & Service was super close. It was the first place I went in the morning. They inspected my tire and told me I'd definitely need a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire size in stock, so they sent me down the road to another shop. Walmart didn't have it either, and after calling multiple tire shops within a 5 mile radius of the area I was in, nobody had my size. I called Fisher back, and that's when everything turned around. They realized they had my tire in their warehouse, and the receptionist offered to go pick it up herself. I wouldn't venture to say she was enthusiastic about it but that level of customer service meant a lot considering I was stranded away from home. The older gentleman who installed my tire was a lifesaver. He was friendly, got everything taken care of quickly once the tire arrived, and had me back on the road. I don't think he realized I know a thing or two about my car when he started asking about the wheel lock. Better ask about me! Well... he can't, because I don't know not one damn body in Pensacola. This whole ordeal set me back several hours from what I'd planned that morning, but I'm thankful this shop was nearby. Maybe it was heavenly intervention that I picked a hotel close to Fisher to begin with. I'll never need them again cause who's driving that long ass route again but if you ever have car trouble in the Pensacola area, check them out.

I cannot recommend this business enough. My wife and I were on our 2 year anniversary vacation in…read morePensacola when our head gasket blew and left us carless. I took the vehicle to East Hill Automotive Center, and Ryan was the biggest blessing to us. He diagnosed the problem, which I later confirmed with my mechanic back in my hometown, and he very clearly laid out the situation and what my different courses of action were. My wife and I were very distraught - learning that our 10 year old car that we had bought 3 months prior had a blown engine and we didn't know how we were going to get home or get through our vacation. Ryan helped me approach the problem confidently (when I felt helpless) and went above and beyond to walk me through his recommendation for proceeding. His advice yielded the dealership I bought the vehicle from paying for 50% of the repair. I recommend East Hill Automotive Center to anyone looking for quality, honest mechanics.

Why make an appointment if it's going to take them 6 hours for a 1 hour job. 2. Why wasn't it explained up front that it may take awhile 3. No apologies. I honestly don't mind a service fee but these guys time and time again have shown me their vast knowledge with the variety of cars I have owned (BMW, Chevy, Honda, & Toyota), patience in explaining and showing me the different problems I've had..... Always reasonably priced and quick to turn my car around and get me back on the road in a timely manner. They setup appointments and stick to their schedule AND respect your time. These are the best mechanics in Crestview, dare I say, the best in the Panhandle. Doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman, they will treat with respect and let you know what is honestly wrong with the vehicle and the different options you have. I drove my Jeep into this shop for intermittent overheating. I specifically requested an OEM…read morethermostat and replacement coolant hoses. The key word here is DROVE. After they replaced the thermostat and hoses, I received a call saying the coolant reservoir now had a hole in it and would cost an additional $400-$500 to replace. I disputed that the reservoir was not damaged when I brought the Jeep in. A significant coolant leak would have been a very different problem from the intermittent overheating I brought it in for. The shop refused to accept responsibility for the damage but "offered" to replace it if I paid for the part. At that point, I was not giving them another dollar. My Jeep drove into this shop and had to leave on a tow truck after they worked on it. That alone summarizes my experience. I brought my vehicle in with one problem and left with another, more serious one. I regret not paying closer attention to their existing reviews before taking my Jeep here. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. I certainly will.

Outstanding Customer Service & Genuine Kindness!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop! I broke down in Crestview when the tread came completely off one of the rear tires on my truck. There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen working in the back, everyone was friendly, professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. In a stressful situation, they made a difficult experience so much easier. I truly could not have ended up in a better situation or with a better company. Their generosity and kindness went far beyond simply fixing a tire--they treated us like people who mattered. I highly recommend Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to everyone! Thank you all so much for your generosity, kindness, and outstanding customer service. You made a stressful situation so much better, and I am truly grateful! Trisha H.

One of the front desk girls was helpful and recalculated everything, but the $320 price stood. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account.
