Was told there was a leak somewhere and didn't know how long belt would last. After a couple of days battery warning light came on and lost power steering and car wouldn't start. Towed car back to Discount Auto & Brakes and John said he would have to clean because there was fluid everywhere and said he would use dye to find out where leak was. Car was towed to place Tuesday afternoon. THIS PLACE KEPT MY CAR FOR 3 DAYS!!! John told me he would call me to let me know where leak was coming from WHICH HE DIDN'T I HAD TO CALL HIM. Told me I needed a high pressure hose and he would order it. Called John on Friday August 27 and told me car would be ready by 2PM. I gave him leeway and told John I would be there by 3:30pm. As soon as got there he proceeded to tell me he didn't get the part. John told me he gerryrigged pump with duct tape and told me it was drivable and he would call me to let me know when pressure hose arrived. ONCE AGAIN JOHN NEVER CALLED ME I HAD TO CALL HIM TODAY. John told me part was in but he didn't know when it would be installed and that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else because he promised other customers that he would have their cars repaired. JOHN IS VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GONE TO THIS PLACE FROM THE BEGINNING AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG. JOHN KEPT SAYING "TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT". I was driving from Florida to Texas when my tire light suddenly came on. One of my tires had lost all its air, and I was only about 45 minutes from the hotel I'd booked as my overnight stop. While I was waiting on the tow truck, I googled tire shop and luckily found Fisher Tire & Service was super close. It was the first place I went in the morning. They inspected my tire and told me I'd definitely need a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire size in stock, so they sent me down the road to another shop. Walmart didn't have it either, and after calling multiple tire shops within a 5 mile radius of the area I was in, nobody had my size. I called Fisher back, and that's when everything turned around. They realized they had my tire in their warehouse, and the receptionist offered to go pick it up herself. I wouldn't venture to say she was enthusiastic about it but that level of customer service meant a lot considering I was stranded away from home. The older gentleman who installed my tire was a lifesaver. He was friendly, got everything taken care of quickly once the tire arrived, and had me back on the road. I don't think he realized I know a thing or two about my car when he started asking about the wheel lock. Better ask about me! Well... he can't, because I don't know not one damn body in Pensacola. This whole ordeal set me back several hours from what I'd planned that morning, but I'm thankful this shop was nearby. Maybe it was heavenly intervention that I picked a hotel close to Fisher to begin with. I'll never need them again cause who's driving that long ass route again but if you ever have car trouble in the Pensacola area, check them out.

It was discovered they tore out door runner, under desk & steering wheel area & because he choose not to spend well over a $1,000 plus they did not put it back together. I contacted play ground & spoke to George. First everybody who answer phone was rude & George was a cry baby. I explained my son was only 19 & they took advantage of him. Also find out that play ground charges to put your vehicle bAck together after they tear it all apart & get upset if you choose not to let them fix it. Was suppose to be put back to original state. I would not recommend them, they try to blame customers, take advantage of young adults & I'm sure would do it to women also . Nothing more then another greedy & unethical local business.
