Worst discount store I've ever been too. 2 weeks and I can't get a tire. Originally had taken it for a repair, and was told it couldn't be repaired. They placed the donut on and my family has been driving around on the donut for 2 weeks easily exceeding the recommended distance of 50 miles. I have been given 3 dates when the tire would arrive and every time it has changed. Only the manager Patrick calls back to follow up, no one else actually gives a shit at this store. With so many discount options around time you're better off driving a little out of the way be sure if anything wrong happens this store will not help you. Update: I have been informed that I can drive around on my donut because they don't care. Ended up getting all 4 changed at Costco even though the other 3 tires were purchased less than a year ago. Discount does not honor their warranty and at least this location doesn't give a damn about customer safety. read more

Came with a flat tire. They initially said they couldn't see anything. Hours go by. I call. "What's the status" "Oh we found a nail we could barely find, and it looks like you need two brand new tires" Mind you. I just bought all new tires from them in November of 2024. There is absolutely no way. I spoke with Mitchell who was absolutely rude and gave me attitude. The tires were purchased under a different number. Gave me attitude about not finding warranty. I requested to speak with a manager. An unidentified person got on the phone. Said he didn't know what the problem was, tires are covered under warranty, they'll put the new tires up. At this point I'm seriously questioning the integrity of this shop. I get a ride in. Maybe Mitchell will have a change of heart when he realizes he's speaking with a grown man and not a helpless old lady. Mitchell magically forgets who I am even though I just argued with him on the phone an hour prior. He says the person I spoke to was a man named J J, which was another lie, because I remember Mitchell introducing himself on the phone. At this point I'm very mad because Mitchell is a liar even about the phone call we just had. I have a comprehensive report from February 26th from Christian brothers automotive going over my tread and tires. Perfectly fine. Mitchel tells me I need brand new tires. And then Mitchell says that my tires are past the mileage for the warranty for the tires. Of course! I read online your business occasionally scams people out of warranties. At this point I am furious. I have a small daughter and now I can't even trust the integrity of my own vehicle or your companies work to drive my family around town just so your men can make a sale. Is this how you do business? At the end I get into it with Mitchel, called him out on his lies and J J tries to back him up. I have photo evidence and proof of my tires and tread from a month and a half ago. I am taking my car into the shop again to check the integrity of your work. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed and deal with lying conmen. Imagine if I wasn't a man. Women beware. The only saving grace was that the argument in the shop got so heated with the three of us J J told me to leave and he would "take care of the tire" wow. How convenient. Thanks a lot. I understand we all need to eat. We all have a job to do. I am a working class man as well. You don't have to screw over your own countrymen for a dollar. That's bad religion. Would have maybe had a sale if Mitchell wasn't so rude and aggressive with me at first, and then him getting caught in a web of lies right after, and then never taking accountability like a man. I don't know if I will ever give discount tire my business ever again, this experience was literally baffling. Mitchell is a GROWN OLD man by the way, talking down to people over the phone and then had the audacity to throw J J under the bus, saying it was J J i was on the phone with earlier when I know it was you Mitchell. I remember when integrity used to mean something, do men not stand by their work anymore? read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Having been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years, it is time to part ways with Discount Tire. For the 3rd time I attempted to get an air check on my tires as the TPMS showed low pressure. As usual the air check line was closed again. Today's excuse was excessive heat. I would buy into that except for this store had employees working outside changing tires on vehicles parked that definitely was more taxing than a pressure check. This is nothing but a convenient excuse as their employees are busy with new targets and can't take care of their past customers. Even trying to make an appointment to get the pressure checked was more than 2 days away. Thank God I have their warranty so if the tire(s) go flat, they get replaced. Discount tire needs to say we don't do free air check if it is hot and you are NOT a paying customer. read more

Everyone was so polite and such good customer service. This is so rare anywhere anymore and was so refreshing.

Another great tire buying experience with Paul, Justin and the team at Discount Tire for 4 new tires for my Toyota 4Runner. We have been customers for over 20 years. Great tires, fair pricing, prompt and excellent service. Thanks again guys! Bill Campbell Glendale, AZ read more

Discount Tire is the best! I've been a life long customer and would never go anywhere else. I've always had such great customer service experiences at every location. This is the location I go to now because it's closest to my house but I would say that it doesn't matter which location you go to. I've never had a bad experience. I trust their expertise and trust them to provide great service. read more

Great customer service the owner is a great guy, they do price-match and really careful with your car.

Another return as this has been a company I've been loyal to since I was a teen. Had to get new tires today and Obadiah was key in making sure I had the right choice for the right price. The whole team has been very informative in letting me know the steps along the way. read more

I go to this location for a reason! I got my tmps sensors replaced before a trip at another location close to my work, they did a great job but they didn't read the new codes and upload them properly. Looked me in the eyes at the other location and said "it'll turn off after a while". I drive over 30 miles with my dash playing a July Christmas tune to no avail. Christopher got the scanner and had me out in under 10 mins. My warning lights cleared before I made it 1 mile down the street. Exceptional service thank you again to Christopher and the team. read more

I've been to many Discount Tire shops. It's a great place to go and they offer more free services than any other business I'm aware of. This last visit was exemplary. I took in a set of tires with pretty sad rims with a ton of rust on them. I was looking to have the old ones removed and new ones seated. They had them for a while but were only able to fix 2 of 4. I was a bit disappointed at first because I was hoping the rims would all be in good shape. They offered to refund me, but then also offered to keep the tires another day until they had the tools needed to fix all the rims. The next morning I got a call saying my tires were ready. I really think these guys went above and beyond to help me out with my tires. Obadiah, Nathaniel, and Jacob helped provide great service and I just wanted to shout that out. Thanks guys. read more

Guys are nice but dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for new tires and needed it done by 3PM. They said they just had to get the tires from another store but it would be done by 3PM. Obviously they lied and were not done by 3PM and I have places to be. Thanks guys truly appreciate it for lying to my face. They said they would call me once they got the tires and never did that either. read more

I bought a set of Michelin Pilot sport tires. Very good price, and you'll buy a Road Hazzad. I've had a couple claims, and it's always handled it. read more

Simply the Best Customer Service!! I once tried 3 different tire brands and liked none of them and they Still let me exchange them for a different one, No hassles !! Always caring, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires or wheels read more

Recommend trying another discount tire than this one. Not only were the men at the front desk rude, they scratched my entire wheel, and couldn't inform me that my tire sensor went out. I came for one tire change because of a flat and it was an awful experience. Will never be going to this one again. read more

Nate and Brenden were both so helpful and went above and beyond with helping to fix an issue another center caused with my tires. I'm definitely going to be coming to this location moving forward. The lobby area is big, clean and I appreciated the bottles of water that were available, especially on this 118 degree day! read more

Totally satisfied with service from this Discount Tire. I choose this location since they also do alignments. I wanted a larger tire on my F150, first they test fitted for me at no cost. Was close, so I did a leveling kit and ordered the larger tires. There were issues getting the tires as originally ordered, but they took an extra effort to get the tires I wanted into their shop, installed them and took care of me for my inconvenience. p.s., they also beat Costco's cost! read more

First time buying tires at discount tire. Excellent service experience and good price on my tires. Bought 4 new tires after getting 10 years out of my previous set. Got a nail in one so decided to buy all new. I will use discount tire in the future. They have locations all over the country. read more

Discount Tire - Store lobby and waiting area. - Tires Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Spiteful : I came to this discount tire to change two of the rear tires (couldn't afford the protection at the moment) only to find out 20 minutes later when I went to my dealership to do an intensive car repair after they inspected the car they told me that there is a nail in the right rear tire , and the tire caps were removed and it was not tightened properly. I was told to go back to discount tire to see if you can getting exchange for new tire that I've change about 40mins ago! I thought this discount tire was supposed to be about integrity and after this I will not come back here so don't be surprised if you don't get protection for your tires and discover You ended up with a nail in it that is in a non-repairable position ..what are the odds and call them ...they will act like they have nothing to do with it read more

Discount Tire - Brand new tire - Tires Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Discount Tire @ the Glendale Behrend location rocked it! A special shout out to Miles, who answered the phone well after closing, made an appointment, held my tires, and then provided his personal cell to connect w/ him in the morning to drop my Tesla off 1-1/2 hour before opening...what great service, above and beyond! Thanks Miles and Troy and Brendan and DT team! read more

I was in November at this location as I have every 4 weeks a low tire signal appearing on my dash. I was told that I needed 2 front tires and there was NO LEAK anywhere detected. So I got the 2 front tires for over $300. Now 4 weeks later the low tire pressure prompt appears again! Yikes. When calling the store and waiting for the manager I waited for over 8 mind for him not to show up. I called again and talked to an associate and he told me that it was MY problem that I did not go and have the tire pressure checked after 4 weeks and it had nothing to do with their service. REALLY?? WOW. I AM WRONG NOW ? and he was super defensive!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! TERRIBLE! read more

Had a blow out with a relatively new Falken, ended up replacing all of my Falken's with Michelin's. Kendall was brilliant. He helped me compare what I had to Goodyear's and Michelin's and within them different types of Goodyear's and Michelin's dependent on my needs and driving habits. Could not be happier with the upgrade. Since two of the Falken's were pretty new I just paid the difference. Thanks for making it a very personalized experience, and for being so patient with me as I decided! read more

I came here for service on my car (obviously lol). It was sooo busy, but they still managed to deliver the best customer service. They were so friendly & made sure to check in with me so I knew how much longer my wait was. As I waited, I watched them deliver excellent customer service to every person who came in. Some people they even knew by name! Very impressive. If you need service on your car I'd recommend them. read more

I believe I was defrauded since I had a warranty. Went to this discount tire and was told the damage to my tire from a nail could not be repaired due to its distance to the sidewall and other reasons that I had to buy a whole new set. However, I did not disclose to them that I had a warranty. they did not have the tires in stock that day so I went on my way Over two weeks later I took the same damaged tire to THIS discount tire (this time I caught another nail so I really couldn't wait this time. I went to a different shop, this time I disclose that I had a warranty, they patched both of them and said they were fine for repair When I discussed this with the second shop they told me the first shop was lying to me to sell me a new set of tires. Or was the second shop lying to me so that they did not have to Follow the obligation of the Warranty??? Regardless. I have hade my time wasted and I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT.... If you aren't going to honor your warranty DO NOT SELL THEM!! And if you do don't SELECTIVELY HONOR IT!! Total BS fraud on either this store or original store on FLW AND SCOTTSDALE ROAD. Every year the service gets worse and worse. Not sure if I can continue to do business with them..... just like every other business in America. Service/experience/ care for customer grows smaller EVERY SINGLE YEAR Hopefully management corrects this error. Been a loyal discount tire customer for almost 2 decades. Will LIKELY not continue if this issue is not corrected. This location in particular is known for being predatory towards women, trying to confuse them and make them purchase tires that are not remotely needed.... Multiple colleagues have confirmed that THIS location has participated in this behavior. read more

These guys are amazing. I stopped just as they were closing and they took me right in and fixed my tire without hesitation.

Been coming here for years but their standard is dropping. The wait was way over what they projected. Every time I bring my vehicles here the tire sensor goes off and they want to replace them for an excessive cost. read more

Always helpful. A bit of a wait but that is most likely normal for this type of business.

I unfortunately had a flat on a Sunday so I had to wait til Monday to come in but I felt well taken care of. Troy was so kind and helpful. Henry was also extremely helpful. They greeted me with a smile and were honest with me. As a nurse who sees MVCs everyday, vehicle safety is extremely important to me whether it means having to get new tires or windshield wipers. I had a great experience with this shop. There was A LOT of people but what do you expect on a Monday ahaha I wasn't even bothered by the wait. 10/10 would recommend this store read more

This store is getting more and more sloppy in their performance as well as their parking taking up the parking lot for customers to scramble where to park. read more

Having a flat on a Monday morning was not fun. This was the closest discount so the other half followed me here. They were organized and had 2 lines, one for air check and another to check in. Austin helped us and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my tire was unable to be patched up so we bought 2 new tires. I can't say how much customer service matters and they really knock it out of the park here! Makes shelling out a couple hundred easier when you are dealing with nice people. If I have the option to come back here in the future I will go out of my way to come here as I have other Discount Tire shops closer to me. Thanks guys for making my morning a little easier! read more

Best customer service ever! Highly recommend this Discount Tire location! They are super clean and super fast ... especially for a Monday when most people are cranky! I had my wife's vehicle for the first time in a few weeks so I could gas it and have the tires checked. I didn't have time to do it myself because I have an appointment tonight. I pulled into the air check line at 5:20 and sat there until 535 two employees standing around, we're not courteous enough to come out and tell me that they were not doing air check at this time or offered to help. This used to be a good store that I used frequently, but lately it's getting worse and worse I still use discount, but not this store. read more

Normally I swear by discount tire. Are store is usually Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley...they are a 10 star location. Recently due to covid are location was closed for a bit. We took our car to the Arrowhead/bell location also great. Recently purchased a new (used) car was told that there was no charge for our tire rotation. We get to Bell they tell us wrong location. Head to 59th off the 101. They tell us it is $40 because we did not get our tires trough them. After we were quoted no charge. Bait and switch not cool. Once we are done we will not be back to this location. All discount tire locations not the same. I will all praise and refer people to the Lake Pleasant Happy Valley or Bell location. And then Tyler told us it was lifetime for $40. Yet his boss said $60 was lifetime we paid for onetime service. We were worried about a leak and no one checked tire pressure. Past disappointment on the service at THIS store. read more
