    Brand new tire

    Spiteful : I came to this discount tire to change two of the rear tires (couldn't afford the protection at the moment) only to find out 20 minutes later when I went to my dealership to do an intensive car repair after they inspected the car they told me that there is a nail in the right rear tire , and the tire caps were removed and it was not tightened properly. I was told to go back to discount tire to see if you can getting exchange for new tire that I've change about 40mins ago! I thought this discount tire was supposed to be about integrity and after this I will not come back here so don't be surprised if you don't get protection for your tires and discover You ended up with a nail in it that is in a non-repairable position ..what are the odds and call them ...they will act like they have nothing to do with it

    When people go on Facebook Groups "looking for a good mechanic"? STOP doing that! This shop is…read morebetter than a "good mechanic" they are OUTSTANDING and went over and beyond! I had an A/C issue that has been going on for a couple years and I kept putting it off and putting it off. Finally decided this is the year. My car is a Camaro so I started at the Chevy dealership...big mistake! The problem I was having is that in order to get to this part that needed to be replaced, they had to remove the windshield. I was terrified that my windshield would get broken and it was a fairly new windshield that I just had tinted! Chevy was going to charge me over $4,700 and keep my car for over a week! So plan B...started at Google....Kerry's popped up and I trusted my gut! Called, made the appointment for the next day. I got in and my service advisor was extremely helpful and kind. He actually cared about my feelings about my windshield and that alone made me feel better. So after explaining to me exactly what was wrong and explaining to me what needed to happen, it made sense. Still worried about the cost and time without my car because I have my son that I need to take to school and back, I was once again blown away by my advisors' next response...the cost was nowhere near Chevy and my car would only be with them for 4 days! I got my car back with the coldest A/C west of the Mississippi! No seriously, my A/C works great!!!!!! A few days after, I picked up my car, the manager James called to follow up and make sure my car was up to my standards and asked if I had any questions. It's nice to see great service in the world of GO-GO and no care for others. Bottom line Kerry's cares!!!! See you in a few months for my breaks and rotors!

I dropped the car off and when they sent the quote they added on parts at a ridiculously marked up price and I didn't need. Took my car to Christian brothers, I did not need the resistor they tried to charge almost 500 for and the other shop only charged me 330for parts and labor vs the 1200 this shop tried to rip me off for. Times are hard enough for them to try and rip me off for 870 extra was ridiculous.

When I picked up my car, the cruise control was no longer working. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with skepticism, as if my concern wasn't valid. That was frustrating, especially since I know my vehicle and how it was operating prior to service. They asked to keep the car for further inspection, which I agreed to. A couple of days later, they informed me the issue had been "fixed." However, when I asked what the problem was, I was told it was the cruise control switch. What raised serious concerns for me was what came next. When I asked for documentation or a repair record, I was told there was none--because the mechanic had paid for the part out of his own pocket. That explanation simply does not sit right. If a repair was performed, there should always be documentation--regardless of who paid for the part. Transparency is basic professionalism. The lack of paperwork, combined with the fact that the system was working before my visit, strongly suggests something happened while the vehicle was in their care. More disappointing than anything was that no one took responsibility, and no apology was offered. Mistakes can happen in any shop--but honesty and accountability matter. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

    Good morning Yelpers. Just wanted to share this Midas experience with you all…read more. So I decided to give a Groupon Midas Oil Change a try..I was amazed! Great customer service. Clean establishment. Fast and accurate work. They even replaced a brake light that was out with no extra cost..and a full synthetic oil change is cheaper than the Groupon itself..which is awesome info..so when I do run out of oil buys on Groupon..I can come here and get it for a little cheaper..cause saving money at place that takes care of your car needs is always a plus.. The manager did want to look to see if I was under the problem. Just told me I had to pay. I pull out my card and show him. After the oil changed he told me that cost was $$.00 and I told him again. He punched my card, and that was not the end of it. They told me I need my car pipes clean and it was the law that he could not let me drive my car off the lot. I tried to tell him that I got it done somewhere else and started to show him the paper, getting mad at me, and he told me to get outut, a customer was hearing this. After the manger stop tell off and try to sell me I didn't need. I just wanted to leave, when I start to leave, he gave me a free oil change. Truth I would not go back if you payed me all the money in the world. I don't like to be treated that way and be sold something I don't need, knowing I did need it. So, if anyone tell you that you need to buy or need something, ask other auto places and see if they say the same thing. 2. Know your car. JUST DON'T GET SOMETHING DONE. ASK A QUESTION. There are always people who love to talk about engines. If you don't explain it to them, that is not the place for you or tell you that is the law( make then show you in writing). Keep track of what you do to your car and who does it for you. There are comany what will do and say anything to get your money. I don't know about you but I am not rich. A good COMPANY WILL LISTEN, NOT TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED, OR TELL YOU LIES. Talk to other people and see what they think about the company. If you want to go ANY place, ask other people. GOOD COMPANY WILL STAY IN BUSINESS AND BAD COMPANY WILL NOT. JUST TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE, SPREAD THE WORD. THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY.
