It was pretty busy so we decided to eat at the bar. The engineer that came up with the idea to put a frozen border to set your beer on to keep it cold deserves a major pay raise. The aesthetic was completely awesome. Gas pumps for door handles, tires for sinks, life-size cars hanging from the ceilings was just amazing. It was very thoughtfully planned. Once you get past the awesome decor- you move on to the food. I had a Monte Cristo sandwich which you seldom find at restaurants. It's a sandwich that comes with preserves and powdered sugar. Hear me out. It was absolutely phenomenal. The raspberry preserves were some of the best preserves I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection. We ordered burgers, and they were all really good. One bun seemed a little stale, but it didn't take away from the overall meal. The cheese curds were a standout: piping hot, crispy, and definitely worth ordering. The beef nachos, on the other hand, were a bit disappointing. They arrived cold and just didn't have the same wow factor as the rest of the food. My sweet potato fries were a little soggy, but I took the leftovers home and popped them in the air fryer the next day, and they turned out fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely go back. I appreciate them being so thorough - we love our dogs and want them to be safe, no matter where they are! Their "Pour-It-Yourself" tap wall is sooo creative and fun. I love the way they have this set up - so their "Bark Rangers" can spend less time pouring drinks, and more time hanging out with the pups. You connect your debit/credit card to one of their tap cards, and then just use that throughout your visit. They even have handy drop-boxes for you to use on your way out, so you don't have to bother with the tedious "closing out" process. We've tried several of their rotating brews at this point - but our favorite is actually the Bark-veza, which was specially made for the Bark Park! We also have to shout out the GM, Amanda. During both of our visits, she's been extra attentive to our overly excited puppy, and even offered us some excellent training advice for our older, more anxious/reserved dog as well. We've purchased day passes for our last two visits ($10/dog), but we're seriously considering a monthly membership for both of our pups in the New Year.
