Christon is Fabulous! I just bought my first house and while the house itself was lovingly maintained, and the central air was newish, I found myself feeling kinda sick at the end of my first day there... I figured that the previous owners had a dog and it must just need the ducts cleaned, so I turned to Yelp and found Christon. He was so friendly, professional and understanding - and given the situation he made an early AM appointment with me for the next morning (less tha 24hrs notice!) Christon arrived right on time - professionally dressed with a friendly smile/greeting. He methodically evaluated the home and approached the system (started with the attic system then worked his way down). He immediately discovered that the system was not only pretty grungy, but had a DEAD BIRD in it!!!!! How does that even happen?!?!?! He not only removed the bird (gross), but then sanitized the system and got the house smelling fresh and clean! He also checked the dryer exhaust as part of his services and discovered a thick layer of lint just waiting to catch fire. He was able to replace it with a part he had in the truck, and barely charged a thing for it. Do you know, he didnt even charge me extra for the bird removal- even at my insistence. At the end of my day, I felt so much better than I had the days before! I can't thank Christon enough!!! Fair prices -Fab work - quick service- thorough and an honest good guy taboot! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I prepaid for his service, he failed to show up the day of the appointment. I called 2 hours past his appointment time and he told me he had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA but expected to arrive a bit later. Bottom line, he never showed up. We rescheduled for a later date, he never showed up, and he never returned any of my calls or texts. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I had used him in the past, without any problems, but obviously, he's got some serious problems now. My advice would be to avoid at all costs read more

It was a big mistake to hire this company. I wasn't around while they performed the cleaning. I spot checked a few easily accessible vents on the floor after I got home. Guess what, put it in a simple way: it's hard to tell whether they have cleaned it or not! These are the few examples after their cleaning, in the last picture, I saw lots of ants attracted by some candy accidentally dropped in there and they didn't pick it up! Very disappointed with the work. read more

Christon was communicative and efficient. He did a thorough job cleaning the duct work in my new house, and carefully explained everything that he would be doing. He pulled the existing furnace filter out and it looked as if it hadn't been changed in years; I've never seen a filter that dirty. He showed me before and after photos of the duct work. Christon also cleaned the dryer line. We were very happy with his service and will absolutely have him back again. read more

Christian was very prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He knew exactly what we needed and came with state of the art industrial grade equipment. His main priority was home safety as he cleaned years old lint after we moved into our new home and he gave us maintenance tips and advice on how to live safely and healthy. He expertly moved our stackable W/D and cleaned behind and on top and the walls of the closet. We definitely will be calling him to service our heating and HVAC duct work, next week. His prices are very affordable, an excellent value. You can't go wrong with Christian! read more

Christon did a phenomenal job at our house today. We just brought home a newborn and realized a lot of our vents and ducts have not been cleaned in a very long time. I was concerned for my newborn's health breathing in the air. He came and did such a professional job and took pictures before and after for us to see his work and walked us through everything he did. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of a great thorough cleaning! read more

At first Christin responded quickly to my call, gave me a quick run through of pricing and services. An appointment was arranged but it was difficult to contact before my appointment. He did eventually get back and did a wonderful job. He did a thorough job and cleaned out our dryer vent. Showed us photos and used a sanitizing spray. I would use his services again. It read more

Background on the project: Home was built in the 60s. HVAC system is about 10/15 years old. We purchased the home in August of 2018 and the house was pretty dirty. We spent the first week just cleaning. House still has a bit of an order so we thought to have the ducts cleaned. At first I was pleasant surprised how professional and courtesy Christon was on the phone at time of booking. He explained the services and pricing. He was even able to come out in less then a week. Unfortunately I was not able to be there during the cleaning but coordinated a family member to be there. Christon arrived on time. As the day went on, things started unfolding. * Dryer vent was ripped during cleaning. Tried to repair it with a "bandage" of a repair. The minute I turned the dryer on the vent went flying off. I gave Christon two opportunities to make this situation right and both times he wants to charge me to replace the vent. I understand the vent was dirty (that is the reason why I hired a cleaning service to come out) and the dryer vent was included in the air duct cleaning but my expectations was not to have to replace the vent. If that was the case I would have replaced it from the beginning and not have to go thru the clean up of the mess that was left behind * Mess left behind. I had to clean the entire house and basement after he left. I had a black stain on my daughter's carpet. Finger prints on the walls (please see pictures) * I thought the vent covers were part of the cleaning but those were as dirty when I got home as when I left. * A vent was missed * Chimney cleaning was only from the bottom and the opening. Never went to the roof. I usually don't write reviews but I thought I had done my homework on this project but I was wrong. I am unsatisfied with the project and have given Christon a opportunity to make the situation right prior to writing this review. read more

The service provided was fantastic. Christon (the owner) did an exceptional job. It was clear he was well educated and knowledgable in the field. He walked me through the whole process, and was very professional. My system was in terrible shape, and I could be happier with the job that was done. The air flow throughout my home has improved and my clothing even dries faster when laundry is done. He was very tidy, organized, and cleaned up the entire space once he was finished. Christon was responsive, friendly, and flexible. We suspected that something was wrong with our dryer vent after we moved into a new condo and wanted it checked ASAP. Christon personally answered the phone and scheduled a visit the same day. He came in, immediately saw the dryer vent was disconnected from the dryer and worked diligently to reattach and clean the vent, all for a very reasonable price. He also noted that if we use his services to clean our HVAC vents, he would clean the dryer vent for free, an offer we will definitely use. A+ from us! read more

Christian was awesome! He came and serviced my two family duplex. Very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend him!

From the initial phone call to the moment he exited my home, Christon was courteous and professional. He arrived on time, announcing his arrival with a phone call so I was prepared to have the doorbell ring. The team cleaned my vents, air conditioning system, and laundry vents. He and his crew member remained on-task with no interruptions from cell phones or texting. Even when speaking to each other, they were polite and respectful. Christon clearly explained the process of accessing the inside of my cooling system, and showed me his workmanship before reapplying the insulation. Each air vent was removed, cleaned, and replaced leaving the area exactly as it was found - with the exception of my laundry closet, which was cleaner! :) The price was fair, and already my dryer is working more efficiently. I am delighted with the experience. read more
