This was our first visit with our 2-year-old mixed-breed dog, and Tyrel provided outstanding customer service. He explained the available grooming services, checked us in efficiently, and calmly escorted our dog to the grooming area, helping him feel comfortable. We brought our dog in for a nail trim and nail buffing, and both services were done professionally. When Tyrel returned, he mentioned that our dog was a little nervous about the height of the grooming table, so he lowered it to help him feel more at ease. I really appreciated the extra care and patience he showed. Our dog did great, and the entire experience was positive from start to finish. Walked out with the plants...a brand new Paludarium and then some. The customer service here is phenomenal. George and Ryan were so helpful and knowledgeable, patiently helped us pick out our merch and gave us advice on problems we had run into. They are laid back and very personable, and funny, almost like we knew them for a long time! But everyone there were super nice and had a great attitude. Making this experience across the island so memorable. The store selection is also something to admire, they have a little bit of everything from small reptiles to dogs in such a small space (compared to a big box store). Definitely had to grab a few upgrades for our dogs and cats. But the fish area was the one place I was very impressed with. Everything they had was so clean and healthy! So I question her, the fish in the bag will have to go back in the tank? She says yes. Silence..... So on my end I state, can I sign up to be a member, and from there it moved on to purchasing the fish. For those who want to return dead fish - the cashier explained to me the rules, bring back dead fish within 30 days, bring receipt, and bring some of the aquarium water (as they test the water), need these 3 items or they can't give you a return. The people that I interacted with kind of threw me off, almost like I were dealing with robots, I'm sure they are very nice people. But it got me thinking, what if I told fish person, I want 5 of this, 5 of that and 5 of that fishes, I'm pretty sure would have took +15 minutes to bring to the cashier. Then I tell cashier I don't have a membership, and we just stare at each other like robots. Get rid of the membership requirement to buy fishes.
