So I wanted to complain about a disgusting policy and behavior of one of your locations. I was…read moresitting quietly, not bothering anyone, waiting on my laundry to be done in the dryer as a paying customer when an employee came up to me and asked me to leave. When I asked why he said it was because "I wasn't doing anything there and the boss told me to ask you to leave," which was inaccurate and an over assumption as I was in fact waiting on my laundry to be done. I know exactly what he thought though. I bring my laundry to the laundromat in a rolling suitcase because I live in walking distance to the laundromat and I don't drive. I have back problems so this is my solution. He saw the suitcase and assumed I was homeless. I think the policy of coming up to homeless people and asking them to leave especially since it's cold out and nearly winter is disgusting. I was minding my own business, bothering no one so there was no reason to ask me to leave other than discrimination. I did go there just about every week to do laundry and planned to go back multiple times in the next few weeks as I am moving and need to get laundry done but this policy and behavior lost my business. I hope this locations store owners and employees learn something about kindness and compassion because that was not shown here.

Maybe don't announce the business as open till 1am if you're looking to close at 11. Food for thought. I'll be generous and give it 2 stars since it was at least clean.

Constantly I have been spoken to rudely by the elderly woman who works day shift small comment about my clothes having a smell ( I have small children which I expressed and at times they bed wet given my busy travel schedule for work I don't get to it in time. Hence me doing drop off and never my own laundry) and calls at times when I'm over a week to pickup again I travel for work so at times I'm not around. Today was the last straw for me upon picking up a small order of mine the woman told me I need to stop bringing smelly clothes she'll let it "slide this time" and with such a rude demeanor. No helllo or good bye ever from them by the way. I originally was going to leave my order and pickup mine. After that I went right back in and grabbed my clothes right back and asked for manager she stated she was (unfortunate) then I asked for the owner she said he's not around when I asked when she scoffed there's no time. Super rude will be taking my business elsewhere. Clothes are always never smelling of softener even though I pay extra they skimp on that for sure but I always went to them since they are convenient like I said next to work , will try and see if I can catch owner in store one day to chat have spent over thousands or dollars to be embarrassed in front of others about my belongings that I pay for them to clean that's the job , its not what you say its how you say it !!

One is you need to use a machine to load money onto a card to use in the washing machines. The device is not user-friendly and almost nobody in the place is fluent in english. The other drawback I found was that the washer machines are not user-friendly either when it comes to settings for a wash. They do have plenty of parking outside, which is a good thing. I would say , unless you don't have your own washer and dryer , it's probably a decent place to consider if you can figure out how to operate the card loading device.
