Overpriced tune up & oil change on a SxS; 3-4 stars; meh... TTR125-front tire tube, 1 star... was told it would be ~$15 for tire tube and $45 labor; they charged $85 labor and it took 2 weeks. TTR125-leaking @ carb; negative 2stars... they had it for 2weeks, said they fixed it; I went to pick it up, it was still leaking....another week+ they said they fixed it; charged $280+ for a float kit rebuild and labor....it was near close time, I trusted that they knew what they were doing- my mistake... loaded, brought home, put in the barn on charger...went to ride 'a couple mo later' and it is flowing leaking fuel from additional locations, heavier than before they 'fixed" it....took it back, they tried to blame me for using cheap gas- this has had only racing-ethanol free fuel w/ lucas oil & or stabil, for over 5 yr; if it had $h!t gas they were the ones to put it in....they wanted to charge more $ to rbuild the carb again- when they did a $h!t job the first time.... *The service guy was very polite, and I understand it is the manager, not the desk dude, is responsible for the exceedingly poor customer service and shop policy. read more

I bought a motorcycle from this place in 2019 everything was okay on that however when I went back to have tires put on the bike a couple years later I was lied to about the price over the phone and they charged me much more after the dirty deed was done they also scratched up and marked up my front wheel when they mounted the tire in a couple spots. I went to them about this and sent photos they said they would mail me out some touch-up paint and I've yet to get it. I will never take my motorcycle back to this place to be worked on I will just go to East Texas Motorsports. read more

Horrible service. I called early July and tell them that the compression release broke on the over head cam on my machine. They said you are 5 days over warranty, but the service guy tells me that he will contact polaris and that sometimes they have a grace period. So I waited and ever week on the week I contacted them only to be told they are still waiting on a response from polaris. So after a month now I contact they and speak with the service manager and he says they have now notes or Recollection of me ever calling, and that the service guy that I spoke with no longer works there. So now I'm just shit out of luck because they have bad employees. I won't buy another machine from them. More will I ever recommend them to anyone else. Horrible service ! read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I attempted to purchase a motorcycle from this establishment and learned that their name is very appropriate. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, I contacted their office about a bike that was listed on CycleTrader and on their business website. I was told that the bike was in stock and available to pick up immediately. I mulled over the purchase and again contacted their office on April 19, 2022. They again informed me that it was in stock and ready to be picked up. They took a $500 hold deposit over the phone that they processed immediately. I then arranged to take off work for the 5 hour drive (one way) to pick up the bike on Friday. I also rented a truck to transport the bike. A few hours later they called and said that they did not have the bike and it was in an unknown warehouse somewhere in the world. They were unable to provide any timeframe for when they would receive the bike and were unwilling to make a single phone call to try to track it down. The finance manager, Aaron Howell, hung up on me mid sentence and did not allow me to speak with the sales manager regarding my complaint that they were selling items that they didn't even have. read more

Worked with Rick through email and a single, very direct phone call ... no lousy sales tactics. Got the price I wanted on the quad I wanted. The staff was friendly and engaging while I waited for vehicle prep. When I was loading the rig on my trailer, the shop was closing down & they all rolled down their windows and chatted for a minute or 2 on the way by. After walking around for 10 minutes in the showroom I got tired of waiting for help. The sales people were to busy talking to each other. The guy at the counter never looked up from his phone. If I could rate it at a lower score I would in a heart beat! My husbands buddy took his 07 r1 in to have the stator fixed, when he went to pick it up. He got half way down the road and all the oil poured out of it. They hadn't put two bolts back in where they needed to be. Result; nearly killed his buddy when the oil poured out and nearly caused him to wreck. Ok, he took it back explained what happed, they say they will fix it. Hears nothing back for weeks! Finally he goes up there to pick it up, on the ride home same thing happens oil pours out and he barley makes it to the shoulder of the road. My husband and I go to help him, look over everything and find that there's a hole in the motor about the size of a baseball! They take it back up there and the service guy says he'll look at it as soon as he can. Three weeks later still nothing has been done! They won't return calls, won't answer any questions about it saying he "hasn't gotten a chance to call" it's been three weeks and the bike is just a shop ornament at this point! My husband and his buddy go up there and talk to the service guys and the owner. No one takes responsibility for what they did wrong and tries to blame our buddy. They blew the motor and will not take any responsibility to it. I'd tag my husband so he could explain better but they blocked him from this page when he called me out. I will not give them any business and will refer everyone I know to other businesses instead of this shady ass place. read more

Stopped by to pick up a starting solenoid yesterday. The price? $106 dollars and some change. While the parts guy was trying to find me in the system i looked up the part on my phone. Found it for $7.75! Wow what a mark up. That's a whopping 1350%!!! I will be finding other establishment that's not so greedy to do business with in the future. Highly disappointed. read more
