Now my truck won't crank unless I relieve the pressure on the fuel line. They took time to tell me my brake fluid needs to be flushed among other things equally an additional $1k. I was planning to go back to get those items fixed. You are not going to milk me. Find another cow. They just missed that $1k trying to milk me for that $125. And they got a bad review from me, which can potentially cost the other customers.

Review on Longview Truck Center…read more Our Crane Company located in Baltimore, Maryland "Williams Crane" bought a Used Freightliner Rollback truck from the good folks @ Longview Truck Center located in Longview Texas. Where they have been providing Quality Trucks & Trailers along with modern Day Cabs & Sleepers and also Construction equipment for almost 20 years. We bought the truck ("As Is" no warranty which is typical in the industry on used trucks) after seeing it on the website and having them send us videos (with sound) and we watched as they ran it through the necessary functions that were important to us to see it in action along with 20 or 30 Photos. We made a pretty quick deal & then flew a driver down from Maryland to pick it up and drive it back to Baltimore. We had it Maryland State inspected and it passed with flying colors. After several months we had some rather expensive mechanical issues with the Truck & even though it did not have a warranty & honestly they did not have to do anything for us..... let's just say they stepped up to the plate and sent us a check for a portion of what we spent on the repairs "No One In the Industry Does That". So now Longview has a customer for life!! We knew that they have a reputation for outstanding quality ( & we love Our Rollback) and honesty and integrity and we found out just how true that is! You will not find a better Truck Dealer in the USA. My wife took my car in for clicking CV joint since I'm in deployed to Korea and couldn't do it…read moremyself. They replaced it, but did something to cause the ABS to come on and stay on. They told her they had the top of the line code reader and it was saying the code couldn't be cleared. They never denied that they set the light off. When I called up there to clarify and see what their solution was, the owner was very short with me, insisted that the it couldn't be fixed. When I asked if we took it to another mechanic and got it fixed if we could bring him the receipt for him to reimburse us and he was adamant that he would not. We took it to Automotive Supercenter on the loop so they could look at it. All it ended up being was a dirty ABS sensor.

When all the other dealers wouldn't look at our car for another 3 days (or wouldn't look at our car at all) they said they could get us in the following morning at 7:30am (We called late in the afternoon). They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

Before you do business with Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC I want you to know that their word means…read morenothing. I spoke to the General Manager, Scott on Friday 12/6/25. They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.
