After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

They're courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Although they're very busy with many repair bays, they can still do a fairly quick turn around on your repair. Its always a great option when an automotive service center is connected or next door to a gas station. Both can be useful and come in handy when traveling on Hall Rd. for gas or in an auto emergency situation.
