He gave me a quote and I was comfortable with it. Fast forward to Wednesday when I walk in to find a super friendly and helpful, Marcus. I took a seat in their lobby and was able to relax a bit and watch TV. There's about 15 cushioned chairs in the lobby with a TV. Attached, they also have a quick oil change and next door, their car wash. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Marcus told me that I didn't need to replace my back brakes because they were 80% good. Usually when you go to an auto mechanic they just tell you a bunch of non-sense repairs you don't really need. They were all super professional and take any card for payment (no additional charge). After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop.
