I am a Dior fan through and through but previously had never been to this location despite living in the area for five years. After a recent trip to the flagship in Paris, my representative there reminded me that I could take my Lady Dior in for repair and cleaning. My husband and I stopped into the store and left smiling ear to ear. Every sales associate was so warm and kind - not to mention KNOWLEDGEABLE. I swear they are Dior historians with their quick answers. I left eager to return and was so thankful to have met Marika who I hope to see again soon! As a person who thoroughly enjoys scents,I have had my eye on Dior Amber Nuit and Gris Dior for sometime now. I went into the store to try the scents out last month and finally decided to pull the trigger on Sunday. The SA I had did not introduce himself,he wasn't friendly,didn't smile or even offer any help on making the choice between the two scents. After my choice was made,I was simply asked for a charge card. He got back with the package and finally showed an ounce of friendly by asking about bracelets that my partner and I had on. It was even more disappointing that after all that he didn't even throw in any samples to try other scents. The customer service was cold,unwelcoming and left very little to be desired. Moving forward I will take my business to Saks,which is disappointing because of the convenience of this location. read more

The team truly understands the importance of customer service in order to keep their clientele coming back for more. Once, I approached the door it's open by security. The moment I step in everyone is greeting me. Even by Sales reps who were with other clients. I'm offered something to drink (Champagne or Water). Jerrell is my rep, but was assisting someone, so the Manager helped me out quickly without any hesitation. I was a little hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews but came in right when they opened to avoid a crowd. The guard asked me if I had an appointment which.. I didn't bit allowed me to come in since no one else was there. I was greeted nicely by Brittany and another SA. i didn't feel judged by sweats I was wearing or by bringing in my 1.5 year old. The whole staff was friendly to him and understood what I was looking for and I was in and out in under a half hour. Great experience and look forward to going back to the store again read more

I was very happy with my experience here. A year ago I purchased the oui bracelet and I took my bracelet to two stores in NYC which was really difficult to get anyone to help me. Being in the DC area I decided to take my bracelet to make a color swap and Faye was extremely nice and glad to help. The entire process was so pleasant. The Chanel & Hermès SA's should take customer service training from Dior. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like a Queen or King! The amazing staff not only provides unsolicited beverages, they also provide a history off the company and tour of the store without being pushy, elitist, or snooty like Hermès/Chanel. I initially went in for a small gift a few months ago, since then I have returned multiple times and am now an official "Dior addict"! They realize treating ALL consumers in a pleasant manner will result in returning customers. They also acknowledge the new Dior girl/guy is modern, diverse and classic and their latest designs speak to that. Nikki is an amazing SA, as well as the rest of the staff at this location. A beautiful store with wonderful customer service whether you're buying something or not. I love going to a store like this and realizing that the employees are all so knowledgable about the products they are selling. We met a lovely woman at this location that knew everything about the history and all the different variations of the bag I was purchasing and it was refreshing because she was able to answer all of our questions and then some. They do not make you feel rushed nor do they make you feel unwelcome if you are just there to look. All guests are treated courteously. I went to Dior today in light of the holiday season as well as to see their beautiful holiday decorations. However, I was disappointed with my experience. I understand that Dior is a very high-end store, but I felt profiled because of my clothing apparel. I was having a casual night in DC with my family, and, naturally, I dressed casually for the event. I entered the store and requested to try on four clothing items. The sales lady checked the clothing and escorted me to the ONLY fitting room (this is relevant because the door was closed and there was no other room I could be in). Not even five minutes went by before the sales lady knocked on the door, with full knowledge that I was trying on clothing, and essentially barged in. I was shirtless and felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable as she saw me shirtless. Luckily, the store was relatively empty, but in the case that there were more customers who may have seen me exposed I really would have made a scene. I didn't even want to try on the rest of the clothing after that event, so I put all the clothing back on the hangers and handed it back to the salesperson. I received no apology. I will not be returning to shop at Dior, which is a shame, especially in light of the holiday season. read more

This store completely ripped me off. I order a shoe from them to be shipped to California and they shipped me the display shoe and once they received the shoe they after me returning they told me they can't refund me because the shoe has wear and tear. Brittany Smith the assistant manager wasn't letting me speak to anyone else or her store manager and refused to help me in any way at all. The shoe they sent me didn't even have a dust bag which is what makes me believe it was a display shoe. She said the shoe came from the factory to me and I asked for proof of that and she refused to give me any proof. read more

I rarely write reviews now, but I have had a great experience at this Dior store and their salesperson, Bei Hai. He follows up after the sale to make sure everything is great. I didn't buy any Dior bags yet, just a belt. The belt didn't feel quite right and Bei was great with the service and will get a slightly different one to see if it will work better. My two visits to this particular Christian Dior Boutique were a mixed experience. On my first visit I was greeted by the doorman and later offered sparkling water and shown myriad styles and colors of this season's Lady Dior bags to look at, touch, try on, and consider. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and helpful, especially the sales assistant Fei. However, I had gone in to exchange a defective Lady Dior bag I had bought in NYC within the last 10 days, and the manager (or head sales assistant?) said they could not, as I was requesting, order me a brand-new bag of the same style to be transferred from another Dior boutique. She claimed the bags were so scarce that the one I was exchanging would soon be transferred out by request by another store. Therefore, I ended up buying one that had been on display in the case. At home I noticed a spot of damage on the inside of one of the handles. Today I returned to the store to return or exchange the bag. What did I see in the store but the very bag that I had returned before, that the manager had said would be transferred out? She must have lied. Also, the sales assistant today offered to order a brand-new bag to be transferred from another store, which the manager had said last week she could not do. She must have told another lie. I won't do business with liars, so I returned this defective bag, called a Dior Boutique somewhere else in the USA, and ordered a brand-new bag myself. read more
