This location offers order at the counter and online mobile app orders with a minimal seating area. No self serve fountain drinks here, like at the bigger standalone locations. I stopped in here recently for an afternoon snack at the very busy mall. I ordered my food on the app and headed inside. The place was very busy including the online orders. I ordered some chicken tenders, fresh fruit cup and a small cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream to mix in the fruit. The staff here seemed new and still in training. The manager was directing staff members to hand out whole orders to customers. One staff member gave me my soft serve first, but the manager took it back from me and explained to the new staff member all items in each order should be given to the customer altogether. Since there was no place to sit inside the Chick Fil-A space, I took the walk over to the food court to eat my tasty snack of chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and fresh fruit soft serve ice cream.
