Visited the Florida Mall to check out the Pop Mart store with my child and had a great experience overall. The mall is really nice and has a good mix of stores , definitely some that I would personally shop at. The food court stood out too, with plenty of options and really good eats. It felt lively and had a lot to choose from. Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially depending on the time, but they do offer VIP parking for about $8 for the day, which is super convenient since it's right up front. Overall, I would definitely come back to this mall if I'm in the area. read more

Call me old fashioned but I love going to the mall. There's something about being able to feel the textures of the materials and walking through the stores that can't be matched. This mall has a great selection of stores and a really good food court. Though I would say if you're need to use the restroom, try not to use the one in the food court because for some reason it is incredibly hot back there. Basically like stepping into a sauna. With the variety of stores, you can find different pricing depending on what your budget is. The Apple store location here is usually really packed. You can meet many friendly employees along the way and it is really clean inside. Give yourself a break from online shopping and head to the mall. read more

There's an ad for Uber on the monitor that says "Uber--because there's no parking," and honestly, they weren't lying! Even arriving 10 minutes before the mall opened, the parking lot was already close to full. The traffic including the pedestrian traffic here gets busy fast that's exactly why I came so early! Once you're inside, the mall itself is great. It's clean, spacious, and full of good stores and food options. Just be prepared for the parking and foot traffic. I've been coming here for years! I remember coming here as a kid after school to run around, and on the weekends. I remember when there was an Orange Julius on the way to the food court. I remember there being a little convenient store on the way to the main part of the mall. I remember when the food court was a smaller portion of the mall and the large outdoor section didn't exist. A good amount of the original stores are gone, lost to time. Many of them have left or moved to other parts. The only originals I believe are the Anchor stores and Spencer's gifts in the "sears area". The mall has become bigger, more modern and more touristy. It's still a lot of fun though! I still come here often to beat the heat and have a nice walk around. read more

3.5 stars for the Florida Mall in Orlando, FL. We have been here so many times. It's bigger than Mall of Millenia and there are just tons of stores. We love coming here for Xmas decs and now I see they also have Christmas in July for all of the month. Check their site for their promos. There are benches and chairs here scattered everywhere to rest your feet from shopping, but the last times we have come here A/ C hasn't been the best. Maybe bc it's too crowded. We come here to escape the weather elements. It works for the rain, but if it's a scorcher out, it's not the best. It is dog friendly though, and we can walk our dog here. read more

Had another good experience at the mall, found many more items for my bachelorette across the shops than I thought I would! The floor was pretty dirty across the mall but at least I saw janitors cleaning the trash cans a few times. Still not a fan of those workers in the center of the mall who try to pull you to their stand, but I do appreciate the few businesses that I frequent! I recommend coming on the earlier side as the mall gets pretty crowded on the weekend. read more

I can see many pop culture store which is the trend. This includes the food, clothing, and Game Center. I believe they ate in the right thinking. It does attract a lot of visitors. A traditional mall that was nice to walk around. Lots of unusual stores that aren't in many malls such as Lululemon, Steps New York, American Girl, The Crayola Experience, Zara, Akira, Uniqlo, Primark. There's a little something for every person and for every pocket. I didn't find the food options in the food court but there are some nice options right outside the mall. I really like this mall but I'm taking 2 stars off because their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It smelled sooooo bad, the line was insanely long, and there was so much that was broken and not working. Sinks, soap dispensers, and no paper towels anywhere. I'm picky about public bathrooms and really don't like using them bbuuuttt I have kids so sometimes.... You just gotta go. The mall itself is nice and there are so many nice shops. You can spend a whole day there just be prepared to spend money if you have no self control like me lol!! I love the little foodie stands they have in there. There's a mango one near pop mart oh yea and there's POP MART!! Labubus!!! Anywho (squirreling) the mango kiosk?? I don't know what to call it they have such good stuff. Sometimes the mango is a little bit too firm and not ripe enough, but it's still very good with tajin and Chamoy. I have gotten it like 3 or 4 times. I also like the chocolate straw stand. It's a bit further down if you're walking with popmart on your left and I guess continue walking kind of towards the left. It's by a seating area and it's very good too. They also have Dubai chocolate strawberries but I just get the chocolate strawberry cup. It's amazing. I went to quite a few stores in there and splurged like crazy in the American girl store. They're so expensive but we're making core memories besties! All in all, a good place to go. Just make sure you use the bathroom before you go or try to hold it lol. read more

I remember this mall when I was a kid. It wasn't that big, but still a very nice mall with gorgeous fountains in each wing and the center, and the food court near the main entrance with a nice Indian restaurant. I would hang out in the arcades and watch people play over there. Now, it's a bigger mall and mostly for tourists. When I visited during black Friday, I noticed the huge crowd and traffic. Sears is now closed, so we had to walk to JC Penny to enter. There are a lot of great stores like Apple, Bath & Body Works, and Vans. My dad got his new IPhone at the Apple Store, but we did have to wait a little bit in the line. I got my shoes as Vans, which wasn't too crowded and had a decent deal. The food court is now at another entrance. I haven't tried any of the food court restaurants, but I remember visiting Cantina Catrina for an awesome Yelp event. There is another arcade now with the newer games, as well as a one arm ban...er crane game area as well. There is the Crayola Experience, an interactive museum mostly for kids. I loved the mall when I was a kid as I would enjoy the fountains and arcade while my parent's shopped. Now, the fountains are gone and it's pretty packed with tourists. However, it's still a nice mall to shop with various stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, Sears is gone, and I am pretty sure JC Penny will be next. However, Macy is a still a great anchor store over there. Parking can get difficult, especially during the tourist season, so patience may be required. I still go to mall when needed, especially to get some new kicks at Vans. While I still enjoy this mall, The Millenia Mall is closer to me and has better full service restaurant options. Tip: Go early. We arrived early. The parking lot was basically empty. The problem with this parking lot is that there is no safe way to make it across. There are no designated signs advising cars to yield to pedestrians. Keep your eyes open. We entered through the Dining Pavillion which has Five Guys, Pico De Gallo, Taco Bell, Häagen-Dazs and a Brazilian Steakhouse. There is also a Mexican place call Catrina and Hocco Bar. There are a plethora of stores. Big department stores like Macy's, JC Penney, Sears and Dillard's. There is a Tous Jewelry, Kay Jewelers and Venetian Diamonds. Clothing stores, shoe stores and the always wonderful, Auntie Ann's pretzels and Cinnabon. Uniqlo was whatvwe needed. Great service. Nice prices. By the time we walked back through to go home. This place was brimming with action, kids at the Crayola Experience, people milling about the kiosks and the Dining Pavillion was packed. Go early! read more

This mall has definitely glowed up over the last few years. I enjoy coming to the Florida Mall whenever I'm in a shop til I drop mood. I stopped by Saturday early afternoon and frequented my usual stores, Zara, Primark, and H&M. I love that this mall has so many stores like the Mall of Millenia without the stress and vast amount of people. I definitely recommend getting there early on the weekend and especially now as it's spring break season. I did enjoy hanging outside in the designated seats that are located in between Zara and Primark and just enjoyed the breeze and nice Orlando weather. This mall has a bit of everything for everyone - even the food court options. From Brazilian to Popeyes, to even sushi that is on a conveyor belt. read more

This mall is deteriorating to fast! The dining hall entrance is so filthy, no one from management sees this? Where are they? The restrooms are always super dirty. There are usually a lot of people smoking right at the entrance, no security in sight for such a large place, only sitting in a car in the parking lot. So many vendors in the middle of the hallways harassing you to buy their products to the point that you cannot keep a line of conversation with your family because they're interrupting and following you. Spent a lovely afternoon today walking around the Florida mall. I did have one thing in mind when I came here I wanted to check out hot topic, box lunch, spencers and the squishable store. I first stopped in to the Scotia bowl store I purchased the cutest pumpkin keychain for $11 and I got half off a Boba sticker for four dollars. Next I headed to BoxLunch to check out their Halloween stuff that they have in their store. None of the Halloween stuff was speaking to me so I decided to purchase a loungefly Lilo and stitch lapel pen for $10. Last but not least I did have to stop into lush; they had all of their fall bath bombs out including the pumpkin melts, the bath bath bath bomb, as well as a couple different skull items. I purchased the skull mint bath bomb as well as a blue and purple goddess bath bomb. I absolutely love the Florida Mall. I love all the different outlets and different shops that are always popping in and out of the mall. 10/10 read more

There is always the joke you hear about why is The Mall called that? Because it has 'Them-all' when referring to the number of stores, and Florida mall is no exception there is such a variety of stores here! This mall is the closest to my house which is also a short drive to the airport. I agree with most of the other reviews ... parking here sucks!!! Given that it's so close to the airport, they are a lot of tourist that come here. I've even been mistaken for a tourist myself. I like the variety of stores here. There's something for everyone. But when I do come here, I go to two stores and then I'm out. The first is Zara. When I can't find parking on this side, I do valet since it's right there. I know you're probably thinking I'm lazy but to be honest, I try to avoid coming here. But when I need to, I come on a weekday after work. The drive from Ocoee to here is already a nightmare so by the time I get to the mall, I'm already irritated trying to find a parking spot. So valet it is!! Once I'm done at Zara, I then drive to the other side of the mall to Macy's. Haha!! Whatever works right? If you want to beat the crowds , my suggestion is to come on a weekday morning at 10am when they open. Anytime after that, your chances of finding a parking spot are slim to none. Other than that, this mall has some pretty good stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from. read more

A nice venue with plenty to do. JCP was amazing stocked and staffed with knowledgeable people. The dining area was good but for one place that was disappointing. Selections a plenty with a wide variety of clothes and gift for holiday shoppers. Good value with affordable prices. We spent one of our vacation days in this mall and had a great time. read more

Brand New Florida Mall in the heart of Orlando!!! This mall had so many stores, restaurants, and activities to do all around. A lot of major stores luxury or discounted. Whatever your looking for they have it here. Tons of parking all around and they do have 16 TESLA CHARGERS in the main entrance of the mall so that is a plus. Went to the mall yesterday to take up some time, it's a really nice selection of dining, entertainment and shopping. Lots literally for everyone! They always have fun events and sales, parking lots are well lit. Our fav mall to bummed around in before going to the airport, bonus points for the hotel attached! I will say there are a LOT of middle aisle pop up stores that try to throw free samples at you and talk to you. I know it's their job but it probably could be overwhelming for some! read more

There were many stores to choose from like Zara, H&M, Victoria's Secret, and many more. There were several eateries to choose from that offer outdoor patios as well as many food court offerings. I noticed a gelato place that looked really good ect. Parking was slightly challenging but it was about the same as any other mall at peak time. Literally been coming here since I was a kid. They have a lot of independent store and kiosks in the middle of the walkways that people will try to sell you stuff. But they had a remodel recently and have a beautiful food court and a lot of brand name stores through the mall. It's great for a really hot summer or rain days to walk around. There are some good sales if you really look. Check out Macy's upstairs they have an entire discount section! Great for gifts and Christmas presents! read more

This is one of the better malls in the area. I'd put it behind Millenia as far as quality and niceness. There are very few empty stores in comparison to other malls (I'm looking at you Fashion Square). There are a lot of restaurants in and around the mall. Covid has seen a few close down but others seized the opportunity and opened up in their spaces. The food court has a lot of options and you should be able to find anything from healthy to greasy and everything in between. They have some higher end stores like Coach, Michael Kors and Claire's (not as many as Millenia) as well as some nice anchor stores in Macy's, Dillards and Penny's. No Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus here though (Again, go to Millenia). You can buy a Tesla IN the mall. How cool is that? There's a lot of parking and you can usually find a place to park somewhere, although during peak shopping seasons, it can be a challenge. It even has a Hotel attached if you love malls so much you need to spend a few days. It's a 4-Star Mall for me as it's pretty good, but since I prefer Millenia, I can't go 5 on this one. The exits to get here from the 538 are also quite dumb, but that's not the Mall's fault. read more

This is a decent mall. Good amount of stores for various budgets. This mail is good for families & teenagers because of its layout. No hassle to get food or shop around since only one level. Looks like this is where locals go to shop. If you fancy designer stores go to Millenia mall. Some stores I liked here: Windsor, Pandora, forever 21 (mainly fast fashion & jewelry). There's also few boutique stores. A lot of people that work in this mall can speak English & Spanish. This area has a strong Latin community & I found several Venezuelan/Peruvian/etc businesses outside the mall & also Asian. If you're a tourist visiting & speak diff language, you'll feel at ease if you do decide to visit this area & mall. I didn't like how i couldn't feel the AC as much. This mall is HUGE! And best of all, it's an indoor mall! Thank the heavens bc that Florida heat was really starting to get to me. Nothing like being able to shop at leisure, discover new boutiques, support local business, and doing it all in the luxury of AC. They have a Carlos's bakery store front there! That guy, Buddy, on food network that does the famcy cakes. Those cake though.. OMG.. I personally loved the strawberry shortcake. Parking here, despite having such a large lot, is a nightmare if you want close to the main entrance parking. Just park further away and enter from the side. It'll be fine. The layout of this mall is interesting. They have over 250 stores/restaurants. I borrowed a map from the website to show. Plenty of unique shops with your common clothing shops. It was nice.
