Exceptional Customer Service…read more Sean, the store manager, provided 10/10 customer service and was absolutely amazing! I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help customers. You are truly an asset to EXPRESS and an excellent example of what exceptional customer service should look like!

If you're looking for a typical mall experience on steroids, the Florida Mall is the way to go…read more I've never disliked this mall, but it definitely has a different feel than other local shopping centers. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

I spent my childhood walking through this mall. I remember when they used to be a convenience store over by where the shake shack is. About a decade ago, they revamp the mall and gave it a new breath of life. Honestly, the mall was about to go down downhill if they didn't add the large, larger dining pavilion and put more modern shops . Some of the classics are still there like wash, Victoria's Secret, and Bath & body Works. Shops that have withstood the test of time and modernized.

Lee Vista Promenade is a great shopping plaza located in close proximity to Orlando International…read moreAirport and offers a nice mix of retail stores, restaurants, etc. (they even have a farmer's market on the weekend. The farmer's market is held on Sunday morning, I believe). The mall is smartly laid out and very well maintained. It is clean and is both welcoming and attractively designed. They have a good selection of retail and dining options. Again, the Lee Vista Promenade is located close to the airport, so if you are a traveler staying in Orlando, the City Beautiful, this is a good shopping plaza to either grab a meal, grab some essentials, or just for something to do (or a combination of all three). I travel a lot for business and I understand the need to find something to do in your downtime while traveling for work. This is a great choice to head to. All in all, I definitely recommend here and give it five () stars.
