1/100 in 100 review challenge 2016…read more This store is great! They always seem to be having some type of discount or clearance running everytime I go there. I tend to go a lot. The store is set up with men on one side and woman and handbags on the same side. By the registers there are socks, pads, pantyhose and sprays for your shoes and sneakers. In the back of the store is the clearance items including clearance hand bags. Honesty the men's side looks good but I can't say I go on the side a lot. The store is set up in rows that is easy to navigate. The variety of sizes and selection is awesome. There is great deals in the clearance handbag section. I have been able to purchase a handbag originally priced at 69.99 for 4.70 after taxes. AMAZING!. And that is just one of the many bargains from that section. Being a rewards customer had its perks also. After become a member several times a year (birthday, anniversary, christmas) they send you a certificate for 10.00. Also, certain times of the year when purchasing items they reward double points. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, willing to go beyond. Great customer service. You can also purchase items online, have them shipped and return to store if not satisfied without and problem. A store to stop in a look for sure.

I would highly recommend you take the foot test and find out where the stress on your feet is as well as what type of arches you have. I was in a lot of pain from the amount of walking in the Disney parks, and the inserts they recommended for me helped immensely. They also have a wide variety of shoes and running gear. It looks as if a lot of the negative reviews come from people not being able to find their size in the particular shoe they want. Well, it's Disney! It's going to be crowded and selection can sometimes be an issue because of the large number of visitors. I would definitely recommend visiting here if you are having issues with foot/leg/back pain while walking the parks. It can really make a difference in your vacation!

Because of the way this employee handled the situation I will NEVER buy another pair of New Balance shoes very unfortunate but customer service is everything in business and when the business makes a mistake it's their job to make it right and that's not what happened in this case. I was looking for a pair of shoes since the airline that I took to Orlando lost my luggage, or what they would call delayed my luggage. I eventually did get my luggage but I didn't have my check in luggage for a few days. I walked through the aisles of the ladies shoe section. Found a few shoes that interested me and tried on a few pairs. In the end, I decided to pick up two pairs of shoes. While I was looking for shoes to try, the 2 employees working the store had asked me if I needed help or if I was still doing fine. During my visit, I had to use the restroom and the employees let me into a clean restroom in a hidden room, by the register (just thought I would make mention in case you find yourself in the same situation). When I was paying for it two pair of shoes, I ended up signing up for the rewards club (free) so that I can earn points on all of my purchases. And now I get coupons in my email inbox (which now makes me want to buy more shoes, lol). I didn't need any help during my shopping visit but could get it if I needed by any of the 2 employees working the store. If I lived in this area and needed to buy more shoes, I would come back here again.

I wish I remembered the rep's name, but her number is 307764 and I remember her nametag said that she is an Assistant Manager. She deserves a pat on the back (and a raise!). She is great.

We were all pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this location. The Nike outlet near me in West Palm Beach isn't always the best, but this store had a great selection. Even my high school senior son, who can be picky, found plenty he liked. He ended up buying T-shirts, shorts, and a pair of sneakers. I even bought the same sneakers as him--his idea, and it was a fun mother-son moment! The prices were excellent, especially with the additional sales they were running on many items. We accidentally bought the wrong size shorts for my son and returned the next day. The exchange was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. I also liked that they carried Nike x SKIMS products, including running bras, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great shopping experience, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. I know that some people didn't love this location so I gather it depends on the day, time and time of year that you go!
