Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

The colors and hip and trendy, as are some of the heights of the shoes. I had been looking for a black pair of boots and ended not looking here first. Bad mistake. I went to another shoe store that I won't name and ended up speaking 4x times the price for almost the same exact boots. They have a new selection on Thursdays of pretty much the whole store. The prices are more than reasonable and you can get 2 or even 3 pairs for what you would spend in other stores. The store also carries handbags. They usually have a special going on that is buy 2 get one free. Great for sandals. For a long time I could not wear any but flats after breaking my ankle and this place came in handy. Extremely comfortable. The workmanship is great. Worth the price. The store is set up in aisle form with sale items along the windows. Lots of benches to sit and try the shoes on. It is located in a strip mall with an Office max, Walmart neighborhood store and a dollar tree.

The helpful and happy nature of the staff, particularly Afia caused me to return today 06/15/2023, with my best friend because she wanted a pair of the tan women's' dress shoes for work. Again, Afia greeted us with a warm welcome and checked in periodically with us, to see if we needed any help!! Of course I can't miss a good sale so in addition to the 1 pair of shoes my friend bought, I bought 2 more pairs of shoes!! I don't think that is the way you deal with costumers. In the end I realised that I would be paying 10 dollars extra if I got it in the store. So I decided that after the attitude of this lady and the fact that the bikini top would be 10 dollars extra it wasn't even worth to get it. I think that Tilly's need to work on making sure that the workers have a better attitude towards their costumer's.

The store was nice and clean. The staff was sweet. My only issue at all is that sizes were super limited. I only had like 2 styles of women's crocs to choose from in my size. I had really assumed they would have more of a selection than they did. At the end of the day I found something and was in and out quickly. Unfortunately, the style is no longer made and the two women working the registers had a hard time finding an original price online. In the end, we didn't end up completing the return, but Lena was helpful in offering a bag regardless since we were carrying a shoebox around the mall. I really appreciated her thinking ahead even though we weren't spending money at the shop. Otherwise, it's an adequate shop for when you still prefer to try things on in person rather than roll the dice and buy shoes online.
