Hey - I'm from Beaverton, OR. You know, the birthplace and HQ for Nike. We went here to day looking for some deals, killing time before picking up the kiddos from Universal. Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service. read more

There's the Nike Factory Store and then there's the Clearance Store. The Factory Store is down the street at the Orlando International Premium Outlets. The Clearance store is in a smaller strip mall away from all the big stores. This is more of true Nike outlet in the sense that it is where they get bulk amounts of items to clear out. You might see a full rack of one kind of sweatshirt or sweats or t-shirts. Some are at great prices, others are at very average discounted price. When I say great, it means 60% off retail or more. If it's average then it's 40% off or less, at least in my head. You will see some odd ball items that you won't see at other Nike stores. The clearance store also puts out custom made items that they have extras off, which is stuff like shirts or jackets that they may have made for a specific local tournament or high school or college team. That 5K race that Nike sponsored in your city last year? The extra shirts from the event might be here. One thing that is nice is that they have some very fairly priced shoes from a few seasons ago in many sizes. Whether you find a model you want might or might not happen, but they do put out decent clear outs with some at over 50% off. Huaraches, Air Max 90s, Kyries, lower line Lebrons, etc. If you're a bargain hunter or you have a large family and need to get them some shoes or sportswear, this is worth a look. read more

While visiting Universal I decided to stop in on my last day in Orlando. My friend was searching for a new pair of sneakers for her son. I encouraged her to look for low mark downs. Some of the sneakers here can be priced pretty high for a outlet. You must know your prices. She left the store with 2 pairs one for a sale price of $14.99. I found a pair of Nike Air Max for my daughter as well as a magenta Jordan Snap back. I paid $40. The shoes were on sale for $34 and with the Nike App discount I paid $29. Women's sizes are hard to come by if you don't have small or large feet. Luckily I know how to size myself and daughter for kids and men's sneakers. Customer service was excellent here. There were some young gentleman who were eager to help and kind. I would definitely come again. read more

TLDR: great selection at awesome discounts. ____ I was Visiting a friend in Orlando before making my way to Tampa and realized I didn't pack my sneakers. Doh! I went a little out of the way to come here and buy some kicks so I could go for a run when I arrived in Tampa. I managed to get some super comfortable shoes for about $35. Retail is $75. I also got a pack of socks, which are actually my favorite socks I've ever owned. That sounds weird but they are fitted a certain way and come right up to the lip of the shoe so they are true angle socks. Great customer service. Easy parking. A place that's similar to a Ross, TJ Maxx, or any clearance store. It's a treasure hunt in every sense of the word. Different shoes and apparel will be there every time one visits, but they are heavily discounted from retail stores. I was able to get some nice shoes and socks for 50% msrp. Pretty good deal. What an amazing clearance store without the outlet mall parking! I was skeptical before coming here but thought I'd give it a shot. There is a good selection of clothes and shoes for men and women. I was browsing down down the size 8 aisles and happened to find a pair of all black Nike Air Max. The ticket price said $39.99 but when I got to checkout they were having an additional 30% off which brought my sneakers down to $29.81!!! Score for this college student =) I'm sure it could be a hit or miss but it is definitely worth taking a look! read more

This store is not bad compared to how short Under Armor in the same mall (Outlet Marketplace) fell short of my expectations. I wasn't necessarily looking for shoes or clothing but I did happen to by several sets of socks which seemed like a good deal. This store is at the "front" of the mall facing I-Drive so perhaps it gets more traffic than the other stores that you have to drive halfway down the parking lot to get to like UA. This is a clearance store so end of the line series will be here as far as the shoes go but also you'll probably get good deals if they happen to have what you're looking for in your size. The Premium Outlet just across the street has newer stock and more variety and is much more busier than this store but that store doesn't seem to have the same quantity of deals this store may have. Still, having 2 Nike stores nearby is better than 1 since there's more options and choices to choose from. This store doesn't have as much up close parking than say the others stores in the same mall. read more

I love this Nike store! I started coming here when I started working out again (I gained some pounds so it was necessary to buy new clothes). The prices here are unbeatable! $15-20 on average for women's leggings/ compression shorts which you will spend the same at Marshalls or TJ max. However if you wait until ANY holiday they ALWAYS have sales, so 20-30% off including sale items! I paid $10 for women's training shorts and $60 for Nike free run fly knit's. In comparison to other stores: this Nike clearance store is bigger than the Nike clearance store in Kissimmee. It has a much larger selection of clothing and the store is physically bigger and well maintained. I have also gone to the other Nike factory stores and I have seen the same shorts sold here (15.99 + addition % off on holidays) selling for $19.99 at the Factory Stores with no extra discounts. Tip: look at your receipt - they give you $10 gift cards for filling out surveys! Survey takes like 5 mins. read more

I make sure to stock up on gear. Today, this Nike store went beyond my expectations. My husband bought a pair of VaporMax for Christmas, but he accidentally stepped on a nail so the air bubble popped after only wearing them 4 times. We bought them at a regular Nike store in Las Vegas. We were so upset because we thought we wasted $200. However, I talked to the manager and he took care of us! Thank you!! Out of all the Nike clearance stores that I've been in, this one is by far the most smooth running. It isn't overly crowded and the line hasn't gotten long once since I've arrived. I also feel like the items have more of a discount. Currently, the shoes are discounted and females have an extra 20% off. Another plus, is that the staff has been helpful. This is a great place to stop by when in Orlando. Although parking can be a little difficult sometimes, circling around or parking in the surrounding lot is probably your best bet! This place can get packed, and the line/s can get very lengthy, so it's suggested you go as early as possible. This store usually has great options for shirts, bottoms, and shoes. It's crazy to think you're getting items for half off, sometimes even more. Like with any other store, there are time when you'll find better deals than others, but for the most part, there's always really good sales going on. As we learned upon entering the store from an extremely friendly sales associate, the Nike sales hierarchy is divided into the full price retail store, then the outlet store and finally the clearance store. This results in some excellent savings when shopping at the clearance store. The store is a shoppers dream with shoes, clothing and accessories marked down well below the outlet store prices. We noted during our visit that a lot of the inventory was exactly the same as the Nike outlet store located right down the street but at a substantially lower price. The store is loaded with inventory and was fully stocked with any size requested. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful and was eager to please any special requests. We even inquired about inventory for an extremely large shoe size and the sales associate was able to locate several pairs of shoes from the back room. The store is the hidden gem of Orlando. We were even told by the sales associate that if you call the store and they have the requested inventory, they would mail the items to your house. Been to this location twice. The staff is friendly and very efficient. They have aisles and aisles of shoes ranging from kids sizes, women's and men's. There are many different styles to choose from. They have cross trainers to cleats. They also sell work out apparel, socks, bags, etc. They have an easy to find location right across the street from Artegon Mall. My 1st purchase was 8mos ago, and I now kick myself for not purchasing 2 pair! They're Revolution 2's, and they are no longer manufactured. I recently was seen by a podiatrist, and I'm a flat footed. Being a flat footed RN, and was told I need to survive in Nikes, I'm in need of new shoes. I've been having a difficult time finding the right pair for me. I've tried Romero 9's, and they pinched. They run specials on holidays but there are good deals to be found. Generally the employees are helpful but occasionally they seem to have 40 people working standing around in bunches of 5 discussing red and orange boxes and that they need more pulled. To think that you could find sneakers necessary for Your whole family and it wont cost you a months worth of rent in itself is already convenient enough for me. I went to this location hoping to find affordable nice sneakers for my kid for back to school. To my surprise I found myself buying two pairs of shoes for less than $100; which is unheard of for name brand sneakers. They have also apparel for sports like shorts, socks, shirts. Good enough to work out in. Unfortunately Im a big guy and didnt see the size I wear but I saw some nice things if I were smaller that I would buy. Besides that my only other negative was that werent many shoes available in my kids size so smaller kids will be limited but bigger kids will be in heaven. I guess the limited supply in my kids size can be attributed to the season and the demand for shoes.
