This is one of my go-to stores to buy sneakers for my family. I'm never disappointed each time I visit I always find something that I like. They have a wide selection of affordable shoes. Every time I go, they always seem busy, so be prepared to wait especially now during the holidays. But, if you're looking for some good quality sneakers, that are also a great price you'll find them here. They also sell athletic wear, so this would be a perfect place to go for all your workout attire. read more

I popped into the Nike Clearance Store to look for Nike's for my grandson. He loves Nike shoes and is growing like crazy. With each pair averaging around $70.00 my daughter was hoping that she would catch a break on the pricing. The store was uncomfortably crowded and this made it difficult to shop. The area for children felt limited with not as many options as we hoped for. There are small benches in the back where you can sit and try on clothes. Unfortunately they were being used by people who were waiting for whoever they entered the store with to finish up. The benches were social waiting areas. This made it especially hard to put multiple sneakers on my grandson to see which pair fit the best. Instead we went with one pair at $50.00. Twenty dollars off of the original price wasn't worth the hassle of driving out to the Loop area and receiving no customer service in a disorganized store. I scanned through the women's clothes before checking out and was not impressed with the inventory. I think that Marshals has similar stuff for a better price. read more

My kid wanted some new black kicks and luckily they opened this Nike Outlet near by at the Loop. The store is spacious, well organized, and lots of employees were around to help. We were on a budget and the whole store was 20% off which was nice. We debated on a few styles and found a retro pair that were nice but a little more than I wanted to spend. They have lots to chose from in a wide price range so it was easy to pick another cool pair. Actually, we saw two pair that we could buy for the price of the first one so that was great. We were quickly checked out walked out very satisfied and happy with our bargain. read more

Ummm... so, not sure why I expected it to be just like the ones at the outlets. It's not! Much more quality at outlets. Here, it feels like the left over "step children items" of Nike stores. Prices are just okay, not clearance as advertised. Prices are pretty similar too outlets. This is just a big warehouse, very busy and sterile. With that said, rating at 3, as they did honor the military discount. Way to go Nike!!! read more

Didn't stay here too long since I needed to just get a gift card. It seemed big and spacious with everything fully stocked from my point of view. But definitely convenient to go to for sports equipment and attire since it's close to where I live . read more

It's always hit or miss at this store but you can pretty Much count on them having a great deal! I asked two staff member to help me and they did nicely. Then only bad thing is you can't try on the clothes and there's NO RETURNS. So someone like me who fluctuates in size ... I'm risking it! There's also a wait outside sometimes ... your better off going during the week! read more

I don't know what it is that has people coming in and getting crazy over the next sets of boxes that staff are putting out. I mean, I understand that people are so interested in getting their hands on Air Max and possible tougher to find ones, not so much Jordan's anymore, and at a good price. Really, anything less than retail seems like people jump on 'em real quick. Anyway, I have NEVER been to any clearance store or outlet before where they had to call in the local police and security guards from the mall/plaza to over see shoppers as they waited for the staff to put out shoes on the racks. I was shocked at how some people were spitting out violent words at one another at how they were gonna throw punches over certain pairs of shoes. It was crazy. I asked the associate if the rush were always like this and he said it was because so many people would buy their shoes and flip 'em. OH. Umm, that's common in Los Angeles too but it's not like this. . . crazy! The store was neat and pretty well organized. Signage was clearly posted and so were the exclusions. It made it easy to shop that way. I was able to find a few pairs of shoes, not air max, that were great priced and were comfy. I had to get at least one pair. It was too good a deal not to take advantage of the sale. I ended up leaving only with that but I was more than happy. The associates who weren't busy fighting off the resellers were all very helpful. They all went out of their way to help me, to look through the back stock to find what things I was looking for, and just really went above and beyond. I haven't received service like that in a long long time. read more

This was my first visit to this new location. This new space where they got move in to , is HUGE! In my opinion is much better than the old location. I like that you have space to move around and you don't feel cramped. The store was organized and neat. The promotions were easy to identify since they were well signed. It made it easy to shop. They had a great deal additional 30% off everything ( even on clearance ). The place was SUPER busy. The line was insanely long. But it did move quickly. They didn't had to many associates on the sales floor to help customers. I will make sure that next time a visit is on a week day! read more

Excellent selection of clothing, not so much in the sneaker category. Only time you may find something decent is if it's a return. And I'm pretty sure the employees scarf them up, or back door the to friends or family. read more

Here's the Scoop: I came here with the family to check out the sales. They were pretty good, I was able to get a couple of pairs of sneaks for my grandson. School will be starting when we get back from vacation.Really impressed to find so many sales today. My honey and son were able to find some items as well. Some 20 and 30 percent off tees and summer wear. Store is organized with plenty of help and seating to try on shoes. Cashiers are quick and gave additional discounts at the register which was fabulous. I enjoyed shopping here it was a pleasant experience and would come again. Racks are filled with unexpected finds on jackets, shirts, pants etc. check this store out if you're in the area. Good deals!! read more

They never have the sizes I need and a very limited selection. They also don't offer returns.

I'm so happy they closed the 192 store for this one! Sooooo much nicer! And way fewer bus loads of tourists. The store is huge and you're not constantly bumping into people. And not nearly the number of people that go in there hunting particular styles just to resell them. This is no joke! (Once had a guy in the old store try to sell us a pair). Similar styles to the old store, but a lot more inventory. Wish they would have had more women's flip flops other than a size 6. read more

I love this new location compared to where they were on 192. It's spacious. Large selection. Great prices. I hope once the pandemic is over or things get better, the no return policy will change or at least cover exchanges. Did some last minute shopping here before a trip recently on 8/14th. Found the perfect travel bag on a mannequin in the front of the store. It was the last one. And I GOT IT! And it is PERFECT! I definitely will be going back for more. My last trip to this location, I walked in, found exactly what I was looking for in my size and Boop! out the door! I recommend this location to EVERYONE! read more

This was my first visit here! That being said I wish I had started shopping here sooner. I was looking for just casual comfortable shoes for walking. At first, I had trouble finding women's shoes that fit me. I wear between size 6-7 women's. The 6.5 was a bit too tight but the 7s were all too roomy since my feet are a little more narrow. An associate saw I was having trouble finding the right size and told me I should try the kids sizes since they'll be a little more narrow by fit. I was able to find a few that fit perfectly! They have a large variety of shoe styles and sizes. Most of the associates were more than happy to help! The prices also couldn't be beat. I got mine which were originally $44.99 with a 20% discount promotion that they currently had going on! read more

Great selection and lots of deals. I was looking for slides for my kids but they only had Seminole logo ones. However I found lots of Jordan's which were an additional 40% off. I would give 5 stars but the location looked a little sketchy as the glass was completely broken out of the front door and there was a security guard on duty. read more

Love this store. The setup is user friendly good selection of clothing in a variety of bright cheery colors. Good size selection also. The store is very large. The aisles could be a little larger too narrow but not a big deal. The selection of sneakers are plentiful. Great colors and sizes. Good discounts on the clearance racks. Always have a good amount of employees walking around willing to help out. The lines tend to be long at times but they usually open a register quickly. This store is definitely the one to go to instead of the one in the Vineland outlet. This location is at the Loop West in Kissimmee where the old Beall's used to be. read more

Came to this Nike store and one of the employees at this store told me to download the app to save 15% off my total purchase price so I did and shop for almost 2 hours then when I went to paid and use my discount the women Manager told me I can't use it cause How many things I'm buying is considered bulk I was only buying $300 Worth of items, I'm more then sure people spend way more then $300 there and she give my sister the 15% discount and not me and my sister spend also $300, so I read the terms of the condition of the coupon and it does not say anything about if you have alot of items you can't use it, and I also call Nike customer service and they told me that's not right and the Manager should honor the discount because bulk orders is $5000 I didn't get the managers name this happen on a Thursday and she is a women blonde hair manager, I just wasted my time shopping here thinking I was able to afford the items with the coupon that one of her employees told me about but she was able to give it to my sister that had the same total as me I think she just didn't like me for some reason and that's not right and Nike customer service said that wasn't right also Managers should not pick favorites and make up their own rules when the terms and condition is right on the discount very bad shopping experience at the store would not recommend it at all read more

The selection seemed very limited. I wasn't in the market for a retail priced shoe of $150 and really, that's all they have. They're marked down to like $80. I'll echo what another reviewer said: "This store is okay if you like basketball shoes or high top sneakers, but I couldn't find anything I liked as far as regular sneakers or running shoes go. Some shoes are a good price and others are barely discounted if at all. I left empty handed." There were no just plain sneakers. I can buy decent Nikes for cheaper than this elsewhere. read more

30% off the discounted price. Yes. I'm there. Now I have to figure out how to get this stuff back to Los Angeles

Horrible customer service Try exchanging shoes that did not fit me or my girl and was told I could not when clearly they said no returns I was just trying to change the size of brand new shoes then I pointed a few defects with the shoes and the manager stated the weren't flaws Really disrespectful Never was told I could change size if shoes did not fit right Really disappointed read more

I've been shopping here for the past 6 years and I have never been treated like I was treated today, by the store manger Kim. I live about 4 miles from this location so I frequent the store, being a avid Nike collector. Within 15 minutes of shopping I accumulated 2 pair of golf shoes and was debating between the size 11 or the size 12 they just put out when this lady Kim pick up my 2 pair of shoes and says that "Im a known reseller and I am not aloud to buy the shoes?" picks them up and walks off... Im appaled by her customer service. She could have been polite and said "Excuse me sir!" but no she profiled me, accused me of something I was not doing, then told me she would have me trespassed if I didn't listen to her as she goes on about a cart line that resellers have to wait in blah blah blah... I was buying 2 pair of gold shoes. Im not a reseller. and this is piss poor customer service. I have no clue why she would profile me, I have no idea why she wouldn't sell me more then 1 pair of the same shoes and I would have appreciated it if she handled the situation differently. I looked in the front of the store and there are no signs or instructions about a cart line, resellers, buying more then 1 pair of shoes or any of the such. I feel like I was profiled and harrassed because Kim was having a bad day. Regardless what my plans are after I purchase a pair of shoes it does not give Kim the right to take shoes out of my hands, deny me sales, and also threaten to trespass me.In front of the whole store too, How embarrassing! Kim I'm sorry you're having a bad day but, Nike you can do better! ~Eric Livingston read more

Stopped here on my way home from Miami. Place isn't easy to find and it's not a quick get off the highway and get back on. But it's worth the stop. Place is crowded and crazy everyone's trying to find a deal. People just are grabbing shoes and taking them to there designated corners. Staff is as helpful as they can be with the crowds. Shoes are already priced at discounted prices and they usually take an additional 30-40% off. read more

WOOHOO! It's a GREAT day when you can walk away with a purchase that you've been "dying" to buy had you been able to find it online. I've been trying to get the fuschia Nike Triax Zoom (12th ed) since my last pair of running shoes gave out (that was the 11the ed). Since I was unable to find it online, I had then purchased the 13th ed for $100. meh. *I'm picky when it comes to running shoes because I run a lot and through trial and error and with some running profile tests, the Nike Triax fit best for slight overpronaters like me.* I found the 12th ed here for $65!!! And, I also found the 13th ed for $85!!! DAH. *Admittedly... I was also eying a pair of yellow livestrong running/walking shoes. Anyway, I walked away with the 12th ed and my hubby picked up a pair of Air Citrus for $55. Excellent purchases for the price. They also carry sandals, bathing suits, workout clothes, bags, gift cards... I wanted to buy a lime green running shorts but too bad they didn't carry them. read more

A friend of mine stalks this place early on delivery days. He always finds great deals. I wasn't so lucky. I drove 1hr & 20min for the promise of $40 Kobe 8 & KD's. I love this Nike store. Too bad I live 35+ minutes away. Otherwise I would visit this Nike once every week. You can find some real gems here for a really good price or you can find nothing at all. That is the beauty of this clearance store, you'll never know what you're going to discover. Service is a hit and miss. There are some staff members that are actively providing customer service and the cashiers are friendly. On the other hand there are some that appears to be wasting away or pretending to do random stuff to avoid human contact in every way possible. read more

We were at a Nike store in Kissimmee, Florida and a shoe box shoe the price at 0$. When we went to show the manager she acted like it was nothing and said nothing matched on the box. I will always love the Nike Clearance Store. I have a 7 year old son and he manages to ruin all sneakers except Nike! The sneakers are high quality. I have purchased sneakers that have lasted almost a year. It has been a bit crowded recently but it's understandable given the great prices. They now have security which leads me to believe they may have had some difficulty with theft. A lot bigger than their previous store in Osceola, went on their second day opening and found a good pair of shoes for 30 off.
