This store is a huge plaza of smaller stores inside. Each vendor has their own space like at the flea market and the goods that are sold are almost the same throughout the store whether if you're looking for clothes, jewelry, or fruits. A lot of variety but the workers or owners were not very friendly so we didn't feel right about looking around the stores so we just walked around and then left. I think it has many potentials and great items to sell but I wish the environment was a little more friendly. You can walk around the whole store looking at vendor stores in probably about 15-20 minutes. It's not huge but it's definitely a big plaza. Parking can be a little hectic but for the most part, you'll find a good parking spot. It also shares the same parking lot with another strip that's detached from the plaza.

The Magic Mall is Great!. If you don't like it then keep your Cracka ass on the other side of town.

Shops include Pier 1 Imports, Hallmark, Big Lots, Ross, Ulta, Bealls, Hobby Lobby, Total Wine, Old Navy, Babies R Us, Walgreens, Barnes and Noble, Bulk Nation, and more! Restaurants / food places include Burrito Kitchen, Chick-fil-A, Ale House, Too Jays, and a couple more. This is a great and convenient place to find shops close by without having to drive to malls further away that have the same shops. It's a downer that during the summer months, this place is really hard to get from shop to shop without having to jump back in your car and move. It's around 90 - 105 degrees in the summer, so walking all the way across this giant lot to get from, example, Total Wine to Old Navy, would make you melt. Overall: A Convenient, but too spread out.

Currently the Colonial Plaza has a couple of big box stores and a little bit of everything else tossed in. You will find discount stores, speciality stores, restaurants and personal services. Parking is adequate and you can usually find a space close to where you want to shop. The mall has spread out a lot over the years so if you are doing a large amount of shopping you will probably move your car around or stop by to drop off purchases before hitting another store.

The Legos availability was amazing. Three complete aisles with very well-stocked and organized items. All boxes were in pristine condition and all items were at their labeled locations. At other retailers providing Legos (Walmart), the boxes are in disarray and not under their labeled locations. As it relates to Lego sets, we have noticed that Target's offerings are expanding (3 isles completely stocked with both large and small sets in all genres) while Target's competitors (Walmart) are drastically shrinking (Not even one isle). We did not see many discounts; but, the large build boxes were available and great to see.

Then to see the variety of dried, freeze-dried, and protein snacks was another win. One tip would be not to come too early after opening as not all the shelves were fully stocked yet--Although the place was near empty, which made for a pleasant and quick shopping experience. I always find this Target to be clean and organized. Parking in the garage is easy although I kind of dislike that you have to take the escalators up and down each time. I often try to find street parking on the side streets or right out front if I can.

This spot scheduled to begin construction in early 2007 and it truly didn't become anything of sustenance until last year. I do have to say, I love the way everything has turned out aesthetically. It is no longer an eye sore and has many spots to check out! Mills Park is the home of Gallery at Mills Park Apartments and it's a 5 story, 300 apartment home. Very modern and sleek looking but my favorite part is when you walk around you can see a ton of gorgeous woodwork and they used the old mill yard wood to make these pieces. Very cool. The parking isn't very ample but things are still in the construction phases. It appears more parking will be coming. It sits on the Orlando Urban Trail so it's a great starting or resting point if you want to enjoy the trail. Tons of bike parking throughout the area as well. There is a variety of spots to grab food including: The Fresh Market Firebirds Segafredo - Rooftop! Brass Tap - Outside seating! First Watch Giraffas Other spots are: AT&T store Dr. Phillips Specialty Pharmacy Pure Barre Cherry Blow Dry Bar Marilyn Monroe Nail Boutique I have enjoyed watching this grow from conception and I can't wait to see what else is in store for this location.
