It has a number of businesses in the shopping center including restaurants such as Wingstop, 5 Guys Burgers, and Cold Stone Creamery. It also has businesses offering a variety of services, including Ideal Image (specialists in beauty treatments and laser hair removal) as well as Spectrum (high-speed internet, mobile phone service, landline phone service, and cable service for residential and commercial properties,). The plaza is connected to Cranes Roost Park, several top-rated hotels, apartments/condos/lofts, office space, and more. The plaza is very clean, offers ample parking space for patrons, and colorful buildings to add to the tropical year-round weather. I definitely recommend checking out this Plaza if you haven't done so yet! It is easy to access from virtually everywhere and Orange and Seminole counties.

Parking is plenty, and most people visit for the restaurants, and of course, Publix. Unfortunately, many restaurants fail within 1 - 3 years, but the current restaurants inside the strip include Marco's, Yami Restaurant, Tacos Andres, and A Brasileria. There is also a pets supermarket and even a liquor store. Taco Bell and Triust are also in this mall. Parking is plentiful, but beware of inconsiderate people parking in the no parking area, especially near restaurants and the liquor store. It's still a decent place for shopping and dining. Overall: B

While I haven't been to the stores, I have eaten at many of their restaurants. Some of the great restaurants include The Whiskey, which had some nice hamburgers and whiskey related drinks with occasional live rich and roll music, Thai Thani, which has nice Thai food, and Ruth Chris, a great high end steakhouse. However, my favorite restaurant has to be Mosonori, which just opened recently. From the same owners who does Kabooki Sushi, they make awesome hand rolls with their fresh fish at reasonable prices. While the restaurant is small, it's just amazing! For shipping, I really need to try Wild Forks one day. There are various fountains throughout the place, with many viewable in restaurants with outdoor seating. The centerpiece is the one in the center when you enter the strip. It's grand and gorgeous! Parking can be difficult during the nights and weekends, when it gets crowded. It's best to valet if your restaurant offers it during that time. I am glad this shopping strip is not to far from my parenting house. It's very close to Dr Phillips, has plenty of restaurants, and is gorgeous with their fountains. It's a great strip to try the various restaurants and stores in the Dr Phillips area. Overall: A

It is far less busy than the main side which is very nice. They have less options, but still a good variety. The set-up is pretty scattered with various strip plazas that contain different stores / restaurants. Each one has it's own parking lot and sectioned area, which ends up being nice since the lots don't get full and you can always find some where to park. Overall: A A less busy side of Waterford, but plenty to shop / eat.

You've got major stores like Home Depot, Kohl's, and Michael's as well as a lot of smaller stores. Back in my tanning days I was at the South Beach tanning multiple times/week and have enjoyed many meals at Rice & Beans and Papa Lozzi's. Other stores/restaurants include a Panda Express, Bonchon, Chipotle, Keke's, a hot pot place, a nail salon, Nothing Bundt Cakes, a new Indian place, the Post Office, some resale shops, Smash burger and even a daycare. The plaza is huge with several other establishments, but there are also a lot of vacant storefronts. The main entrance closest to the 408 is kind of a nightmare as is that whole side of the plaza. I avoid that end just because it's such a pain in the butt to get out since the exit gets so backed up at times. I usually go out of my way and further down to turn right from an exit without a light or even to the far opposite end where the post office is because there is a light there. Good variety of stores/dining, but a pain to get in and out of. Don't forget to check there are shops behind what you see from the streets. That's where you'll find things like the resale shops and the cigar store. Those on the far back seem to struggle the most to stay afloat.
