I usually go there to eat out, like Red Lobster, Millers, and Fat Rosie's. Unfortunately, many of the older restaurants that I used to enjoy like Thai Singha and Smokey Bones are no longer there. When I do need to go shopping afterwards for groceries, I am glad that there is a large Target store. It's an outdoor mall, and quite big, so navigating between stores can be a long walk and a hassle. Parking can be a challenge as well. Even though they have a large lot, finding a spot close to the store you want to go can be difficult, especially if it is a small store. Prices are reasonable for most shops, but expect to pay more for the higher end places. There are also some good events that happen at this mall, including a small carnival/fair they do every year. It's a nice outdoor mall in the east Orlando area. Overall: B

I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I've been wanting to try their products, so it was worth the visit. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the mall has changed. There are so many new stores, the food court has been remodeled with lots of great food options, and there always seems to be something going on. During my visit they even had a Christmas in July setup with Santa, which made the experience even more fun. Even if you're not planning to shop, it's worth stopping by just to explore, grab a bite to eat, and see what's new. I removed 1 star because the parking is a nightmare. To me, it will be enough to make me avoid the situation or adjust my day or time to go to the mall.

You've got major stores like Home Depot, Kohl's, and Michael's as well as a lot of smaller stores. Back in my tanning days I was at the South Beach tanning multiple times/week and have enjoyed many meals at Rice & Beans and Papa Lozzi's. Other stores/restaurants include a Panda Express, Bonchon, Chipotle, Keke's, a hot pot place, a nail salon, Nothing Bundt Cakes, a new Indian place, the Post Office, some resale shops, Smash burger and even a daycare. The plaza is huge with several other establishments, but there are also a lot of vacant storefronts. The main entrance closest to the 408 is kind of a nightmare as is that whole side of the plaza. I avoid that end just because it's such a pain in the butt to get out since the exit gets so backed up at times. I usually go out of my way and further down to turn right from an exit without a light or even to the far opposite end where the post office is because there is a light there. Good variety of stores/dining, but a pain to get in and out of. Don't forget to check there are shops behind what you see from the streets. That's where you'll find things like the resale shops and the cigar store. Those on the far back seem to struggle the most to stay afloat.
