The farmer's market is held on Sunday morning, I believe). The mall is smartly laid out and very well maintained. It is clean and is both welcoming and attractively designed. They have a good selection of retail and dining options. Again, the Lee Vista Promenade is located close to the airport, so if you are a traveler staying in Orlando, the City Beautiful, this is a good shopping plaza to either grab a meal, grab some essentials, or just for something to do (or a combination of all three). I travel a lot for business and I understand the need to find something to do in your downtime while traveling for work. This is a great choice to head to. All in all, I definitely recommend here and give it five () stars.

HomeGoods, Michael's, Academy Sports, Five Below, Petco, ULTA... this list goes on. On top of that, you've got the Epic theater which offers luxury seating that I love. And you've of course got some great dining options like Rock n Brews, Red Robin and lots of quick service joints. It's conveniently located on 436 & Lee Vista by the airport. Really love this place!

It is a more upscale and pricy area, so the shops reflect that for the most part. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at; Boca, Panera, BriarPatch, to name a few, there's a good variety! I love going to Spice and Tea for their selections of spices and an Iced Crème Brûlée Tea. There are also services like glasses and a Truist bank on Park Ave. plenty of services to choose from! There's a First Watch, boba shop and a newer Ramen shop that came here last year. They have a good amount of dining options in this area. They didn't follow all of my recommendations, but they kept the Cheesecake Factory and brought in some new stores and instead of feeling like it was going the way of the indoor mall, it's received new life. Also RIP Publix Aprons Cooking School! That was always a fun time!

Busy or not they keep the mall very clean and respectable. Recently I stopped by Coliseum of Comics and Macy's. I was able to park quickly and close to the entrance. I read that in September of last year the property sold and now there is talk of redevelopment. If the plans go through Orlando Fashion Square is going to shIne again as an open air shopping mall with great dining opportunities.
