It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.
