Sadly this wasn't a great experience for our party of 5. There was a wait when we arrived on Memorial Day afternoon. It was busy but not crowded or overly busy. When we were sat, our server seemed very bothered. She wasn't smiling or friendly. She took our orders. The appetizers came out on time. The lettuce wraps were delicious and so were the dumplings. Then came the biggest problem. It took our entrees 40 minutes to come out! The server came by one to say our order should be out shortly. No manager came by with an explanation or apology. Then when my beef and broccoli came out it was completely overcooked. I sent it back! We never received a discount for our long wait and a manager never came out to apologize. PF Chang used to be a really good restaurant with integrity and quality. I will not be returning, too many issues.

    No help

Ordered takeout and I waited for 20 minutes before anyone greeted me On top of that food taste like Walmart frozen food section

Had the lettuce wrap to go for an online order-- this is the best appetizer on the menu. Will be back

Inside is always busy so I had the lettuce wraps to go for an online order. It is the best appetizer on the menu. So delicious!

I recently went on a date night to PF Chang's with my husband. We hadn't been in quite a while, so it felt nice to go back. We made a reservation a few days in advance because the wait time here is usually very long, especially on weekends. The restaurant was very busy (not surprising for a Friday night), but we only waited a few minutes to be seated thanks to the reservation. One small downside was that the plates already on our table were clearly dirty, so we had to ask for new ones. Thankfully, our server was very kind and attentive and replaced them quickly without any issue. We started with the egg drop soup and veggie spring rolls, then ordered the Mongolian beef and orange chicken for our main dishes. Everything was good, classic dishes that still hit the spot. Overall, it was a nice date night with good food and friendly service. I just wish a little more attention had been given to table setup before seating guests.

Our server, Desirae, was very attentive and welcoming. We started out with ordering our drinks, and she made sure to provide refills as needed. We ordered the Wonton soup to share. It was very flavorful and the shrimp wontons were delicious. We also had the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and they were amazing. For our Entrees we shared the Mongolian Beef and the Crispy Honey Shrimp. Both were cooked perfectly. The batter on the shrimp was so tasty and it was fried to perfection with the honey sauce. The Mongolian Beef had a wonderful sauce with garlic and it was so tasty. We ended with Fortune Cookies for Dessert as we were too full to order anything else. We had it Family style it is really the way to go and the Hot tea and Iced tea were both great.

I used to eat frequently at PF Changs with my husband but I had not dined there in a few years. They sent me a BOGO coupon because they had not seen me for some time. On my recent visit I found the food lacking in uniqueness and just OK. The service was excellent. I went during their happy hour and at the Bartender's suggestion tried the ribs. The plate consisted of 3 tender flavorful ribs but because of the bones it is quality over quantity. I also ordered the crispy honey chicken and Mongolian combination. The portions now come in regular and large so I got the large honey chicken and the regular Mongolian for the BOGO. My plates looked exactly like the menu however the food seemed a little overdone for both the fried and stir fried meat. The sauces were not as authentic as I remembered. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the many Orlando Asian restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. My current perspective is the entrees have been modified to appeal to the masses rather than offering authentic regional cooking profiles. The meal was tasty and came with brown rice. I left with plenty of leftovers but I noticed they languished in my refrigerator for too long which is not the norm. The restaurant is beautiful, with great service but I think I prefer local restaurants that have passion for food rather than a chain.

I honestly haven't been to any location for over 10 years. After this visit, I'm fine with making it back in another 10 years. The atmosphere is great. The service was excellent, but the food is just so bland. There's nothing crispy about the crispy chicken. I was honestly having a hard time eating it. The lo mein was pretty average, but just about as average as ordering it from a normal Chinese restaurant. The crab wonton was pretty good. Ribs weren't bad. But there is nothing special about eating here. Everything is average tasting. Cheaper to just go to a hole in the wall Chinese place. I'll pass.

Had been a while since I had been to P.F. Chang's and it was overall a pleasant experience. The one thing is our server was a bit slow, it took a while for him to approach us so that we could order. We all did the dinner special and ended up getting our entrees before our soups and salads. Overall, the food was good, I've had better egg drop and hot and sour soup though. So, next time I would probably get a salad. I also really liked their sesame chicken.

I have been to P.F. Chang's several times, but they have a great three course meal special that we both took advantage of for a good price. Portion sizes are good. I always come here for the chocolate cake!! It is my absolute favorite of all time. Moist decadent chocolatey deliciousness. The service was very friendly and on time with everything. The flavors and temperature of the food were very good. And the location is perfect if you want to do some shopping afterwards.

Visited PF Chang's for my birthday with family. Food was good as usual. We had Mongolian beef, garlic noodles, Chang's spicy chicken and plum wine. Service was good as well as the quiet corner we were in. Great birthday place!

We had a large group almost 40 people for a work celebration, I hadn't been in years, so I was excited to return. We started with a few appetizers: Brussels sprouts, wontons, fried green beans, and edamame. My favorite was the Brussels sprouts, but if I had been ordering, I might have made a few different choices. For my main dish, I chose the Teriyaki Beef with Fried Rice. Unfortunately, it was overly sweet, which masked the other flavors. I did try the Sesame Chicken, and that was really good, I'd probably order that next time. What truly stood out was the service, despite the size of our group, the two servers handled everything with a smile on their faces. Their professionalism and efficiency deserve five stars!

Very nice lunch at P.F Chang's! After shopping at the mall, I enjoyed lunch with my mom. On the weekend , if you sit at the bar , you can take daily lunch menu. Otherwise you will need to take regular dinner menu. My mom likes the teriyaki chicken . Lunch comes with soup or egg role . Highly recommend it.

The drink was good with some spices, but instead of a craft ice, they just used regular crushed ice, making the drink a bit watered down. For my food, they sadly no longer had the duck noodles, so I tried the CKT noodles (15 dollars) instead. They mentioned it would have a smokey flavor from the wok preparation, which I enjoyed. However, the noodles were quite chewy. The meats included shrimp, pork sausage, and chicken. The chicken and shrimp were enjoyable, but the sausage could have used a bit of a punch. I was able to get some sambal for heat, but it lacked flavor and it was a bit gritty too. At least there was an ample amount such that I could take some home for the next day. My server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was the same. I did enjoy the audible music and crowd, making the vibe nice. I would definitely come back if the bring the duck noodles again, and maybe try another drink next time too. Overall: B-

My bartender recognized me quickly, and welcomed me. After telling him about my injury, I decided to enjoy the smoked old fashioned. It was the perfect drink for me as it gave the right amount of buzz while having the smokey flavor. Plus, my bartender was so nice to give me an extra shot of what looked like to be burboun. It was so strong that I went to happyland afterwards. For my entree, I decided to try something new and went with the lobster roll. I was so happy that I did. Even though it was a small roll, it had ample amount of sweet and succulent lobster in a warm buttery bun. I savored every bite as it was as good as a high quality seafood restaurant. I was very surprised and impressed. For dessert, they had my favorite flavor of ice cream (ube), so I couldn't skip it. It had the right flavor and just perfect sweetness for me. It was the best meal at a restaurant that I had for a while. The service was amazing and the vibe was perfect. I sat at the bar with other great people. I am so sorry that I forgot my bartender's name, but he is so awesome. It's the gentleman with the earrings. Really, all of the bartenders are great, but he is always the one who makes my day very special! I love Domu so much, and now I have another great entree to love. I wish they participated in magical dining, but still the prices are great for the quality you get. My Overall Rating - 2 Stars (Atmosphere, Food) Atmosphere - Seito Sushi Sand Lake is a beautiful restaurant. My first impression was great, as the modern décor and dark lighting gave it a very nice date night feeling. There is a long sushi bar with chill lighting and sushi chefs. There are square booths perfect for groups. And large, round orbital lights hang from the ceiling. This is a cool place. 1 Star. Service - While my first impression started great, it changed when I asked out server what I should order (I'm here as a tourist). He said their traditional items were great, and when I asked what they had that was traditional, he said the California roll. Uhh.... No Stars. Food - The sushi is very good, but you're in a resort area so it's very expensive. Dishes that were great and memorable: Beef carpaccio - the soft, tender beef was the highlight, but the real gem of this dish was the fried wonton chip that added great crunch and a little salt. The scallion tuna nigiri from the tuna tower (order this for your IG feed). And finally, the Hamachi crudo was a texture playground (Soft, crunchy, tangy, salty). My only other reservation was that it was very expensive. Then again, you get what you pay for. 1 Star. Will I Return? - No. I'm sorry, I can't return to a restaurant when my server's idea of traditional sushi is a California roll. Honestly, Seito Sushi is a very cool restaurant with a great menu. Just remember you're in a resort area so it can get pricey. No Stars.
