The service was good, we arrived early 5:30 on a weekday and it was not busy at all only a few people inside eating and a couple at the bar. The ambience is nice along with the decor,our server was always checking on us and we got our food and drinks pretty quick. My only complaint about this place was the amount of food you get for the price,my meal was $18.00 with rice plus a drink (sprite) I think for the portions the price should of been a bit lower but the food tasted good. I expected the chicken to be in the orange sauce but the sauce comes in a separate little cup and you had to pour it in the chicken. You can never go wrong with P.F. Chang's. The food is always hot and delicious, the drinks are tasty (there's a happy hour menu for food and drinks), and the service is good. I usually order the Mongolian Beef with Lo Mein and its AMAZING. There is an upcharge for Lo Mein (meal comes with white or brown rice), but it's worth it. The Pepper Steak is also a favorite, aling with the Barbeque Ribs, sushi rolls and the Shrimp Dumplings. Sadly this wasn't a great experience for our party of 5. There was a wait when we arrived on Memorial Day afternoon. It was busy but not crowded or overly busy. When we were sat, our server seemed very bothered. She wasn't smiling or friendly. She took our orders. The appetizers came out on time. The lettuce wraps were delicious and so were the dumplings. Then came the biggest problem. It took our entrees 40 minutes to come out! The server came by one to say our order should be out shortly. No manager came by with an explanation or apology. Then when my beef and broccoli came out it was completely overcooked. I sent it back! We never received a discount for our long wait and a manager never came out to apologize. We made a reservation a few days in advance because the wait time here is usually very long, especially on weekends. The restaurant was very busy (not surprising for a Friday night), but we only waited a few minutes to be seated thanks to the reservation. One small downside was that the plates already on our table were clearly dirty, so we had to ask for new ones. Thankfully, our server was very kind and attentive and replaced them quickly without any issue. We started with the egg drop soup and veggie spring rolls, then ordered the Mongolian beef and orange chicken for our main dishes. Everything was good, classic dishes that still hit the spot. I used to eat frequently at PF Changs with my husband but I had not dined there in a few years. They sent me a BOGO coupon because they had not seen me for some time. On my recent visit I found the food lacking in uniqueness and just OK. The service was excellent. I went during their happy hour and at the Bartender's suggestion tried the ribs. The plate consisted of 3 tender flavorful ribs but because of the bones it is quality over quantity. I also ordered the crispy honey chicken and Mongolian combination. The portions now come in regular and large so I got the large honey chicken and the regular Mongolian for the BOGO. My plates looked exactly like the menu however the food seemed a little overdone for both the fried and stir fried meat. The sauces were not as authentic as I remembered. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the many Orlando Asian restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. My current perspective is the entrees have been modified to appeal to the masses rather than offering authentic regional cooking profiles. The meal was tasty and came with brown rice. I left with plenty of leftovers but I noticed they languished in my refrigerator for too long which is not the norm. I've been dying to bring my fiancée here, as I haven't been to PF Changs in 10 years. The food was just as I remembered-- amazing! The California roll was delicious! I loved the orange chicken. Very flavorful, although I hated the white crunchy stuff-- but it is aesthetically pleasing. My fiancée loved his entree and we also loved our drinks. I got the espresso martini and he got the Long Island. I cannot wait to come back during another date night. The service was excellent, but the food is just so bland. There's nothing crispy about the crispy chicken. I was honestly having a hard time eating it. I'm a big fan of PF Changs. When I get a craving we have to make the hour drive for dinner. The appetizers are amazing. Sadly the entree quality is starting to slip. I always have to order the King Pao Chicken. The chicken was terrible. It was tiny hard pieces of impossible to chew meat. We also ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken. The chicken was also hard to chew and there were barely any other ingredients. A few tiny prices of pineapple. Maybe some tiny pieces of peppers. It was hard to tell. The flavor is still there but the meat in our entrees was not worth eating. We were very disappointed. We started with a few appetizers: Brussels sprouts, wontons, fried green beans, and edamame. My favorite was the Brussels sprouts, but if I had been ordering, I might have made a few different choices. For my main dish, I chose the Teriyaki Beef with Fried Rice. Unfortunately, it was overly sweet, which masked the other flavors. I did try the Sesame Chicken, and that was really good, I'd probably order that next time. I was underwhelmed with my most recent meal here. I went here yesterday with my mom, sister, and brother-in-law. I got the Honey Chicken with Fried Rice and an Egg drop soup. The Honey Chicken was okay, but I didn't get a lot of "honey" flavoring on the chicken. It was cooked alright, the batter ratio was not bad, but the overall flavor wasn't there. This is also heavily implied by the "Fried rice." The rice had no flavor whatsoever. It needed something like garlic or onion to spice it up. The only flavor I could taste from the fried rice was a weird smoky flavor that was off-putting. The one thing I enjoyed most was the egg drop soup. That was quite flavorful and tasty. I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past and was looking forward to my meal with a friend. We had a bit of a wait before we were greeted by our server. Once we were greeted, I ordered their iced black tea, and it had a great flavor. Next, we ordered potstickers and wonton soup for appetizers. We were asked if we wanted those with the meal or before the meal, and we said before the meal. We waited a bit more before our meals came. We ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp with lobster sauce. I also wanted some veggies and asked if brocolli could be added to my meal, and the server was very gracious and said no problem. When I checked in, I was delighted to receive a coupon for a crab rangoon appetizer, and when the server came back, I shared the coupon, and he asked me to accept it to place the order. Shortly, the server returns and shares that they can give me the appetizer after he sees the review. I was confused because I have never been asked to write a review in the restaurant in exchange for a free Yelp coupon for an item. I questioned the request, and the server said that the manager said that was their policy, although he did share that he had not handled a Yelp coupon before. So, I was really confused with that response. I declined to write a review to show it to him to redeem the coupon for the appetizer and expressed my disappointment. We later received our previously ordered appetizers after receiving our meal. My wonton soup was hot but not very tasty. My friend enjoyed her potstickers. My friend enjoyed her shrimp fired rice. It was a nice portion and served hot. My shrimp with lobster sauce was served hot. It had a good lobster flavor, but it was a little salty, however the brown rice helped balance out the extra salt in the dish. We were asked if we wanted dessert, but the coupon issue put a damper on the meal. In short, the restaurant can, of course, have a policy about honoring Yelp coupons after they have seen a review, and I can choose where I plan to dine. Upon arriving into Orlando (flew in from Austin), I took my mom here for lunch and she genuinely enjoyed it. This location is located at the Millenia Mall (ground level). I can't recall our server's name (possibly Robert), but he was super attentive and polite. We were promptly seated and greeted. Our beverages came out straight away followed by an appetizer and main meals. The ambiance was laid back, casual, and did find the interior a bit dark considering it was afternoon hours (perhaps adjust the lighting). On Friday, February 14, 2026, my wife and I visited P.F. Chang's - Millenia Mall at 7:00 PM with our 1-year-old granddaughter for a Valentine's Day dinner. We had a 7:00 PM reservation, yet upon arrival we were told there would be an additional 30-minute wait. While we understood it was a busy evening, what happened afterward was both upsetting and unacceptable. We waited patiently and even struck up a pleasant conversation with another couple who had a 7:30 PM reservation. Around 7:30 PM, my wife checked in again at the host stand and was told we were still "on hold." Shortly after, however, multiple parties began arriving and stating they had 7:30 PM reservations -- and they were seated ahead of us. The hostess (a light-skinned blonde female, approximately 20-25 years old) repeatedly brushed us aside and proceeded to seat guests whose reservation times were clearly after ours. At approximately 8:00 PM, I approached the desk along with the wife of the other couple we had been speaking with. Although that woman pointed out to the hostess that we had an earlier reservation, the hostess seated their party and dismissively stated, "I do not have a table for them," referring to us. That comment and the manner in which we were treated felt dismissive, disrespectful, and deeply hurtful -- especially as we stood there with our infant granddaughter. My family has been a frequent patron of this restaurant since it first opened in Orlando, and it has long been one of our favorites. To be treated in such an inhumane and discourteous manner was shocking. We ultimately left feeling embarrassed and offended. After this experience, we will not be returning. Not sure why it says P.F. Chang's is temporarily closed because I'm sitting here right now with a full stomach and a happy heart! Don't let the "temporary closure" notice keep you from missing out on this dining experience. I've been coming to P.F. Chang's since my first visit back in 2005, and it's been a staple ever since. Now, I've passed my love for it on to my daughters, and they ask for it even more than I do! My favorite dish has always been the Mongolian Beef, and I usually get it with fried rice (there's a slight upcharge, but totally worth it). The crispy honey chicken is a close second. As for appetizers, the crab rangoon and lettuce wraps are always a must can't go wrong there. The drinks are always good, and I'd recommend asking about their happy hour deals. Right now, they've got a chef special, a three-course meal for $20 per person, which is a pretty great deal. Definitely worth trying! I'm giving it four stars just because there's always a little room for improvement, whether it's wait times or service, but overall, the food and experience keep me coming back year after year. read more

Had dinner here on a Thursday night while shopping at The Millenia Mall. The restaurant was quiet and there was plenty of parking. We were greeted by a nice young man named Bryan. He turned out to be a personable and good server. To start we had crab Rangoons and pork egg rolls which were both .excellent. For entrees we had the combo fried rice, Mongolian Beef and P.F. Chang's spicy chicken. All the food was properly cooked and delicious Our waiter was attentive, checking on us several times and refilling our drinks. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere about it. Stopped in for dinner while shopping at the Millenia Mall in Orlando. My husband and I were seated immediately on this Thursday evening. After we were seated our server Bryan came to our table immediately. He introduced himself, asked if we had any allergies and proceeded to take our drink and appetizer order. He said that I would get the Crab Rangoon appetizer for checking in on Yelp and doing a review. The Crab Rangoons which I've never had before at P.F. Chang's was delicious! The shell was light and crispy and there was plenty of filling in the center. I would definitely order them in the future. We also shared the Pork Egg Rolls for an appetizer. They are always a favorite of mine. For dinner we ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef and combination Fried Rice (which has shrimp, pork, chicken and beef in it). These are all favorite dishes of ours. Everything was hot and delicious! Bryan was personable and attentive and I made sure to tell this to the manager on our way out. People are always so fast to criticize! They will complain to management. But...they never go out of their way to deliver a compliment to the management for excellent service and food. We had a good experience at this location of P.F. Chang's at the Millenia mall. Our server was Desiree and she was very friendly and helpful with the gluten-free options. My wife had the gluten-free beef and broccoli with the gluten-free fried rice side. I had Chang's chicken, medium spicy also with the fried rice Side. The Chang's Chicken was absolutely amazing and a perfect degree of heat. In comparing the fried rice sides, I actually found the gluten-free fried rice to be much better than the normal as it had a bit more texture and other fresh ingredients. PF Changs does a great job in preparing gluten-free as they have completely separate areas where they prepare GF separately. read more

This review needs titled "WHERES THE MANAGEMENT?!" We haven't eaten at a chang's since it was bought out and went downhill. We decided to give it another try. The food has admittedly improved. It's not restored to its original former glory but it's better than it has been. The service however at this particular location was actually laughable. I didn't have a drink refill. I choked Chinese food down. At the end of my meal he finally refilled my water. My husband didn't ever get his $5 ice tea refilled. We are currently driving home with lo mein in our throats. The final straw however was we literally sat for a full 20 minutes for the server to bring our card back. No joke. No exaggeration. My husband took the kids to the car. I asked two other servers and ended up having to walk up to the bar to see if they could find the server. I thought he may have left with my card. He finally emerged 20 mins later saying he had a family emergency, everyone is human, we all have families. My concern is how wasn't there a manager?!! I didn't even see a manager. I love this modern twist on Chinese food. Packed with flavor their famous mangolian sauce in either great on their chicken or beef. To start you must try the crispy fried green beans and sticky ribs. Dinner is honey chicken and noodles and you can not skip dessert, the great chocolate wall of china! It's a bit pricey so I wouldn't recommend if you are on a budget but it's nice to splurge. I have been enjoying their frozen food at Publix, so I decided to visit their restaurant at Millennia on a Saturday night. I was able to make a reservation through OpenTable easily. When I arrived about 5 minutes before my reservation, I was greeted with a small line. The host acknowledged me and told me there would be a 10 minute wait. I sat down on the bench, and after 10 minutes, I was seated at a small table at the back. My server, Hannah, greeted me and suggested the Asian pear mojito (12.5 dollars) for a good drink. For a chain restaurant, I would have expected to be a weak drink. However, I was wrong as it had an ample amount of rum to give it a kick, but nothing overbearing. The plum flavor gave it a refreshing taste, making it a great drink. I love noodles, so I went with the Singapore street noodles (18 dollars) for the main entree. It did take some time to prepare and deliver (about 20-25 minutes), but when it came, it was delicious and flavorful. The chicken and shrimp were cooked perfectly to be tender enough. It was well seasoned to enhance the flavors. The vegetables tasted fresh, and I believe they were not cooked, which were fine by me. The noodles were very easy to eat as they were nice and thin. The curry sauce gave it a nice zing without being spicy. It was a very savory dish. I decided to try their chocolate souffle for dessert (10 dollars), and I was very happy that I did. It was moist and I believe it had some chocolate lava as well. It was the perfect temperature, just warm enough to enjoy without being scalding hot. The vanilla ice cream on top tasted premium and cold, and the raspberry sauce on the bottom added some nice tanginess. The food and drinks were surprisingly wonderful. The service was friendly, and helpful when needed. My server provided great suggestions. When I arrived, the table was a bit messy, in which she apologized and cleaned it quickly. I did see that the dishes were bussed in a timely manner. When it came to paying the bill, it was as easy as scanning the QR code from the receipt, and paying using any card you want. The atmosphere looked spacious, with a bar in the back. There was no music in the background, and the conversation was talkative without being too noisy. I didn't recall seeing any outdoor seating, which was fine because it was quite cold outside. For a chain Chinese restaurant, I must say that PF Chang impressed me. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and the atmosphere looked welcoming. This is at the Millennia Mall, which can get crowded during the weekend. My friends wanted to come here against my will... but I'm down to try anything! We waited an hour on the weekend and our server was super kind. I ordered a coconut mojito and mapo tofu; loved the coconut mojito, but it was not very strong or large for the price unfortunately. As for the mapo tofu, of course I didn't expect it to be authentic with sichuan pepper, but it was so disappointing. The sauce tasted bland and sour, which is sad because if it were marinated in the same sauce as the Mongolian beef my friend tried, it would've been delicious. It also seemed like only the tofu got tossed in sauce and the broccoli was added having only been steamed which led to the broccoli being bland. I did love the texture of the fried tofu even tho mapo tofu is traditionally not fried.
