Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I do not remember the name of the girl who did my hair colour but I don't think she really listened to what I wanted. I wanted ombre but got highlights on the tips of my hair instead. There is a difference and at the price that Donato charges I wish the girl had known the difference as well. Upon entering you are asked to sanitize your hands, the soles on your shoes are sprayed, your temperature is taken (touchless) and you are given brand new flip flops (good quality) and asked to remove your shoes. Very impressive. I'm a stickler for cleanliness. The spa itself is designed very nicely. Modern aesthetic. Extremely clean. Every, room, every bathroom. Very big but still felt intimate. My package included a body polish, aromatherapy massage, facial (which I upgraded to the hydro facial and was very pleased), a deluxe pedicure with hot stones and a deluxe manicure (which I upgraded as well and did a biogel fill). Every service was done with precision and care. I was taken into an increased state of bliss as the hours went by. The staff was so nice and friendly.
