In my case, we had to video call that consultant, and also text the doctor to make sure I was able to proceed with my procedure. In the end I did not get it done because of health concern. I spent over $600 just for the upper part of my face. I left with the assurance that the treatment would deliver the expected results, but it didn't match what I had originally paid for. When I returned two months later to ask for a correction, they told me I would have to pay again to fix what was poorly done the first time. In the end, it feels like there's no real incentive for them to do the job properly the first time, since doing it poorly gives them the opportunity to charge twice. The problem is that there's no way to know immediately if the work was done correctly, because the final Botox results only appear after a few weeks.
