The front desk offered us bottled water when we checked in but there's also some lemon water at a self-service station. They placed us in the same room so that we could chat during the massages if we would like. They ask that you strip down to your underwear and knock to make sure you're ready and under the blanket before they come in. There was a good variety of massage lengths you could choose from. We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. The feet was just a quick two pounds of their fist, which didn't really do much for us. I had CeCe and my mother-in-law had KiKi. Overall, the massage was nice. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be. The hair drying room is actually quite cramped so they had to pull my chair out instead of having me face the mirror like everyone else and they just blow dried it. She did my eyebrows way too thick the first time, and the second time, she fixed them, one was thinner than the other. I thought third time might be the charm, but my arch is different on both eyebrows. I'm devastated!! At the end, I just left and she KNEW I was unhappy but scurried me out quickly as there were other customers waiting. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE WORKING IN A SALON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. She also messed up my mom's eyebrows as well. Both are uneven and still have stray hairs on both. Then, the manicurist went too aggressive with cutting my cuticles. By the time I had the chance to tell her to go less hard, the damage was already done - my ring finger skin was bleeding.
