Can I give this place 0 star? I never got my nails done. I walked out. There is no price list to be found on the outside. I walked in to find out the price for mani-pedi, which I had every intention of doing. I had to kill an hour so what better way to spend time right?
I walked in and I could see a price list, which had things crossed out with a marker and lots of clauses (Monday this and Tuesday that), but before I could walk close enough to see it in detail, a lady walked up to me, asking what I would like done. I asked how much a gel manicure was. Instead of responding to me, she looked over to her colleague who was working with a customer, and they both discussed something in Vietnamese, and then the lady quoted $30. I then asked how much a mani-pedi was, and she did the same thing again. This time the other lady starts laughing and then they both start laughing. Loudly. Mumbling in Vietnamese amongst themselves. She turns to me in between giggles "You want?"
Well what do you think?
A few tips for you, nail ladies. When a customer comes in, respect them. Talk to them, not ANYONE else when addressing them. Don't talk in Vietnamese to your chum. No, I'm not racist. In fact, my daughter is half Vietnamese. In fact, I wonder if YOU are viewing me as inferior in some way? The look on your face made me think that. Why on earth would I depart from my hard earned cash and give this to you? And I'd rather not have a bunch of kids hanging around in the corner all staring at me either. I wouldn't have a problem with kids being brought in to the work place, but clearly I'm being insulted if I'm the center of attention by kids that are well aware of what is transpiring.
So here's the deal my consumer family, DO NOT GO HERE. The place is not clean, no set price list, on top of the fact that you will have to put up with Vietnamese cross talk between servers who will probably make fun of you at the same time. This place is horrible and the people are disgusting humans.
