I have been going to Mila for years and I've never been disappointed! Mila and her team always do a great job and are super friendly. She knows what looks best and my nails look flawless every time. The pricing is also fair. Always a relaxing experience. Love it!

UPDATE: liars! Crooks! I just looked at YouTube acrylic vs gel nails. They told me it's only five bucks more for gel I said ok. But they put acrylic! Acrylic was 25 and up, shellac extra. I got only acrylic and normal opi polish. Was charged 35$. Liars!!! They knew I wasn't well versed in nails because I asked what does this all mean? Shellac vs gels vs acrylic. Now I saw the difference on YouTube and googled it and I've been bamboozled. Worst liars ever! The woman who seemed nice told me as she was applying the acrylic that it was gel. Wtf? This is deliberate deception. I also Wikipedia gel nails and now I know for sure she lied to me to my face as she applied the acrylic nails and gave me normal polish. She was up selling me when I said I just want the cheapest because never done it before. She tells me only $5 more and I said ok fine. Well, u see what kind of lies happened. See Priscilla E. review: she was scammed same as me. I don't know why his place is not a solid one star. Not to mention they are horrible looking nails. I've had my natural nails painted before so I know it's horrible. I just never tried the extended nails. The deception really irks me because it was supposed to be a treat. Instead I was lied to. Original review: Crooked nails. Even after asking for it to be fixed, it was still bad. Uneven length. I just wanted to get out of there. The most uneven nails I've ever received. No lotion afterwards. $40 - $35 plus tip for nails that are uneven and lopsided. Ridiculous. I could paint my nails better. I don't know what I was thinking leaving there with these embarrassing nails. The lady was pleasant enough, but the nails are just substandard. When asked to fix it, it became more lopsided. Being pleasant is nice but I came here for pretty nails. The main reason for coming here was not achieved. Looking at other pics of nails done at this place, I have to conclude, they Can't do nails at all. I wish I checked yelp before assuming these place can do nails, I mean that's what they advertise and it would be a fair presumption. Presumably, if you go to a nail salon, you want to get your nails done right. Also, uneven nail colour. Rough edges. Waste of money. Rush job.

Monthly mani/pedi. A lovely job was done. One mail broke so she cut them all back to match length wise.

I had a great experience at M nails. I asked for an acrylic set, a natural look with rounded edges and I got exactly what i asked for! I highly recommend getting your nails done at this location.

The worst gel nails I have ever seen or gotten. This pic was taken right after leaving the salon!

Just had a full set of gel nails put on today and I walked away feeling sooooo disappointed. I believe the man that did them was the owner as well!!! They are the worst nails I have ever seen or gotten. They are thick, bumpy talons!! One lady offered to fix them but I couldn't even be bothered to sit there for another second. He was a miserable man with clearly no skills. The ladies in the salon were very pleasant tho!! I am going back tomorrow morning to fix them so will update the post on how they turn out

    The sides are very messy.

*quick update - Since this review seems so unfair to people affiliated with the store, rather than send messages trying to make things better, they have been sending me private hateful, verbally abusive messages, from persons such as 'Nhu L. and Lena J.' I think it's hilarious that people go out of their way to do this, grown up people. What has the world become ? *sigh* * I have been here a few times and I was pleased until this morning. Last thursday the 28th of August I went in the a shellac manicure, it looked great and I was super pleased. The following day I had a chip on my right index, I thought that it was super unfortunate as I was doing a very high end job with celebrities and wanted to make sure my nails looked perfect. I called the following monday (due to an extremely busy work weekend) and spoke to a man and explained the situation, he was understanding and wrote my name down, then asked me when I could come it to get it fixed , I told them this saturday (the 6th of September) and he said it was fine and that they would see me then. When I walked in today he told me to pick a colour, so I went and started looking at colours. The lady who did those nails was there and saw them and she thought it was curious as well that they had chipped so quickly. Then the lady who seemed in charge came and told me that Shellac only lasts for 10 days, and that they could only fix my two index fingers (I also had chips on my left thumb and pinkie finger which they ignored). The man I spoke to said I would get a new one done, and now this lady told me they would only fix 2 fingers. They asked me who did my nails and I pointed out which lady, they then started telling me that that lady wasn't there that day I got my nails done, that I was basically lying. I have never seen such bad customer service. Just telling the customer out loud that you are lying? If they looked up video footage they would very well see that she did my nails, and why go through the drama of accusing your customer? It was VERY inappropriate, especially because I had called in and made sure it was okay to get it fixed. This kind of abuse is inappropriate in a work place. I hope they can cheer up and learn better social skills, this left my friend and I leaving without them fixing anything. I never usually have these kind of bad critique but this got me very angry to be blamed for something like this when it was all cleared up.

I saw this salon and decided to try, the staff was really nice and friendly, Mai the girl that did my nails was really professional and took the time to make my nails look nice. I did like the service very much but the reason I only gave 4 stars is because they dont have AC and it was hot outside .

I've been coming for years now, David does such a good job! I love this place! Such amazing staff and a welcoming environment. I always do a walk in appointment but it can often get super busy and I've had to wait a while it's best to call ahead especially if you're getting acrylic nails pedicures they usually can do right away! ( the red nails are by David and the grey is a refill by the other man working)

I love M Nails ! I have been searching for a great nail place since I moved downtown, no more treks to Scarborough ! when my sister recommended M Nails. i love it for 3 reasons . 1. close to Broadview subway 2. Amazing Service & Hygiene 3. They never disappoint me and always provide quality service every time I go I feel like a new customer !!! I love the owner Min and all the girls that work there . I recommend this place to all my friends

    Ombré nails

when I entered the store they told me ombré nails are $50, and at the door she charged me 55. These nails are barely worth $20, the shape is horrible.. he filed my natural nail way more than I was used to.. and there was polish left all over my fingers.. the ombré was mediocre, I wouldn't return or recommend this to a friend.

Despite the sign saying it was an unsupervised area, it was very supervised. She was on us the whole time. From the shoes, to the towels, to the hair ties, to the smoothies etc. It was so uncomfortable. I've been a couple of times before so I know you have to tie your hair up, I know you need to wear the shoes between pools, I know you're supposed to use the cubbies blah blah blah. Everything was spotless and because we went on a Wednesday night we got to take advantage of a small discount on the body glow treatments and the limited guests in the facility. The aromatherapy steam room and the Dead Sea salt and Espom baths were so soothing and relaxing. I felt my sinuses opening right up in the former. Definitely would've liked if it was a little steamier or hotter in there because it was very much a walk in the park but enjoyable nonetheless! As for the treatments, I got a sweet milk and ginger body glow treatment which included a full body scrub, wash, and oil massage. It actually took me back to a Moroccan hammam experience I had in Marrakech. I absolutely loved it. This was an amazing experience but I gotta say it was NOT CHEAP. Definitely worth doing ONCE for a special occasions but I do wish it was more affordable to enjoy more often. I'd definitely come back whenever I return to Canada!

I'm so glad I was able to do two sessions here and honestly, I think about this place every day. The guides here are so special. The concept of other ship is contrast therapy: there is sauna, and cold plunge. But it's unlike any contrast therapy I've done. It's a 75 minute class where you go in and your swimsuit and it's coed. You take part in a version of Aufguss - a sauna where they break balls of ice infused with delicious essential oils. I took a Gacha class where you do lymphatic drainage and then I also took a heart opener class. They also have free flow where there's no guide. The cold plunge is really special - you get paired up but if the class is small you can go alone. I've cold plunged a lot, and this experience transformed me. I was able to stay really, really calm and have a euphoric experience. The guides also use a tuning fork after the cold plunge to get you to calm the nervous system. The shower and changing room is not ideal for anyone that wants to go about their day after the experience but other than that, I wish I lived in Toronto to do this daily. The staff is also super friendly. They gave me their signature incense for my first visit. I love, love this place.

Truly an unforgettable experience at Spa myBlend!…read more We treated ourselves to the Floating on a Cloud Together experience, which consisted of a 90 minute couples massage and 30 minute private time in the spa room to lounge around, shower/bathe and enjoy the complementary bubbly. Note this experience must be booked over the phone. We were given all day access to their swimming pool, sauna, co-ed lounge and other spa facilities. From the moment we walked in to the Ritz hotel we were greeted warmly and guided towards the elevator at the back of the lobby which leads to the spa located on the fifth floor. After checking in for our appointment, we were given health forms to fill out. Shortly after, one of the spa staff led me to the ladies changing room and gave me a tour of the facilities, and introduced me to my RMT. She noticed my hair was down so she provided me a hair tie before I begun changing into the robe and slippers that were provided. Such detailed oriented service! We were led to our massage room, which was darkly lit. Both our RMTs asked us to pick out of one of the three essential oils for the massage. Then, the foot bath and massage ensued. So relaxing! After this, we were led to the heated massage tables for the full body massage. The temperature can be adjusted if you find it too warm and they are also happy to adjust the volume on the peaceful music playing in the background. Before I knew it, 90 minutes was up. It indeed felt like we were floating on a cloud together in the end. So peaceful and relaxed. Our RMTs brought us glasses of Prosecco and snacks. They advised us the bath takes too slow to draw and showers are ideal if we wanted to take it. I tested out the bath and the water did run too slow. Note if you shower they have the Clarins soap (which I think is different from the regular soap used in the showers in the change rooms). Anyway, we enjoyed our time hanging around after our massage on our own. It was a special experience! Once our appointment was complete, we chilled in the lounge, where they have complementary snacks and magazines for you to read. We brought our bathing suits so we went across to the swimming pool and jacuzzi (which requires an access card from the spa reception). From the jacuzzi you can get a view of the CN tower. We went back to the spa change rooms after to shower, but unfortunately there were no heated towels left in the men's changing room. After the shower there is an area for you to get ready in the washrooms or change room, with a Dyson hair dryer, hair comb, lotion, hair spray, deodorant and more. If you need a straightener or curling iron you can ask the staff. Perfect set up if you're looking to dress up after your spa date! Overall, I highly recommend the spa at the Ritz. It's priced high, but the value and quality of the service you receive makes up for it. Worth going at least once for the five star spa day experience.

For my husband's birthday, I was excited to take him from our home in NYC to Toronto. On our last day there, following so many great reviews online, I booked in advance your spa on 3/4/25. Every other part of our experience in Toronto was beyond exceptional! While the spa itself seemed great and we enjoyed our very expensive massages, I was following all of the spa rules, including bathing in the jacuzzi, sauna, and steamroom area with a bathing suit. After my bathing suit was wet, I used the same bathrobe in the co-ed area that everyone else was using to read with my husband. A woman who works there came up to the public area, where there were several other bathers, about 6 to 7, and spoke very indiscreetly that I had been getting complaints from a fellow spa member. She said it very loudly and aggressively and even though I never broke any spa rules and wasn't at the time of this encounter. I immediately was confused, and asked "wait, someone complained about me or my husband?" I was so confused because I was following the spa rules, and if she had looked at me, she would have seen that I was not naked nor breaking any rules. I started crying immediately out of horror. We had been there for less than 2 hours. I told the staff person we would leave immediately, because of how horrified I was by how I was being treated by her. The staff person said, "I'm sorry," but had taken the tattler's word as fact and did not ask me a single question. making it an extremely upsetting encounter for me. I left to go to the front desk with the person who helped us originally and seemed really nice. I was crying, which I don't usually do. I told her exactly what had happened, that I was following the spa rules and had been "shamed out of the space" pretty aggressively by the woman employee. I explained that it was my husband's birthday and there was nothing relaxing about this, and how much we had paid to be shamed and mistreated despite following every rule. You need to train your staff about privacy and how to handle these incidents. As a fellow clinic and business owner, and any time I have worked for other institutions, my main concern is people's satisfaction. I was crying harder than I have ever cried in public and her main concern was that I pay for the services. Again this reaction shocked me. We were on the street in the cold thereafter for the rest of the day for an inappropriate shaming accusation. The person at the front desk explained that her manager would call me that same day (and never did). I spent the next several calling the manager who never was able to call me back. I am filing a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. I was frankly shocked by this on every level. --
