Believe me it is definitely not worth $100.00, not even worth the $39.00. The owner has to mix up the die for the ,what I would call the student. The student is very slow and her inexperience really shows. You can just tell by the way someone handles your hair if they have experience. This one does not! The cut is probably a first level/very basic cut. And to top it off... now 3 weeks later... the hilights have just faded out. Not impressed at all. Would never go back. To start, she didn't cut my hair the correct length so it was not long enough to even donate, defeating the purpose of growing it in the first place. AND she completely screwed up my colouring so I now have bad 90s highlights. I'm not even comfortable wearing my hair down or going to a job interview because it looks that bad. When I confronted the owner about it she was extremely rude and not interested in fixing the problem. She insisted that I got what the coupon stated, and wouldn't offer to fix my hair or at least get it back to the original colour for me. I was ok to wait, so I waited but luckily she finished a bit earlier, so she took me in. I have no complaints. I had long dead dry hair and after asking her to cut it medium length with long bangs she cut it exactly the way I asked. Overall, look was great. She has great taste in aesthetic. Came here a couple times to get my eyebrows threaded. They charge $5, cash only. I am happy with…read morethe results and they always do a consistent job, but my only caveat is that the lady also consistently cause tiny tears on my eyelids. At first I thought it was once or twice, a mistake, but she cause lid damage most of the time and I hesitate to return despite the great job she does on the eyebrows. UPDATE: ok I have gone a couple more times and each time they did a great job with no more injuries lol Also do a great job on male eyebrows :D
