This is usually my favourite part of the process, as it is very relaxing. However, this woman pulled so hard on my hair my eyes were streaming with tears. Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee. As the other reviews suggest, if you use debit, maybe bring cash to tip the girls. They more than deserve it! I stupidly didn't have much on me but I have pre-booked my next appointment so I'll be making sure to tip the next time! All the girls are amazing, friendly, and so professional for somewhere out of the city.. they provide such a good service! Couldn't recommend them enough! And highly recommend Michelle she is a gem!
