Reynolds will not fix the problem or give me a refund. Reynolds charged me $380. for his employee Clayton to flood my walls and steps beneath my shower. Reynold and his employees are malfeasant con artists who do terrible work for high prices who do not guarantee their work. Moreover, the shower valve leaks as it did before the installation and now my shower is only cold, not hot. I lost $380. when I hired Reynolds and my shower is worse than it was before his employee came here. I do not recommend them.

I have read the bad reviews here, and I have not found any of that behavior exhibited in dealing with them... So I would highly recommend them. Plumbers are the most in demand vendors when you have a house and people need to understand that they can't be in 50 places at once. The cost to winterize my property went from $280 to $380, then jumped to $520 for the latest service--without my prior approval and with no additional time or complications to explain the increase. Since the ownership change, prices have increased dramatically. I understand that business costs rise, but an increase this substantial, without clear communication or approval, is unacceptable. As a longtime customer, this experience left me feeling that profits now take priority over customer relationships. They've lost my business, and I recommend looking for a local company that values its customers and communicates honestly about pricing.

We couldn't have been more pleased that he was COVD-19 compliment wearing a mask and covering his shoes.. Most importantly he identified and fixed our drainage issue in one visit. Another plumber had been here twice; resolved a drainage problem in the shower on visit one. However, then there was a worse glugging between the kitchen and tub! We asked for him to return and address the new issue. He returned but was done did not work and things kept getting worse. He told us to use Draino and if that didn't work to call Lady Rooter! In the alternative, he offered the option of cutting out our pipes to seek the block and then replace them. After much thought we decided to call Robert Bradway. Bradway was so accommodating and as I said above, fixed our issues in one visit and even provided eco friendly recommendations to assist in keeping our pipes clear. Hopefully, we will not need them anytime soon but it nice to know they are there.

I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.
