We have never had a bad experience here. Food is good. Service is great. Their service during the shelter in place has been fantastic, plus they are offering discounts for carry out orders. Support local business! read more

Wow. After a bad experience at another local brewery we decided to try this place instead. Food was amazing. I recommend there tortellini! The beer was great as well. We will be back!!! read more

In town from Atlanta and we thought about going here anyway, but for a glowing review from a fellow traveller this morning so we knew we had to go. She wasn't wrong. Dad had the trout which was the best he'd ever had, hubby had the chili and i had the super food salad with salmon. We also sampled the Hefe, Sweet Georgia Brown and others. I've had a lot of hefes even from Munich and I thought it was excellent. Everything was and in a casual atmosphere. Wouldn't be surprised if we go back again tomorrow. read more

Amazing food and great menu selection. Even better beers. Outdoor seating had a nice vibe to it. Waiters were very attentive

The beer is excellent. The wait staff attentive. I haven't ate one bad meal here to date. We frequent this place and eat here nearly everytime we are in town. read more

Food was very nice, pita bread was absolutely delicious! I would recommend to a friend for SURE. Only thing I didn't exactly like was the wait for the food. it took about 20 mins to get a table and close to a good 35-40 mins for our food to be served. Very nice aroma though, family friendly, and great food! 4 stars for me! read more

not the best service, not enough social distancing, and an extremely long wait for mediocre food.

Visiting from CA and we loved this place. The Pecan Trout and Seafood Chowder were amazing!! The beer was good too. They were very busy and that is always s good sign. They also have a second floor with windows to the brewing area and information on how the beer is made. Very interesting. read more

I come here all the time! Love the caprese quinoa cakes and the veggie burgers. Also love the cheese dip in the appetizers that it comes with. Bloody Mary's here are tasty and come with a beer back read more

We love coming here anytime we go to Breckenridge, Keystone, and/or Glenwood Springs! One of the best breweries. The food is delicious and the variety of beer choice is incredible! read more

Super disappointed in the service. Was looking for a fun happy place. Service was bland and rushed out. Food was decent. Absolutely no one that worked there smiled. Could be so much more. read more

I really enjoyed the brewery. We came at 7 in a Friday in the fall and it was PACKED. You could hardly push your way to the bar for a drink. The bar tenders are friendly and fast, they have a very good selection of brews- some light, some dark, some hoppy, etc. we ended up sitting at the bar, I had the buffalo burger and it was great. Service was fast despite how busy they were. We'll be back! read more

This place was packed for a Wednesday night. But the standing room only meant you were always in someone's way. Once seated we could breathe again. Nice waitress nothing over the top. She kept my husbands drink full not mine. Their pork is heavy on the vinegar. Mashed potatoes were very dry as was the burger even with it being med. the outside of the burger was black. Not very impressed. The green beans were all I ate off my plate. The waitress never asked if we liked the food or anything however when we asked for the check and I declined the box I mentioned it wasn't my style she did remove my meal from the bill. read more

This place is a great find! The beer is excellent. We had fun trying four different beers. The wheat beer is light but has a nice flavor, the pilsner is refreshing and also flavorful. We tasted the brown ale and the stout too. If you like heavier beers with bold ingredients, you will like these also. We did have to wait about half an hour when we got there at 7:00pm on a Wednesday. The service was very good. I was very surprised at the huge number of items on the menu. Certainly, there were many people enjoying burgers, wings and other pub grub. But they also had things like Bass A La Mosa, which I had and thought was great. My husband had Chuck Wagon Ribs. They weren't really ribs... more like pot roast. It wasn't bad for pot roast and the garlic mashed potatoes that accompanied the meat were very good. I would give the place a 5.0. Good beer and great food for a pub. My husband would give it a 3.0 since his 'ribs' were really pot roast. Overall a fun experience! read more

We've eaten here twice since arriving 4 days ago and it's been excellent! The warm pretzel bites with beer mustard! Both times my husband and I split a meal and it was plenty for both! The chicken fried chicken and the flank steak were both delicious! We are already planning our next visit when our family arrives in town. They will love this place! read more

Great food, good beer. So many TVs but man gotta get the NHL package in this area. Too many hockey fans from all over wanna w as tch games every night. It would be well worth it. read more

I have been here multiple times and only to Colorado twice. Amazing food, goid beer, good prices. I have had the ribeye, the trout, and a few of the sandwiches and would order it all again! read more

We love the beer selection here. Staff has always been friendly. Food is great. We love the beer cheese soup and prime rib. Can't really go wrong here. One of our favorites for sure. read more

I love the tortilla salad here, and the beer is excellent!!! Love that you can get a half-pint or easily sample different types!!! Downside was that the service was pretty terrible...we got seated upstairs in a stuffy corner without being asked if we had a preference. Once we got up the courage to ask to switch, the hostesses glared at us and showed us to our table with a very negative attitude and cold, fake smile. Our server was polite, however. read more

Food was delicious. Great vegetarian options - I got the Momo burger with a veggie patty and it was delightful. My partner's Ranger burger with a meat patty was also very good according to him. Great fries. Great service. Would definitely recommend!Dam BurgerVeggie Burger read more

I like Dam Brewery and the food is good, but the take out is an absolute joke. Ordered chicken tenders and fries and got about 8 fries. I appreciate the professionalism going out the window when you don't have to interact with the customers after they've gotten their food. read more

Amazing customer service! Will go out of their way to make sure everyone is satisfied. Also, their curbside pickup is done very well.

I had the warm spinach salad with bacon, mushrooms, fried goat cheese, and perfectly grilled salmon. Excellent lunch. I tried part of the bbq pork sandwich and fries which were also very good. Great service. We were outside with our dog and they served a water bowl to her before asking. Will eat here again. read more

Decent food! Was very popular with the apres ski folks so had to wait for awhile because of our arrival time. Wasn't the very best food I've ever eaten but was good quality and flavorful comfort/bar sort of food. We had fish and chips and a burger. All was good! Good service too! read more

This is a staple of Summit County. There is always a friendly atmosphere and laid back vibe. The food is average but the atmosphere makes up for it. The craft beer is also good. Definite worth a visit if you are in the mountains. read more

Our waited was blazed out of his mind and we waited over twenty five mins just to get our drinks. The service was terrible. Food and beers were great though. read more

Guilty as charged. I judge books (and breweries, and restaurants, and bars, and..) by their covers. So, when we pulled up into the giant parking lot of Dillon Dam Brewery and saw families and people both young and old milling around the entrance, we almost turned around. On the outside it looked, I don't know, corporate. Or generic. Or maybe more like a restaurant catering to tourists passing through the mountains. It didn't look like a legit brewery producing legit beer. But! My first impression was totally wrong. Yes, there are a lot of tourists here and it's certainly an easy stop on your way through the mountains, but their beer is really quite good and worth the stop alone. I ordered one of their GABF medalers, the Dam Straight Lager, and my husband went with their Marzen. I've always appreciated German style beer and their medium-bodied, amber Dam Straight Lager was no exception. I will say that I gritted my teeth when I read about their Lyte beer. If you're talking about calorie content, you're no longer talking about craft beer, in my opinion. Their food menu is pretty well-rounded with burgers, salads, wraps, and comfort items like chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and all reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back for a brew and a bite the next time we're passing through. read more

So, after hours of traffic with no success getting on I-70 East, Kat A and I decided to finally pull off the road since we were running out of gas and patience. We spent 4 hours, had a total of 7 beers, and ate some great food. The servers were SO understanding that we, and about a thousand other people, were stranded in Dillon until they reopened the f-ing freeway. They didn't complain that we weren't spending more money, they didn't get mad that we kept moving around trying to find good seats to watch the bears game, they were attentive even when they were swamped, and the our server was even so nice as to find a little something to help satisfy a nasty habit of mine. Even ignoring the circumstances as to how we ended up here, the food is great. I am a huge fan of their Buffalo Chili Bowl (disclaimer: it *might* give you horrible gas) which is in a sourdough bread bowl. Hello??? Their seasonal Raspberry Ale was on special and was delish! Only $3 a pint right now since they have too much of it! Anyway, this place was a life saver. We would have gone bonkers had it not been for the booze and good food. read more

Just Ok... The food was subpar. My steak was fatty and under cooked.

My husband and son recently went to the brewery and had wonderful food and servive. They said the atmosphere and employees were great. My husband left his credit card he called the brewery and they not only kept my card but went out of their way to mail my card to me. We will be going back! read more

Went here with a group of about 14 people, it was a Friday night and super crowded but they sat us in about 20/30 mins after telling us the wait would be 45 mins. I was excepting the food to just be whatever but the food was actually really well made and delicious. We had a couple people had the prime rib, chilli bowl, beef stew, and some burger. It all looked so good! I would definitely come back here read more

Met some friends @ the Dillon Dam Brewery one evening during week of skiing. The adults sampled a few of their craft beers and had several tasty snacks. Good food, great beers, very much family friendly and relaxed. Overall we had a great time and will definitely come back. read more

Our happy place!! I've posted before about the Dam Brewery but here we are again and I couldn't resist! Usually we order the burgers but I'm the long drive today on I-70 West, I looked up the menu and specials. We got here (we're still here!) during happy hour so we got 2 (two!!) Sweet George's Brow Ale. Yum!! But this time we decided to get the bison tips on the dinner menu because the entrees were 30 percent off. My husband was sort of reluctant about the quinoa side so Adam (awesome waiter!!) substituted fries. The tips were sooooo awesome!! And my husband ended up eating the rest of my quinoa... Hahahaha... It was more like mashed quinoa with parmasen cheese on it. Yum!!! Once again... A happy place for us!! Ask for Adam this summer!! read more

My girl friend and I stopped in after driving in from Wichita and am I sure glad we did! The atmosphere and service is second-to-none and their beers are AMAZING! The peach IPA is my new all-time favorite beer. I wish we'd gotten in earlier to be able to enjoy a few more. Johnny was working the bar and was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out if your visiting or just passing through. Thanks for the perfect end to a long day of traveling, guys! Can't wait to visit again this summer! read more

I worked in the mountains for the Climax Mill for about 7 years and never once made it in here. Probably a good idea 'cause the commute in a company van got hairy enough without some good brew in a tired belly. I finally made it in here a couple months ago with some friends and I really enjoyed the beer made better by the great company. A flight of 8 decent to good beers for $10 is always nice and when I'm not driving, the flight favs as pints, even better. I do love "flight"ing. read more

This is not my kind of place - I do not drink beer or eat burgers. But they serve an amazing Portobella Mushroom Burger that I find myself craving everytime I visit my sister in Frisco.. read more

Happy hour beers for $2.50 are great. Loved the wheat (very similar to Boulevard) and the light raspberry brew. The half-priced appetizers were also a good deal. The Asiago-Ale dip came with bread and veggies and was delicious! We ended up getting a second serving. The pretzels and mustard were good as were the chips and salsa. I like the atmosphere. You can walk around the second level and read all about the brewing equipment directly below. Great experience and tasty micro-brews. read more

We put our name in at the host stand which informed us that the was about a 35 minute wait. When I asked if there were any "seat yourself areas" the hostess informed me that the entire bar area was seat yourself. Just then a group got up so we went over to claim the table as they were pretty busy and we didn't want to miss the opportunity. Once the two small bar high top tables were cleaned and put back together our party of 5 were looking at menus when a server came over and started separating the tables we were sitting at, saying that we could only have one table! For 5 adults all about to order drinks , apps, and dinner? WTF! He was incredibly rude to say the least, so we got our pager back from the host stand to wait for a larger table that would accommodate us. We sat huddled around the one bar table we were allowed to sit at for about 20 more minutes without anyone asking if we wanted drinks, which we all did, or acknowledging us in any way. If there wasn't heavy snow on the way, we would have left. But being from out of town, we really had no choice and waited for a table. The server we had was very friendly, but the food was very mediocre. I had the bison meatloaf which was pretty small and had a cranberry/ketchup sauce that was just weird. The mashed potatoes had no flavor to them at all. They were literally just potatoes mashed up. The consensus around the table was the same for the rest of the food, it got the job done, but nothing to write home about. The rudeness of the initial server was at a level that I would have terminated him in my establishment if that had happened on my watch. I would not recommend this place unless you have really low standards or are just stopping in for a beer. read more

What a great job in managing this whole situation. Easy to order and they bring it out to the car. Food was fresh. Nice job. Can not wait until we can come visit in person. read more

I had to post a review on here after what my brother and his wife's family had been through. The waiter treated them terribly including being sarcastic about "not knowing what sides" are being served just to be difficult. No joke, that was only one example. The worst of it was when he started making fun of my sister-in-law's father with the other waiters within earshot. It was so bad she got the manager and they only ended up cutting their bill in half. Aside from all that the food was terrible. It would be too long to repeat the story on yelp, but there is a laundry list of horrible behavior the waiter exhibited. read more
