Atmosphere here is fun and energetic. Food and service was great. Long wait to get in and they wouldn't take reservations for a large party of 15. I would definitely eat here again read more

There was more bun than burger. Also must have been a fries shortage as I think there were 12 on the plate. The Irish stout was meh minus at best. read more

We must have hit this place on an off night. After hearing so much about the place, we ventured there last Friday night. The food was great but the service was only fair. Our waiter, Mike, seemed completely disinterested in serving us. He even forgot our appetizer. This turned out to be fine because the food portions were so generous. Three of us had the Zurich burger; one of the tastiest burgers ever. The other had the macaroni and cheese with chicken. Also a good choice. The only none service disappointment was the fact that they were out of the Dam Straight Lager. Seemed odd to be out of one of their more popular beers early on a Friday night. All in all, we'd go back. We just make sure to bring the service to the manager's attention sooner if it were an issue again. read more

I came to Denver all the way from Chicago and wanted to try some good breweries and dam was at the top. Not only did they have quality beer pumpkin ale in particular they also had excellent food. I had the buffalo burger which was very good and not greasy at all. Would definitely recommend if anywhere in area or even a lil outta ur way read more

3.5 stars....Extra 1/2 star for their happy hour drink prices....$2 drafts can not be beat. Would have considered 4 stars, but they only had hockey on the TV, even during NBA season. come on now.... Good local beer. Try their IPA Good food for the area. If you got a big group, get a couple of those giant nacho appetizers. Totally hits the spot after a day at Keystone. Just be ready to spend some cash money cuz it aint cheap. And get ready to wait for dinner, unless you get their early. read more

Stopped by with the wife during happy hour. We grabbed a table at the bar area. Atmosphere was nice. Just enough flat screens centrally located to catch the game. Good mix in crowd of young & old.Not too loud so you can hold a conversation. Service. Service was great. Waiter knew the happy hour specials(1/2 price app.) & had recommendations. Waiter was very attentive without being annoying. Best service we have had in Colorado period!!! Food Well since it was a brewery, I thought I try out some DAM Straight brew. NICE!!!!! I would recommend a sampler before deciding on a beverage. We got an order of hot wings. Came out fast still smoking! Good portion, 8-10. Not too bad. Didn't care for the special ranch sauce. Burgers looked great but didn't try one. Very good prices! read more

Very enjoyable experience with the family, inlaws and sister in law! Had a good brew but was disappointed that thy were saving the favorites for an upcoming beer festival!?!?! BLAST I had some nicely flavored chipotle wings and some ridiculous onion rings, my girls enjoyed the burgers but claimed they weren't the best ever... Mother in laws wrap was about 4lbs and kept her mouth so full she stopped talking! read more

It's a damn tradition to have a dam beer after a damn good day on the mountain. Yes- you will likely have a wait for a table at din -but -you can almost always get a beer at the Dam Bar while you wait! Coloradans are so spoiled on beer- it's easy to forget how lucky we are to have so many brewery/restaurants. With that said, Dam beer is damn great so buy yourself a damn growler of Wildernest Wheat or Dam Straight Lager to bring home a little piece of the magic of the mountain. read more

Dillon Dam Brewery - Having a damn coke at the Dam Brewery! - American Near Me - Dillon, Colorado

Best "dam" casual restaurant in the area. I was traveling through the area sightseeing with my teenage daughter, and we stopped here looking for a late lunch. They have awesome burgers and fries and the staff is friendly and attentive. We just beat the post skiing crowd...It got very busy at the bar to watch the many tvs, and they have cool souvenir tshirts and hats. I'll be back! read more

The beer is definitely the highlight at Dillon Dam Brewery, as you'd expect for a place with "Brewery" in the name. The food can be hit and miss, but if you stick to typical Brew-Pub fare like burgers and sandwiches, you won't be disappointed. This place is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so be prepared to wait for a table during peak times. read more

This spot is consistently spot on! It is our go-to for when family or friends visit or just a meal out. The chicken fried chicken is SO GOOD! Only bummer is not being able to make a reservation or put your name in when you call. As a local it is hard to eat here during the season with the long waits and a hungry kiddo. The buzzer system does help as we can wander around without having to stay within earshot of the hostess. Love the food, love the beer, love the view! read more

I stopped here for a quick bite on a snowy night while en route from Denver to Vail for a conference. I was optimistic that it was going to be a nice place, seemed very popular and got good reviews. I give them credit for the beer selection, I had a nice Vienna amber and it was tasty and satisfying, a bit smoother than other lagers. In terms of food I was not as impressed. Started with the French onion soup, satisfying if not particularly flavorful despite the generous helping of Gruyere on top. I don't typically eat burgers but it seemed to go well with the vibe of this place so I had the bison burger done up in the "ghostrider" style...regular chili peppers, cheese, and a sweet chili pepper sauce. It was okay overall, I think the mistake for me was not noticing that the chili pepper sauce was a sweet one. I don't particularly care for that but if you are into sweet/spicy combinations you might like it better than I did. The service was a bit slow but mostly friendly; it was a busy night so I can't expect too much, didn't wow me though. Overall it was okay but not great. read more

Everything was delicious! When traveling and eating on the road you really never know what kind of surprise you're going to get. The Dillon Dam Brewery was a very pleasant surprise. We had the chicken fried chicken and our daughter had the Munich Schnitzel Sammy both were really good. We finished with the monster brownie for dessert. If you're skiing/boarding in Keystone or Breckenridge then this is the place to stop for a meal. read more

We sat in the bar for some drinks, snacks, and football after doing some snow tubing nearby. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We warmed up with the seafood chowder in a bread bowl (which was phenomenal...the hubby ended up stealing half of mine!) and the classic red chili (still good, but not as good as the chowder). I also had the turtle on a hot rock (basically adult hot chocolate goodness), which was also delicious. Our waiter was extremely attentive even with a bunch of tables throughout the bar area. read more

We have been coming here for 6 years. Thinking about all those years..... this is the first year we are really disappointed. Rob is THE ONLY bartender that even acknowledged we existed. Tonight I said to a bartender, " how are you?" and he said...." I'm working my way into it!". The bartender that saw us first.... We asked him to please wipe the place where others had left debris...... he reluctantly did so with no comment. The straw that broke the camels back was.... I held my colas up in the air to refill and both bartenders ignored! Get done bartenders that are happy and engaging OKEASE. That the way it use to be. The two stars is for your fabulous food! read more

Our group came in around 4:45 and we were told it was 1 hour wait. It was 1 hour and 30 minutes. We were fine with the wait and super excited to check this place out. After the waitress sat us down, we put in out our orders right away. She gave us our appetizer with no silverwares and plates. We had to ask like 3 times to get the silverware and plates. After that she doesn't check up on us for another hour. We had to call her over to ask for our foods. She wasn't happy that we rushed her but it turned out that she forgot to put in our orders. So after almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, we still haven't get our food. Our foods werent even cook right. The beef was pretty raw, however when we told our waitress, she was like its okay. It's the most crappiest service that Ive ever had in Colorado read more

We had about a 20 minute wait on a Friday night which is to be expected. Staff was friendly and helpful the entire night. The food was great and out of a group of 5 no one had complaints. We got the trout dip as a starter to try which was out of this world! The beer choices are great as well. You can't go wrong here! read more

The food is mediocre at best. The salads are premade, the flatbread is covered in a blob of cheese, and the kid's meals, while very well priced are served on a piece of lettuce that makes the food soggy. We waited over 40 minutes, when we were finally seated we saw that half the upstairs tables were open, definitely not worth the wait. The beer was good and our waitress was nice, that was why they got 2 stars instead of one. read more

Good beer selection, comfortable atmosphere, and a tasty menu are the reasons I would return to this place happily and in a heartbeat. Menu items enjoyed include the caprese quinoa cakes, the smoked trout dip, the asiago-ale dip, the bison jalapeno cheddar sausage, and their beef chili. Out of everything I have tried here, all have been palate-pleasing, to say the least. It can get crowded, so best to plan accordingly. We sat at the bar, which worked out fine. The bartender was kind of a cheeky sasshole (and not in a funny friendly way), but luckily the food made up for it. read more

The best brew pub in Summit County. Hands down. I normally don't like these places. They almost always seem way more fun in concept than reality. Dillon Damn never fails me. Awesome menu. Excellent food. HUGE portions. I always leave here stuffed. I never feel ripped off here. Highly recommend!!! read more

The beer was great, the food was ok, our server Joanna D, was awesome! Like everyone else dealing with waitstaff shortages, the brewery did their best. read more

Always bustling and always a good option. Great beers brewed onsite. An array of delicious burgers, try the buffalo burger. The taco salad is a great liter menu option but where this restaurant really shines is their fried chicken. Served over mashed potatoes with green beans and topped of with gravy. This is stick to your ribs comfort food and after a day on the mountain nothing tastes better! Friendly staff. On the way out grab a growler to go. read more

Wow, what a great time! We sat at the bar and Steve A. took great care of us. He's a master bar tender and it was super entertaining watching him work. Stellar beer selection and the food is delicious. Try the pork schnitzel sandwich, and change your life! read more

A little Disappointed this Trip. The Dam Brewery is a favorite in the area. They have a selection of good brews and for the most part good food. I had a beer and burger; my wife ordered the Caprese Quinoa Cakes. The quinoa was flavorless and one of the three was rock hard, uneatable. The Brewery did not charge us for the quinoa and this is not indicative of the Dam Brewery's normal food. read more

Love coming here after a day on the mountain. The food is always satisfying and they have a great variety of beers that they brew in-house!

This is a great brewery in the Dillon area. We enjoyed tasting their beers, and the food was good too. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was our service. Our service was slow - took a lot longer to get initial order and check than other restaurants. We will definitely try it again the next time we are in Dillon, and will update review. read more

This place is worth a return visit! We came around lunch time and there was a short wait, but there was seating at the bar, so we made our way over there. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Rodeo Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was tender. I loved the BBQ sauce (it was not too smokey) and the bacon was perfectly cooked (not too crispy or chewy). I ordered mine with a side of jalapeños and hot chili sauce...perfect combination! There was a lot of food. My only critique would be that the food took a long time to come out and the fries definitely tasted old. Other than that, everything else was delicious and I would eat there again. read more

Love Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon if your looking for great Beer, Food and atmosphere its the Dillon Dam Brewery! A short walk from our stay! We were greeted and sat quickly indoors! Wasn't horrible, but not great either. Wife had Chicken pot Pie which was sub par, I had the Prime Rib.... It was lacking flavor, chewy, and full of gristle. Kids meals were OK. Beer was good. I will say the first time we ate there it was better, so possibly will give another try. However, tough paying $75 for a so-so meal. read more

I had four small strips of chicken tenders and around 20 fries...$13.99 I really don't know what to say

Stopped in for a snack and a tasting, very friendly staff and delicious seafood chowder. Nice atmosphere.

Every time I find myself in Dillion in need of food and beer the car starts driving in the direction of Dillon Dam Brewing. This normally happens to me in the middle of summer after hiking, which is why the combination of food and beer is important. Their beer is decent, nothing off the charts amazing, but you can easily sit down and have a few and be content. I enjoy the hefeweizen in all it wheaty wonderfulness. The burgers are good and if you have a sodium craving the fresh onion soup it great. If you and a crew and really hungry grab an order of the nachos.....they are huge. Four of us tried to conquer them and failed. read more

Stopped here for a quick dinner on a busy top-of-season evening.. Long waiting list to get a table, so ended up sitting at a bar. Cup of chowder was excellent and definitely "hit the spot". Buffalo burger was also top notch. The waiting staff was quick and friendly. Food is a bit pricey, but what you would expect in a resort town. For good and reliable "beer and burger" type fare - Dillon Dam Brewery should be on the top of your list, when you're on a ski trip at Breck. read more

I really liked the atmosphere here. Everyone seemed to be having a great time around the horseshoe bar. I loved the Irish Stout I chose but didn't get to try their food so only giving three stars. Excellent IPA - I tried a couple and really liked them. The veggie burger was so-so. The wings were spicy but not buffalo flavor. only 8 wings in a plate of appetizers? The salads looked ordinary and the onion rings were ok. All in all just a place you can try once when on the road and wanting good beer. A bit noisy but thats normal for breweries I guess. read more
