This place is still amazing! Will be and will always be my favorite place to eat in Dillon. They open at 11:00 am most days and if you are there by 12:00 you won't have a wait. Around our table we had the pulled pork nachos (definitely share this with 3+ people), pork green chili bowl that packed a nice warm punch, the seafood chowder that was delicious (I understand why they sell out of it), the pimento cheese stuffed garlic knots, chicken fried chicken (always one of my favorites here. It's on a bed of caramelized onions, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy), chili bread bowl, a couple different burgers, the fish and chips, pretzel and sausage skewers, and the chicken strip baskets. We also had a few beers across the table with the favorite being their in house wheat beer. This place is great and I would definitely eat here if you are nearby. We were a group of 9, showed up about 6:30 pm Saturday without reservations and were seated immediately upstairs at a big table. They don't accept reservations or call aheads. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We ordered draft beers, lots of apps and entrees including both flavor wings, nachos, green poutine, pretzel, burger, trout, bison tips, chicken fried chicken, ribeye, salads. Food overall was delicious. We wanted to order prime rib but they ran out. The ribeye was a little overcooked. Medium rare was closer to medium well. They quickly took it back and made another one. Chicken fried chicken was moist and batter very crispy. Nachos were HUGE! I would suggest adding a meat to the nachos for a few bucks. Pretzels were soft, warm and chewy. We preferred traditional poutine but they have a red or green version. Waitress recommended green so we ordered that. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Bison tips were moist and well seasoned. My favorite entree of all we tried. I'd recommend this spot for a nice laid back ambiance, good food and local beers, and very reasonable pricing. Excellent atmosphere with TVs to watch games but noise levels that allow for regular conversations. The service is excellent and the decor is cool with lots of history and brewing information. The food and drinks are great. Had the fish and chips with slaw. The fish was crispy and tasted good. I think another piece of fish would make the price more on point, but overall this is a good spot! read more

This is a very relaxed restaurant with warm welcomes. The food portion is huge. One dish served two of our meals. Very good service.

Waited about 3 minutes to just get seated at a table and waited 15+ minutes to be asked if we had been helped yet. We said no, and then the dude left. There were 3 other people next to us who had been waiting for 30+ minutes, even when they asked again for their food. Stupid. Definitely make a reservation if you're trying to come on a holiday weekend. We visited last month on Presidents' Day weekend and there isn't a ton of options in the area so this was quite packed. Once we were seated, everything was pretty quick. Our food was decent, nothing to write home about. I'd probably go back. read more

Seven of us had lunch here; Shamus took good care of us and offered many suggestions. The burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and Mac and cheese were all consumed after hiking in the mountains. The local brews were a perfect accompaniment to our meals. Plenty of parking and the restaurant has a nice vibe to it; worth the stop if in the Dillon /Silverthorne area. read more

Terrible service Friday 8/29/25 at 5:55pm place was not that busy. We had to wait 10 min to be seated. There were tables empty. They sat us we waited 15 minutes and never that a waiter or waitress came to our table. We just decide to leave. They don't want or care for our business. read more

Food was good! They do not have many dairy-free options, but my kid ate the fish and chips with no ill effects. (The items listed as "vegan" on the menu all contain cheese.) Stopped here for a drink with some friends. It was a nice ambiance, family friendly but not overly youthful. They had a few good beers on tap, we had the Heres you Dam IPA, The Irish Stout and the Mild Chili (green chili not spicy) and some house wines. We ordered the Beer Cheese platter which was a bowl of beer cheese and a bunch of veggies and bread to dip in it, not the greatest taste but it was fine as something to munch on. Loved this spot. Service by Abby was AMAZING, unmatched energy really. She recommended I tried this drink (on the secret menu hahaha) and it's basically beer mixed with lemonade. It was SO good. Got churros before my food and No Ragrets either LOL the ambience was a vibe. They have an outdoor part, seats around the bar indoor/downstairs, and an upstairs part with amazing sunlight. Didn't take pics of the food but I got some of the current menu! (08/2023). Food came out fast. We got a couple of beers and really enjoyed them. We all loved our food. I had beef tips with asparagus and risotto. The beef tips were tender and very flavorful. They didn't look super appetizing when our server brought out the plate, but they were a wonderful surprise as far as flavor and texture. The risotto was a bit dry, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked. If you get a burger, expect a lot of pink, which is how our family loves burgers, but some people like more of a medium. The nachos left much to be desired. My husband got a sad plate of nachos because evidently they ran out of chips, and he got the last batch. They were too full of toppings for the chip ratio. We asked for more chips and got a weird assortment of leftover pieces that were different flavors. That's how we found out they ran out of chips. Our server was just okay. She wasn't overly friendly and was a bit too casual. Not very helpful either. I asked if they had sweet tea, and was abruptly told "no." Without any alternative suggestions. So I followed up asking if they had unsweetened tea and sugar. Which I ended up getting. Just a strange vibe. The atmosphere is what one would expect from a brew house. Casual, not a lot of booths, but we are continually happy coming to this restaurant. We'll be back. It's consistently good. Stop by if you're ever in Dillon. read more

Got the onion rings, pretzel bites, chicken fried chicken, and the seafood chowder. The pretzel bites weren't bad, nice and fluffy. The onion rings were crunchy but the ranch it came with tasted a bit watered down. The chicken fried chicken was solid and very filling, same with the chowder. Very filling and hearty. Service was very friendly and charming, but not the most attentive. Our order was slightly messed up by the kitchen, and overall the food was very underwhelming. Wow! Just wow! We love Dillion Dam Brewery! We came here twice during our trip because of the tasty beer and amazing food! The service was fast and polite! The environment was laid back and welcoming. The beer alone was worth every penny! The lager was so smooth and refreshing! The golden hour Belgian was just as great, simple and tasty! The burgers were spot on and cooked to perfection (not greasy)! I reccomend the Ghostrider burger to anyone who likes spice, 10/10! The wings were crispy and smothered with a yummy hot sauce! We loved the pretzel as well, but prefer salted instead of Parmesan cheese... it was still just as good! The ranch here is also amazing! The cinnamon churro was the perfect way to end our last night in Dillion,CO! We loved this place so much we got matching long sleeve tshirts ! 1000000% reccomend for anyone and everyone! On our way back from Steamboat, we decided to grab some food and a beer (after white-knuckle driving the Rabbit Ear Pass!). When you walk in, it has a open cabin feel with a large bar, upstairs area, and dining area. We had 6 people and the younger kids got a kick out of saying "Dam" about everything. The waitress came over and took our drink orders. I got the Here's Your Dam IPA that had a citrusy hopiness that was delicious. Wish I didn't have to drive back to Denver to enjoy another one! We also got The Rodeo and The Momo with Bison meat. The burgers are huge and the fries abundant. Back after 4 years. Looks pretty much the same. Still very popular. Had to wait 30 min for a table for dinner on a Monday. Got the nachos again. Was expecting them to shrink due to inflation, but the nachos are still huge... maybe even huge-r than before. Massive amount of ingredients that's probably enough for two people as a meal on its own. It was also not that expensive given the size, but maybe they were running a special that day. Also I got the beef stew in the bread bowl. Really hearty, strong flavors in the thick beefy stew. The bread bowl is toasted on the outside with a little bit of crisp on the surface, and overall tasted pretty good. While on vacation, my family went to Dillon Dam Brewery for lunch. The hostess greeted us warmly and sat us immediately. Even though we sat beside the brewery equipment and tucked in the corner, our server came to our table shortly after we sat down and they never forgot about us! They acted friendly and gave some great food recommendations based on their favorite food items. The drinks tasted refreshing and the food tasted good. The restaurant is big but, clean and well maintained. It definitely feels touristy but, you expect that when visiting such a beautiful town! read more

We ventured out from Keystone to go to the grocery store and stock up the condo. We had lunch at Dillon Dam Brewery. The space is open, mountain log home feel to it and refreshingly non-chain restaurant ish. I had the vegetarian wrap with quinoa. While the wrap was good, the chickpea salad that came with it was just OK, not as fresh as I would like. The seafood chowder was delicious! My husband enjoyed his fish and chips and my daughter liked her grilled cheese. We finished with the churros. All in all, a good lunch, albeit pricey since we were in Dillon. read more
