    Hatch Queso & Chips (Med)
    Dipesh P.

Wow. I've been to other locations but this may be the best! I was short on time so ordered via their website and the process was super simple. I got a quesadilla (the hot hatch one), some fries, and some chips + queso. I rolled up to the drive thru and quickly got the goods. The food was packaged up properly and the order was 100% accurate. I even through them a curve ball and asked for the hot hatch chilis on the side. This operation must be run with chick fil et accuracy! The food itself was super delicious. Fries that were amazingly seasoned with some nice paprika red color. The hatch queso was tasty even after a road trip! The only small improvement area I'd offer is the chips. We had a couple that seemed not fresh and just didn't crunch in the mouth. May have been something to do with the packaging since we were a takeout order but I'm not sure. Even with this little issue, I'd say the service and food made up for it! The star was the quesadilla. Mine had bacon, chicken, and some amazing cheese. The jalapeño ranch it paired with was perfect for dipping. Sooooo good! I wish we had Dillas closer to us in dallas!!!

Husband and I decided to try something different, local and affordable. We hit the trifecta and more!! Ordered the Hot Hatch Chicken and Lonestar. The meat was fresh, hot, moist and absolutely delicious. We had the cilantro-lime black beans and cilantro corn. We also found the Japapeño Ranch dipping sauce to be quite good! The serving size was quite generous, too. The tea was fresh brewed and crisp--only minor complaint was no fresh lemons or limes... The store was clean and the staff was delightful. We spoke to the manager in charge for a few minutes, Bethany, letting her know how much we appreciated the quality and hospitality offered to us. We will be returning, soon. Nestled just east of Hollyhock/423 on the south side of University at the Prosper/Frisco line. Great job and looking forward to our next visit.

    Merry Christmas

Gary, the manager was a wonderful guide for navigating the menu for my allergens. The food was great and the staff so very friendly. Veronica, one of the team members was such a delight and made our visit a good one. You've got to try this family friendly place.

Came in, and this place was empty, but I later discovered this is a new location. This was my first first time here, so I went with a chicken quesadilla with mushrooms and green peppers and a side of fries. The quesadilla was great, the green peppers and mushrooms gave it a nice flavor. The seasoned fries were really good and hot. They have the option to build your own quesadilla, and they have lots of different toppings you can add that I would have never thought about trying. I will definitely be back since they have many locations all around the DFW area.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

Knowledgeable, warm, and brought us a complimentary Reuben egg roll to try unprompted. That's the kind of hospitality you remember. Wife's Cajun pasta came home in a box because we were too full to finish. Blood orange margarita was one of the best of the year. $136.40 total for a full date night including multiple drinks. Exceptional value for the quality. SAS Verdict: Approved. CraftWay punches well above its weight. The server alone is worth the visit.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we waited about 30 minutes for our table and we had a reservation. There's nothing I dislike more than making a reservation and not having the reservation time honored. We had an after dinner activity planned and due to our long wait to be seated, it made us late for our next activity. We ended up rushing through dinner and asking for the check immediately after placing our orders so we could get out as soon as possible. My husband and I both had the steak fries. It was good and cooked medium rare. I also enjoyed a strong Cosmo. Very good!

Urban Cookhouse - Prosper, TX…read more We stopped into Urban Cookhouse on a Monday evening, and to our surprise, we were the only ones dining in. Even with the quiet atmosphere, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We've had takeout from here before and remembered how fresh everything was, so we were really looking forward to eating in this time. There's plenty of seating inside, and the space feels open and comfortable. They also have tons of patio seating, which would be perfect on a nice evening. The interior has a rustic-industrial vibe, with a warm accent wall and touches like the decorative bureau that make the space feel thoughtfully designed. For dinner, we ordered the lime-marinated steak with rice and the citrus-grilled salmon. We subbed the sides for the broccoli salad and roasted vegetables, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Urban Cookhouse was a great experience--friendly staff, fast service, and tasty, well-prepared food. We'll definitely be back.

The menu is simple and delicious and the perfect example of knowing exactly what you want to deliver and executing it perfectly. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Located in Frisco, Dad Jokes Cheesyburger is worth the drive from Dallas County. The restaurant's indoor seating is very small, but the outdoor seating when the weather is nice (March or October) adds to the laid-back vibe that caters to everyone from families to hardcore burger lovers. 1 Star. Service - This is counter service with a smile! The staff will take your order, you get your own drinks, and when your name is called your food is ready. On my visit I got to meet the great Clayton (owner/proprietor/dad joke expert). He was super nice, told me a dad joke, and he is a great follow on Instagram. 1 Star. Food - Dad Jokes Cheesyburger caught my attention because of the OK Burger. This popular burger smashes onions directly into the patty. I made mine a double and was rewarded with a big, juicy, beefy bite with onion flavors that complemented (not over-powered) the bite. I paired with the Smoked Tots. These super crunchy and tasty tots are paired with chili, chives, and smokey BBQ sauce. It's hard to top tots - unless you top it with chili. It was less of a side or more of a hearty side dish - a perfect complement to my OK Burger. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I heard about the OK Burger and made the 40-minute drive from Irving-Las Colinas to Frisco. Not only would I repeat the drive, but I would also invite my friends to join me and for some tasty bites and jokes. I hope they don't get EXHAUSTED. 1 Star.

The host confirmed the reservation right away and even sent me a confirmation text, followed by a reminder message the day before. This was a planned group reservation that was confirmed multiple times. On Tuesday when I made the reservation, I was also told it would be Bollywood and Tollywood night, which was one of the reasons our group chose this place. When we arrived, they were playing almost exclusively South Indian songs. We had to ask the live singer four times before he finally played a couple of Bollywood Hindi songs. This was disappointing because the music theme we were told to expect did not match what was actually happening. When we arrived, we were told our table was upstairs. I explained that our reservation was confirmed for downstairs by the DJ area. The host acknowledged that the downstairs table had been given to another party and claimed they tried calling me. I immediately took out my phone and asked when they called and whether they left a voicemail. There were zero missed calls and no voicemail. I asked multiple times and only received apologies. The reality is, no one called me, and our confirmed table was simply given away. We were then seated near the entrance with people constantly walking in and out. For a group our size, this was a poor seating choice and set the tone for the night. Service was extremely slow from the start. It took about 20 minutes just to get water. It took around 25 minutes for the server to take drink orders. At that point, I walked to the bar myself to order a drink because nothing was happening. About 35 minutes later, the server came back to take food orders. I ordered a single appetizer, cashew chicken. After one hour of waiting, I asked about it and was told it was getting ready. Another 30 minutes passed, still nothing. After roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes total, I was told the appetizer had been given to another table by mistake and that they could reorder it, but it would take another 30 minutes. This was for one appetizer, not even an entrée. Several people in our group had similar delays with both drinks and food. There was no real accountability. No manager came over to explain what happened. There was no attempt to comp anything or make the situation right. We were expected to accept slow service, multiple mistakes, and poor communication. To top it off, an 18 percent gratuity was added automatically despite the poor service, and the drinks were watered down. The entire group left disappointed. This was supposed to be a fun group night and turned into frustration. I would not recommend this place for group reservations, and we will not be returning.
