    god fir emergency loans but charges a fee for making payments over the phone. , they are slow in responding to emails as well.

I'm usually a matcha purist, but the matcha flavor was very rich and authentic. Adding the cherry vanilla gave it a nice subtle sweetness and a floral note that paired surprisingly well with the earthy tea. I also grabbed a breakfast sandwich, and it was the perfect fuel for a long study/work session. It was served warm, and the quality was much better than your average "bank cafe" food. The biggest perk is definitely the 50% discount for Capital One cardholders. Getting a high-quality matcha latte for half price in downtown Bellevue is an unbeatable deal.

She was very kind and most patient with me above and beyond the call of duty. Chelsea has been righteously helpful to me on previous occasions as well, as well as every other employee that I have met at this branch. On another occasion sometime back, I had an interesting conversation with branch manager Scott Disney. I'm not sure, but I think he is still there. Believe it or not, he is related to Walt Disney! And so, we had an interesting conversation about his famous relative for several minutes. My point is that my experience with Washington Federal has been good over the past four years, at both the Crossroads(my home branch), and Bel-Red branches. I originally signed up with Washington Federal in 2012, because they do not charge monthly fees on my checking account, unlike the previous bank that I had been with since 1984.

    We chose Toyota of Renton because of your strong reputation and positive reviews, not because you…read morehad the lowest price. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of that reputation. At delivery, the truck was not properly detailed. There was a dirty towel left inside, the center console was unclean, bird droppings on the exterior, and the truck bed had not been cleaned. For a vehicle that had been reserved for a week and given the amount we paid, this level of preparation was unacceptable. We were not provided a walkthrough of the truck's features, no guidance on the Toyota app, and no explanation of how to set up payments. We also were not informed at the time of purchase that we could upgrade rims and tires by paying the difference -- something we only discovered later through the service manager, after the opportunity had passed. While Bradley was professional and polite, the overall sales process lacked clear communication and follow-through. After an accessory upgrade, we were not properly advised about the window tinting process and only learned not to roll the windows down from a small Post-it note. Most disappointing, after Keith, the Sales Manager, personally asked us to leave a review, I emailed him twice to address these concerns and received no response over several months. That lack of accountability reinforced our concerns about the overall customer experience. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
